Ithemba (refurbished 2025) is a six-bedroom, four-level villa in Camps Bay, located within walking distance to the promenade. Sleeping up to 12 guests, the home is ideal for families or groups.
The main bedroom features a king-sized bed, air-conditioning, a private Juliette balcony, and an open ensuite. Other bedrooms include queen or twin beds, air-conditioning, desks, TVs, private balconies, and ensuite bathrooms. The sixth bedroom, on the lowest floor, is accessed via external stairs and has its own deck, kitchen, dining for four, and seating.
The villa’s main living and dining areas offer seating for eight, a wood fireplace, dining for twelve, and balcony access with sea and mountain views. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric hob, Nespresso and bean coffee machines, a blender, and bar dining for six.
Outdoor spaces feature a pool deck with seating for seven, bar seating for two, a dart board, and an upper terrace with dining for twelve, lounge seating for ten, and a wood BBQ. Additional features include a washer and dryer, inverter, and alarm system. Located close to Camps Bay Beach and the Table Mountain Cableway, Ithemba combines functionality with effortless holiday living.

5Wonderful house and in the best location
5A stunning villa with fantastic views from the top-floor bedrooms. The location is amazing—a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants.
The highlight is the king bedroom and the living room and kitchen area.
The only downside was the pool, which, though private, was smaller than I had expected. I was also disappointed that the 6th bedroom is actually located outside the main building, which meant one of the guests felt a little excluded.
The housekeeping is excellent and overall a fantastic villa for families, and groups or friends.
5Our family stayed at this incredible Cape Town house for a month, and it was perfect in every way! With all six rooms utilized, there was plenty of space for everyone, and the daily cleaning service kept everything spotless. The views of the beach and Lion’s Head Mountain were absolutely stunning, and the location was unbeatable—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and bars. The host (Vox) provided excellent service, making our long stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend this property for a family getaway or group trip!

4The location of the house is perfect and a stone away from the famous Victoria Road.
However Nox need to consider a smart TV that allows for YouTube and Streaming, one plate of the gas stove wasn’t working.
But ultimate the house is beautiful.

Lovely astonishing views when you look out onto the Bay !!!!… location is perfect for all shops … beach and restaurants/bars .. just a 3min walk to everything you could need on this trip .. our host was lovely and our cleaning staff member was great I would like to give them 11/10 for service.. response time and easy to communicate with … this villa had more than enough space to accommodate the group of 8 with all rooms including en-suites and loads of living space with a pool table and an extra large kitchen … this apartment will be on my top favourite list thanks again !!
4We had a blast staying with Nox in Cape Town. There was a plumbing issue but management helped us resolve it immediately. Really appreciated how responsive everyone was – felt very taken care of during our stay. Would definitely recommend this beautiful property!
5Really great villa. 5 minute walk from the beach. the views from the villa are amazing. The only slight annoyance was a noise monitor in the property which would message automated texts to my phone at all times of day. I am aware that they would not want noise late in the evening, but the monitor went off at 4.30pm when we were talking too loud
5Wonderful huge house with beautiful views of the ocean from kitchen, living room & most of the bedrooms. Easy walking distance to local shops, bars, restaurants and beach.
Nox we’re really good with communication.
However, load shedding eg no electricity for up to 6 hours a day is really bad in Cape Town. The house could do with a generator to power fridge, tvs, air con, sockets for charging phones etc
Also no heating to the beautiful pool so chilly to use.
(Only wifi and a few rechargeable lamps stay on!)

5Wonderful stay! Probably one of the nicer Airbnbs I have had the privilege of renting over the last few years.
The location is the best you could get in Camps Bay. Super safe, less than a 10 minute walk from the beach, nightlife and restaurants. Most of the time you will want to just enjoy the breathtaking views from your pool at the Airbnb instead of spending money at the nearby bars/attractions.
We flew all the way from Canada to enjoy Cape Town and we are so happy we finished our trip at Camps Bay in this stunning Airbnb!!

5Was an incredible stay and the hosts were very attentive to our needs. In addition having a maid coming in daily was super helpful keeping the place clean with so many friends staying in one unit. The area is beautiful and near so many shops and restaurants.
4The house is exactly as is on the pictures beautiful indeed, and it smelt amazing some parts of the house need some maintenance.. we had a leaking basin in one of the toilets … our WiFi didn’t work throughout Saturday and Sunday. Our host was nice but I think he got overwhelmed at some point due to all the problems that we encountered at the house, he then decided not to respond to my messages anymore …. We also had cleaning people that would come every single morning which was great …
