After you have parked you take a short stroll down a quiet path to 69 on 4th Beach. The entrance of this beach house in Clifton is through large stacking doors facing the ocean. This door opens into the open plan living/dining room with bar. This spacious double volume room is furnished with cozy seating for 8 in the living room, 4 at the dining table and additional 5 at the bar. To the left of the Dining room is deck with a private pool, dining seating for 6, two sun loungers and two umbrellas.

The kitchen is also open to this room and has a breakfast bar with seating for 4 people. The kitchen is also fully furnished with all the essentials.

The Loft level has comfortable seating for 2 and is a cozy space to relax.
