Eight beautifully appointed bedrooms are elegantly furnished and boast breathtaking views. Spacious open-plan living spaces command magnificent ocean views, while two outdoor barbecue areas, a large sun deck, a 12 seater Jacuzzi and two splash pools offer the perfect place to sun-worship and entertain.
Two Views Beach House has a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and Nespresso machine. The open-plan dining area seats 16 for dinner and seamlessly connects with the outdoor dining terrace through floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors. A contemporary-chic lounge has a wood-burning fireplace and satellite television and has access to the outdoor dining terrace with stunning ocean views.
The beautifully appointed bedrooms are spread evenly over the house with three on the top level, three on the middle level, and two on the lower level. All bedrooms are stylishly decorated in fresh whites and natural hues and have queen-size beds, en-suite, or shared bathrooms with walk-in showers, and ample storage space. Sumptuous furnishings and imported finishes add stylish appeal and each room has beautiful views of Lion’s Head, Table Mountain, or the vast Atlantic Ocean.
Extensive terraces and balconies are situated on each level of the house, offering breathtaking mountain and sea vistas. Dine under the stars with friends at the built-in barbeque on the pool deck or float in one of the two splash pools as you savour the views.
Two Views Beach House has two off-street parking spaces and is fully secure with an alarm. 5 of the 8 Bedrooms are located on the 2 lower levels and access to these bedrooms is via stairs on the exterior of the Villa. The bedrooms are situated like this to maximise on privacy for these rooms.
Due to the open pool and high drops, this property is not suitable for young children.

3We booked this property for an important working retreat, with guests travelling and dialing in from across the country. Given the price point, we expected a reliable and professional environment. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in several key areas.
3 air conditioning units in the main living and meeting areas were not working. Fans were provided, but they were not adequate.
The electricity tripped repeatedly during our stay, cutting WiFi and disrupting online participants.
There were also security concerns, as the electric fence along the perimeter was broken with visible gaps.
Airbnb and the host agreed to a partial refund, which we appreciated. That said, at this price level we expected a property that was fully functional, secure, and professionally managed throughout the stay.
This property is most ideal if you want to entertain on the 2 large landing areas with amazing views. Very small kitchen and living area makes this more of an “event” property.

5The house was clean, looked exactly like the photos. Comfortable for 16 people. The host was responsive and instructions were clear. I think it was pretty perfect for what we needed. Absolutely fantastic views, stunning.

5We stayed at Two Views Villa in Camps Bay with a group of 17, and it was absolutely amazing. The house is stunning, exactly as described, with breathtaking views in both directions. The team was incredibly accommodating—helping us coordinate a private chef, providing daily housekeeping, offering an extra set of keys when we needed them, and even arranging an extra bed in one of the rooms for a small fee. When we had a minor issue with one of the showers, they were quick to send maintenance to resolve it.
The only thing I would change is the bathroom setup in some of the rooms, where the toilet is essentially in the bedroom with a see-through door. It’s something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with a group.
That said, everything else about our stay was seamless, and I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and well-managed stay in Cape Town!

5We stayed with a large group of family and friends and the layout and location was perfect for us. We could all congregate on the top level and enjoy me time on the seperate levels. The kids also loved the pools.

3Beautiful place to stay no doubt however things to consider as per below:
1- Not recommended for families with children or elderly as it is a four floor villa divided by indoor and out door stairways leading to rooms.
2- Moving 16 bags of luggage was very difficult for both us and the help.
3- The long stair case just on the side of the Villa that lead to all lower floors and rooms had no lighting at all, we had to use our mobile torches for climbing up and down.
4- Toilet windows need privacy especially the one on the side of the stairs going down, as anyone can see the whole toilet just by standing on the stairs.
5- Pest control in bedrooms need a thorough check.
6- Take not that if you spill food, drink or get sick on the the duvets you will be charged a hefty price as we had to pay 5,843.05 South African Rand to was a duvet which they claim was customized for them.
Over all is a nice place for young couples who don’t mind the above.

511 of us booked this villa after our wedding for a mini break with close friends. It’s huge and has heaps of smaller breakout spaces for late night drinks and conversations. Some of the areas had some issues with electrics such as the downstairs corner with no power to sockets. We also found that the cleaners did not do that much for the communal areas.. these problems were minor for the fact the bedrooms were super comfy , the seating areas were perfect for watching the sun go down. We even had a personal chef in to do a bbq which was outstanding. Overall I still give this a 5 star as it was highly received by our group and we had a great time.

Negativ: Die Pools waren nicht wirklich sauber und in den untersten zwei Zimmern kein Warmwasser. Man war sehr bemüht es zu reparieren aber leider ohne Erfolg.
