Split over two levels, this magnificent property exudes an elegant ambiance with an African touch which is immediately felt on arrival. Flooded with natural light, the double volume entrance hall leads into the spacious, open-plan living areas of the house. A modern, kitchen features state-of-the-art amenities and separate scullery. A sleek breakfast bar for casual meals, and double doors open onto a small courtyard with a table and chairs for sunny mornings. Leading off the kitchen is a separate television room.
The kitchen flows seamlessly into the open-plan lounge and dining room, which are separated by a central gas fireplace. The lounge features plush, comfortable couches and flows out through stackable, sliding doors onto an outdoor patio/lounge with couch and gas heater for outdoor relaxation, as well as the front pool deck. The dining room boasts a large wooden eight-seater table. It connects effortlessly with the outdoor timber deck through sliding doors, and both the lounge and dining room feature underfloor heating.
The upper level of the property features the bedrooms, made up of the master bedroom and three queen guest bedrooms. The vast master bedroom opens onto a private balcony with spectacular ocean views. The remaining three bedrooms have queen-sized beds, enjoy ample cupboard space, and share two bathrooms one with a shower, and one with bath and shower. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.
The outdoor areas of the property are ideal for entertaining, with a large wooden deck and swimming pool, outdoor shower and barbeque, a beautifully manicured garden and a covered putting green for golf enthusiasts. Fully secure with an alarm, this elegant Camps Bay abode offers off-street parking.

3We enjoyed our stay, but a few things were not great. Wilfred was very friendly on arrival & gave a tour of the house, only to inform us the a/c’s had been disconnected, perhaps to save costs, but it is advertised with a/c. Initially made payment for booking, only then were we told about construction next door which continued the whole week. We had the option of choosing another unit in the group if available but had already scoured for days to find this one. Should have mentioned before accepting payment. Putt-putt was disappointing. Covered in wooden chips & sticks plus plastic bottles & cans lying around the grass. These are simple things that can easily be fixed but needs some attention to detail before guests arrive. A lovely clean house but for the price, we expected a bit more.

5Brilliant stay in a beautiful house. The interior design is stunning and the master bedroom is simply divine. Super clean with a lovely, friendly housekeeper and great communication from the management team. Great location with stunning views. It was a pity it was so windy during our stay as we couldn’t enjoy the facilities as much as we had hoped – but that was out of everyone’s control! There was only one small thing I could fault, and that was the towels – perhaps it’s time for a new set of nice matching bath towels – they were a little scrappy and mismatched. Not in line with the rest of the house. Other than that – we loved every minute. Thanks for a great stay.
