This brand new home is conveniently located in the wind free residential area of the Glen. This is one of the best locations in Camps Bay that offers easy access to Lions Head's hiking trial, to the beach (walking distance) and the promenade that is full of amazing bars and restaurants. Due to the unique architecture, the house offers complete privacy from the outside, especially around the pool area.
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a outside shower) are located on the second level together with the open plan kitchen, scullery, guests toilet, inside and outside dinning space and office space. Ground level features lounge area with fireplace and TV. This area is interconnected with the outside garden and the pool area. 4th bedroom, also located on the ground level, has it's separate entrance from the pool area.
Enjoy breakfast on the patio with exceptional views of Lions Head, chill by the pool during the day, walk to the Camps Bay promenade for the afternoon happy hour and finish your day with the BBQ bash or cozy evening by the fire pit.

5Absolutely Amazing!
5Prior to arrival all contact with Bibiana was timely and courteous.
As we were travelling from another area in S Africa we were afforded some flexibility with the check-in time, most helpful.
We were all delighted with all that the property offered from its quiet location, stunning views, sunsets and a very highly furnished and maintained home on the inside and outside. The beds are incredibly comfortable.
Finally, there’s Dorika who is the housekeeper and the most wholesome person who wanted at all times to do the very best by us. We had a 5 month infant in the party who made a friend ?
This is a place we would happily recommend and would one day enjoy a return visit too.

5We stayed at Bibiana’s place in Camps Bay for over 5 weeks and LOVED it. The house is modern, spacious, and beautiful – with great views of Lions Head throughout (and peaks of the ocean from some rooms & the balcony). It’s a quick & easy walk downhill to the beaches and restaurants at Camps Bay (and a nice mini workout coming back).
Bibiana was a fantastic communicator, with wonderful local recommendations. She was extremely responsive when an appliance had a minor issue during our stay.
Dorika, the housekeeper, was a wonderful treat. She was incredibly kind to our children & kept the house (and our laundry) spotless.
We had a fantastic stay – the only bad part was having to leave. We hope to be back soon.
5Amazing villa. Peaceful setting and terrific views of Lion’s Head from the terrace and pool. Beautiful minimal interiors and great cleaning service.
5House is very well located in Camps Bay, close to the beach and its a good starting point to visit all the city. House itself is very well equipped and service during our stay was great (flexibility and very good communication). Quiet place with an amazing view on Lion head from terrace, living room and all bedrooms!
Big plus for us was also the flexibility to check in and check out. Host is fully available to help. All tips in the brochure given at the check-in are a must to enjoy the city.

5The house is located in a quiet street in Camps Bay and it only took us 8 minutes to walk down to the city center and beach. What was a positive surprise and is actually not visible on the photos is that you have a great view on the sunset every night from the living room and terrace. Also on the terrace you can dine with direct sight on Lionshead. The house is very modern and has fast and stable internet (great for working).
Everyone was very welcoming, all questions and requests were quickly answered and the maid on the house made the stay a very good experience.

4House was lovely and host was very responsive. Only issue was the fourth bedroom which had no window and no ventilation. I would consider this a three bedroom house. We did ask for a box fan for the unventilated bedroom which helped but the description in the listing should have clearly told us that the fourth bedroom was sub-par.
