The Views Villa is a modern, 4-bedroom luxury villa on top of Camps Bay that rests against the Twelve Apostles mountains. It boasts spectacular views all around including the Atlantic Ocean, the Table Mountain range, and Lions Head. There is hardly any room without a view. The location is very private, but at the same time open in design.
The main living of the villa is open-plan with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass doors. There is an informal living area that has luxurious seating for 10. This room is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sensational views. Inter-leading with this area is the formal TV area with comfortable seating for 6 and a large wooden 12-seater dining table. Both these rooms lead onto a deck with a swimming pool and sun loungers. The kitchen is a raised open plan area and overlooks the TV lounge and dining table.
The four bedrooms are located on the first floor of The Views and all have access to a terrace. All the bedrooms in this incredible villa have aircon, are en-suite and boast amazing sea and mountain views.

Es wurde sich auch immer gut gekümmert und William unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort war immer da und hat uns geholfen. Das Haus ist perfekt. Es liegt genau perfekt, hinter uns Table Mountain und vor uns das Meer. Jeden Morgen und Abend hat man hier den schönsten Blick aufs Meer. Wir würden immer wieder zurück in diese Unterkunft und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch. Danke für alles & diese unvergessliche Zeit!
5What an incredible stay! This property exceeded all our expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice – it’s even better in person. The house was spacious, beautifully designed, and the views were breathtaking, especially from the bathroom and bathtub overlooking Table Mountain.
A huge thank you to William, our housekeeper, who was so kind, respectful, and attentive to all our needs. He truly made our stay unforgettable. The NOX team was also amazing – super responsive and always ready to help. Every time we reached out, they replied almost immediately.
We did have our doubts before arriving, but as soon as we stepped inside, all those disappeared. The house was even more impressive than the listing described. Yes, there are about 65 steps to get to the property, which could be a challenge for some, but it wasn’t an issue for us, and the views made it worth it.
We have absolutely no negative comments. If we’re ever back in Cape Town, we’d love to stay here again. Highly recommended

5Beautiful modern home with the best views in Cape Town. The home/views was exactly like the way it was described in the listing. The host was fantastic and the daily cleaning service from William (stays in a separate house on property) was wonderful! 2 minor things- on very windy days, the house can be very loud inside making it difficult to fall asleep and each time you enter/leave the house, you will have to climb or descend 64 stairs which are steep. Otherwise, this home was perfect and I look forward to staying here again on my next visit!

5I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nox’s villa from October 19-24th 2023.This stunning villa offered a perfect blend of contemporary design and traditional elements, providing a luxurious and memorable experience.
Nox’s villa features spacious and beautifully designed bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area allowed for convenient meal preparations and enjoyable dining experiences.
The host at Nox’s villa was exceptional. Delivering warm hospitality and providing valuable recommendations for local attractions. The villa’s location was conveniently close to the beach
However, one aspect that could be improved upon was the stairs leading up to the villa. They were quite steep and could be challenging for individuals with mobility issues or heavy luggage it would be beneficial if there handrails installed for safety and convenience.
In conclusion, my stay was truly indulgent despite the minor inconvenience I highly recommend

Be prepared to walk up about 50 steps leading into the house. Lugging our luggage up those steps was not fun. We soon got used to those steps during our stay. Guess it’s great exercise, lol.
Our host was quick to respond before arrival & welcomed us warmly. He was, however, slow to respond during our stay. Which was disappointing.
