Top Floor

On arrival, you will access the property at street level and head down into the lavish entertainment area which leads on to the first balcony and the kitchen. The space is divided into two lounges, each with its own fireplace, and one with a state of the art entertainment system. The views are wrap-around and absolutely jaw dropping. The fully equipped kitchen is a joy to cook in, especially while gazing out of floor-to-ceiling windows at endless blue.

One floor down

You will find four bedrooms on this level; all four bedrooms have ocean facing windows and each have their own angle on the waves and sky. The stunning main bedroom is outfitted with a king size bed and walk-in cupboard, also a beautiful en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The smaller second bedroom comes with twin beds and a separate bathroom with shower. The third and fourth bedrooms are equipped with a king size bed and twin beds respectively and each have an en-suite shower.

Two floors down

This area is home to another two bedrooms, a lovely master bedroom with king size bed, walk in cupboard and oval bath and shower (also with views); and another bedroom with a king size bed but no views. This is the lower entertainment area with access to the rimflow infinity pool, barbeque deck. Also, another lounge which is a fantastic area to socialise, wind down and drink in the surrounding beauty. A second smaller fully equipped kitchen makes catering for the barbeque downstairs pleasantly convenient.

The property has high speed fibre internet throughout, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area and smart TV’s. Top to bottom the house is gorgeous, with no wind or obstacles between you and the endless ocean or the mesmerising sunsets.
