4. 5This house was perfect for a girls trip! Enough space for everyone to spread out when needed, yet a comfy and inviting communal space to gather. We organized a private chef experience through Nox for dinner one night and it was definitely a highlight. The location is great – walking distance to Camps Bay restaurants and amazing sunset views. The bathrooms are a bit tight and some with very small sinks and a little outdated compared to the rest of the house. We didn’t use the hot tub, it didn’t look entirely functional while we were there however we didn’t try to use it due to the weather. Nox is responsive, at times it felt like there were many people responding, so a few follow-ups were required. Overall a great experience and highly recommend this property!

5. 5We had two wonderful weeks at Rock Residence. We are very pleased with the house—it appeared exactly as shown in the photos, and even more beautiful in real life, both inside and out.
   The house is perfect for large groups or multiple families, with all the bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a downstairs living area in addition to a spacious and lovely main living room. The kitchen is well equipped—you have everything you need.
   A lovely housekeeper ensured that our stay was comfortable and welcoming. The view and sunsets are stunning! The outdoor area was also very nice and inviting.
   It’s a short distance to beaches, shops, and restaurants in Camps Bay. A fantastic place to use as a base when exploring everything Cape Town has to offer.
   The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to our inquiries. We highly recommend this place. We truly enjoyed ourselves from the moment we arrived until we left.
   Thank you so much for having us—we would love to come back again someday

6. 5The staff at Nox were extremely kind and helpful. They went above and beyond for us and were proud of the services they provide. An incredible location with amazing views and the accommodation itself was perfect for a beachside get away. We will absolutely be back

7. 3We had a beautiful stay at Nox’s place with stunning views of the ocean and Camps Bay. The cleaning staff and services we booked (chef, birthday decor) were excellent.
   However, there were a few issues. A persistent sewage smell from the toilets spread into the kitchen and made some rooms hard to sleep in. Windows lacked nets, so flies and insects came in when lights were on. Communication was slow—e.g., when an entry/exit fob wasn’t working, it was hard to reach the team. Automated responses from the noise monitoring system also sent alarming messages threatening eviction and police involvement, even before quiet hours, which caused unnecessary stress.
   Overall, it’s a beautiful property with great amenities and services, but addressing these issues would make the guest experience much more comfortable and worry-free.

8. 5Our stay in Camps Bay was absolutely magical. The house itself was incredibly beautiful, but what truly made the entire week unforgettable was the wonderful woman who took care of the house and of us every day.
   she was truly an angel. She cleaned daily, made sure everything was perfect, and most of all shared such lovely conversations with us. She felt like the heart of the home, almost like a house mom, and brought so much warmth and soul to our stay.
   Because of her, the whole experience felt not just luxurious, but incredibly welcoming and personal. We are beyond grateful for her kindness and care.
   We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back anytime!

10. 5Beautiful place, great view, looks like the photos. Spotless, well-stocked, very comfortable beds and linens. Great for a large group with plenty of good bedroom options. Thandi was a wonderful housekeeper. The entrance is a bit unconventional, with an elevator leading to a final set of stairs – only an issue for someone with mobility issues. The unit is only partially air conditioned – only an issue on unusually hot days. The host is incredibly responsive, helpful and accomodating. The location is great – close to the beaches and a quick walk to lively Camp’s Bay restaurant, bars, grocery stores, etc. and quick drives to other points of interest. We had an excellent stay!

13. 3The residence was not easy to locate, and the host was nowhere to be found, despite my communication of our arrival. This gave the impression that other guests were prioritized over us, for reasons I choose not to speculate on. We were assisted by someone who identified himself as a handyman, when we could not locate the residence. Upon being taken to the residence, we found the place was still being cleaned, more than an hour after we were supposed to have checked in. The host only arrived long after we had settled in. Later when we tried to freshen up, we discovered that there were no towels in all of the bathrooms, except for one. Despite having reported the matter, and having been promised a resolution, the towels were only dumped on top of a storage cupboard in one of the rooms. On Monday, we came back to a house that was not serviced for the day, and someone was sent after we had complained. We were also accused of making noise on Wednesday, despite not being at the house.

14. 5Great location in Camps Bay, right on the beach and an easy walk to the Camps Bay beach, shops and cafe’s.
    The views were beautiful and the house was super clean.

    Но есть несколько нюансов.
    Во первых – попасть в дом не просто, через апартаменты на лифте до 4 этажа и дальше по лестнице.
    Во вторых только одна спальня с собственным с/у, остальные 3 ванные общие
    В третьих бассейн и зона отдыха на заглавной фото недоступно, там не убрано и открытая ванна закрыта
    В четвертых домработница была не слишком учтивой, перед выездом она пришла на полчаса раньше и демонстративно подгоняла нас, хотя бы были готовы выезжать вовремя и завтракали за полчаса до выезда.
    И заезд и выезд были не организованными, мы ждали или бежали.
    Так же нам при заселении сказали что воду можно пить из под крана – и через день случилось жестокое отравление, пришлось вызывать врачей, ставить капельницы и делать уколы..
    Ну и последнее..когда на второй день мы попросили добавить капсулы к кофе машине, нам предложили их купить

20. 5One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! Perfectly located, peacefully removed from the hustle of Camps Bay but just a scenic and enjoyable walk away. The host was incredibly responsive, and the full service experience made it feel like a stay at a boutique hotel. Thanks for letting us stay!

    Mobília confortável. Roupa de cama e banho de qualidade. Cozinha muito bem equipada com panelas, louças, taças.
    A localização é bem próxima de ótimos restaurantes e da piscina pública de água do mar. Por do sol incrível na janela.
    O acesso à casa depende necessariamente de subir alguns degraus.
    Alguns quartos não têm ar condicionado.
    Os anfitriões são muito diligentes para responder e o serviço de limpeza diária funcionou bem.

24. 5We had the most incredible stay, beautiful location, vibe and space. Everything spotlessly clean. Hosts exceptionally helpful. Easy 5 mins walk to the restaurants and bars in Camps Bay.

30. 5The house is amazing and in a great location. Thandi was awesome, and great to have around to assist in cleaning the house each day. The Nox team were very responsive and attentive to any requests we had.

35. 5Wonderful location with easy walking access to the beach, shops and restaurants. The property is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped, making it easy to stay in or go out. Communication and assistance from the property management was comprehensive, yet not intrusive. Great stay!

37. 3The check in experience was not the best . A representative arrived more than 30 minutes late , he breezed through the necessary check-in information , clearly having a much more important engagement than the Mundane checkin procedure. Towel rails in the main en-suite were broken , jacuzzi not working , despite these being reported , nothing was done attend to them .
