The property consists of a 6-bedroom villa, with 5 ensuites, as well as a 2-bed, 2 ensuite apartment. Spectacular views of the Atlantic and Table mountain can be seen from both levels and a generous terrace leads onto a manicured garden with a stunning night-lit swimming pool. The vibey promenade with many great restaurants is only 15 min walk away

The 8-bedroom luxury villa consists of the 6-bedroom villa, plus a 2-bedroom apartment located at the same address. When rented separately, the apartment is private and doesn't have access to the villa pool or garden area. When rented together, the apartment will have a key with access to the villa grounds. There are 8 bedrooms in total, 7 of which have ensuite bathrooms and 1 with no bathroom. There are two WC's (half bathrooms with toilet and sink).
The swimming pool is heated through solar power by roof paneling, hence weather dependant.

We Have a Strict No-Party Policy as We Are Located in A Residential Area and Our Neighbours Are Noise Sensitive. Should You Wish to Host a Lunch or Dinner During Your Stay, ), a Pre-Approval Should Be Requested and Terms & Conditions Will Need to Be Signed and Agreed To. No D Js Allowed, and Any Background Music Will Need to Be Turned Down at 10 Pm.
- Overnight Occupation Is Strictly According to The Number of Persons on The Reservation Contract.
- We Understand that Accidents Happen. but We Do Ask that You Please Let Us Know when They Do so We Can Fix Them More Efficiently, Limiting Any Costs Incurred.

5Great Villa! We were a group of 11 and we were all comfortable. The home was beautiful and well maintained and the photos represented the property well. Great oceans views and views of Lions Head. Highly recommend this villa for large groups.

4We had a mixed experience at this property. The highlight was Reina, the housekeeper, who was friendly, hardworking, and made us feel welcome. The property itself was in a good location with nice mountain views and a 25-minute walk to the beach (though lots of stairs). However, the layout was not as expected from the photos, with the pool on the third level and many stairs throughout, which could be challenging for some.
A major issue was the non-functional A/C in the two-bedroom apartment, which remained broken during our stay. While Andre, the host, attempted to fix it, his compensation of a box of chocolates was inadequate. Airbnb eventually provided a partial refund, but Andre later contacted us asking for some money back, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable.
Overall, while the property has potential, better maintenance, accurate photos, and improved handling of issues are needed to make this a smoother experience for future guests.
5Lavinia’s place was amazing, great location with amazing views. The checking in and out process was quick and painless. Lavinia also provided detailed instructions and recommendations which was appreciated. I have no reservations recommending the property or the host and will definitely be back.
5From checkin to checkout everything worked out well. We felt super comfortable in this house and the view (especially sunset) is amazing. Daily house keeping went well and the cleaning lady was just a bless.
Unfortunately we lost one of our keys but Lavinia & Team were super pragmatic and we found a fair solution, thus managed to change locks immediately under reasonable costs.
After all – if you are a big group and want to enjoy some days in Cape Town, this is a nice place to choose 🙂
