Bungalow 15 on 3rd Beach is set on the spectacular site right in the middle of Clifton (and closest to the ocean), this Clifton beach house has unsurpassed panoramic views all 4 famous Clifton beaches and more.

dThe rim flow pool (sun set facing) together with the seamless flow between indoors and outdoors offers a truly unique paradise experience.

The jacuzzi is the closest part of the house to the ocean.

Although directly on the beach, the Clifton beach house offers privacy with no neighbours and direct access to the beach.

Upon entering the front gate you are greeted with an outdoor fish pond and fountain.

2 large en-suit double bedrooms with sea views plus a 3rd bed room with separate bathroom. Large open plan lounge/kitchen (with gas fire place) upstairs and large lounge/entertainment area downstairs.

Wrap around balcony and garden area with a grill and seating area under Clifton’s only grape vine (which produces around 50 bottles of wine a year).

Large downstairs balcony sporting a rim flow pool and jacuzzi which are both sunset facing.

90% of every glass sliding door opens onto the ocean.
