Villa Adara is an exceptional modern masterpiece comprising 3 light filled levels, perfectly positioned on the slopes above Camps Bay. Each level has a terrace complete with beautiful outdoor furniture from which to enjoy spectacular ocean views from sunset to sundown. Adara’s incredible vistas can be enjoyed from every room in the house no matter where one chooses to relax.
The top floor entrance of Adara welcomes with a sophisticated cocktail lounge area and sweeping views of Camps Bay.
The magnificent master suite is located to the right of the cocktail lounge and to the left is a second en suite bedroom complete with private balcony.
A floating stainless steel staircase leads down to the second level which offers an open plan living/dining area overlooked by a sleek, state of the art kitchen. The large dining table seats 8 and the living area centers around a gas fireplace with a large flat screen TV, mounted on the wall above the fireplace. The entire second level has floor to ceiling glass sliding doors, which open onto a wrap around terrace complete with outdoor dining area and gas barbeque.
A beautiful spiral staircase leads down to the third level of the home. Here there is a second master suite, 2 additional bedrooms and bathrooms, a beautifully appointed lounge area, with another wall mounted TV and a laundry room complete with washing machine and dryer. Each room is impeccably furnished in keeping with the modern sophistication of Adara. Again, the lounge area and each of the 3 bedrooms have floor to ceiling glass sliding doors which lead out onto the third terrace. Here, there is yet another outdoor lounge area and an infinity pool all offering spectacular views of Camps Bay and Lions Head.
Adara offers two garages, one on the top level and one on the second level of the home.
10 min walk from the beaches and trendy village of Camps Bay. The villa is accessible to the local bus route and we offer a shuttle service by arrangement. The villa offers secure indoor parking for 2 vehicle and safe outdoor parking is available.

5Lavinia was a great host. House was immaculate and looked exactly as described. Housekeeper, Annie, did a good job keeping the home clean, but was a little argumentative with our chef. I discussed this with Lavinia and she took care of it promptly. We had a late flight and Lavinia was very kind and accommodating and let us check out late. This was my first time using Air BnB and the experience was very smooth. I had a great time in Cape Town. I would definitely book this house again on a trip back.
5We were a group of family-friends (8 adults + 2 children) looking for a place to stay outside of Cape Town. Camps Bay is a wonderful town with a very beautiful white sand beach, some great restaurants and bars, and is very walkable. Villa Adara overlooks it all and the view from almost every room is truly spectacular.
Our host, Lavinia, was super responsive and easy to communicate with both before our stay and during. She was able to recommend everything from tours to restaurants and even a grocery shopper so we’d have a stocked fridge and some when we arrived.
The live in housekeeper, Annie, did a great job keeping the house clean while we were away on various tours.
In summary, Villa Adara is an amazing home that I would recommended to anyone looking to stay in a beach town outside of Cape Town.

2This is a great property in a great location. The on-site staff (Annie) was great and always helpful. The low rating/score however is due to an experience which significantly impacted (negatively), inconvenienced and derailed a milestone celebratory trip.
Our host canceled our booking at the last minute despite being aware of an underlying sewage issue before our arrival. This wasn’t just an inconvenience—it completely derailed a meticulously planned trip that was meant to celebrate our close friend’s once-in-a-lifetime milestone.
Our group of five traveled from three different countries for this trip, and every aspect of our itinerary was centered around the house we booked. The impact of this cancellation goes beyond just lost accommodations; it irreversibly disrupted a trip that was meant to be a core memory for our friend.

One thing to call out was Annie, she was brilliant from check in through to check out. Making sure we all had eveything we needed . She was brilliant

Lavinia was a great host, always checking in to support if we need anything. The housekeeper Annie was also wonderful.

5This place was absolutely amazing. From the incredible view, to cleanliness,to the beautiful kitchen and open floor plan, it was the perfect place to celebrate a vacation with friends and family. The best part was Annie, the house host who was the friendliest person ever and maintained the house everyday by cleaning, making the beds, and even folding our clothes! We had the best of both worlds by having a whole house to ourselves and also having the convenience of hotel like service! Would love to stay here again

5Awesome, awesome place ?? Our family had a great December holiday here. Lavinia was great from the last even before we checked in to stay. She always sorted out any little issue even if we had not requested it to be sorted out. The in-house helper was also the best. We will definitely be back.
5This Gem is Beautiful. This Villa has amazing views, especially at Sunset, every room and living space is so spacious and the pictures definitely does not do this Villa any Justice. So much positives but to name just a few: lots of space, very clean, beds are all comfortable, enough parking inside and my favourite part is definitely the pool area. A special mention to Annie for keeping the communication all weekend with me and for keeping the place in such emaculate conidtion all weekend, she is also amazing. I WIll definitely be back to this Villa at some point soon
