1. 5We had a lovely stay at Bungalow Ulusaba! The property is stunning; the kitchen/lounge was perfect for a group of 8, and the balcony view is absolutely beautiful! The location is amazing – a quick walk down to the beach, and a few steps up to the road (where our car was parked). We were able to walk to Camps Bay for dinner and easily drive/taxi to the other areas of Cape Town. The hosts we dealt were also very proactive and friendly. Thank you for a lovely time!

3. 5Excellent spot near Clifton Beach but the home was everything. Celebrated Christmas and my birthday in the home and it didn’t disappoint. Everything you need is within the space. Would definitely return for a peaceful getaway. 10 out of 10.

4. 5This lovely home is nothing short of exceptional in every way. It is meticulously stocked with every detail to sleep 8 and host seated dinners up to 12. Our long list of favorite details: bi/tri fold doors that open completely in every room in the house, including all bedrooms; Aircon in every room, including all bedrooms; heated pool; unobstructed panoramic ocean views; a 2 minute walk (lots of stairs!) to 3rd beach; down pillows; Bluetooth sound system; meticulously clean everywhere in the house; the kitchen is stocked with every possible pot/pan/utensil/gadget/platter you can imagine; 2 refrigerators; security alarm; Weber gas BBQ; patio awning; 2 robes in each bedroom; ample bath towels; private and secure.
   Things you should know: public access walkway to the beach runs directly next to the house; it is easily walkable to Camps Bay for coffee/dining, not walkable for groceries.
   A definite 10/10. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit!

6. 5The bungalow was absolutely beautiful with a stunning view over Clifton beach which can be reached down steps in front of the villa.The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything you could conceivably need for catering at home including an ice making machine.The beds were very comfortable with superb linen.We paid for the pool to be heated and made full use of it.We would definitely love to return.

7. 5Loved staying at Esta-Marita’s place! Beautiful coastal views, great location, and the house was exactly as described. Very easy check-in process with a code, they were attentive to messages at all times, and more. Would stay here again absolutely!

13. 4The place is very good and well equipped with great view, the only downside is the host she was not flexible at all, we had delayed flight because of weather and we couldn’t make it to the first night of your booking. Unfortunately the host refused to change check in date or at least give us a partial refund on a situation we didn’t have control over.

15. 5Pictures do not do this ‘bungalow’ justice . Situated on the famous Clifton 3 rd beach -the accommodation far exceeded our expectations. No expense was spared when the unit was renovated. High end furniture/appliances and bedding . Walkable to downtown Camps Bay . Beautiful sunset. Always felt safe with someone watching the car day and night . Herzon was very communicative and responsive to my needs. Did not want to leave -couldn’t have stayed a month

16. 5Fantastic stay overall, just a couple of small hiccups like the rental agreement forms and coffee machine not working. House is in a great location and is beautiful.

17. 5This is a spectacular house in one of the most beautiful settings in the world. I have no complaints other than the fact that the coffee machine was not working properly. Price was reasonable. All of our party were very happy with their experience there. Hezron was very punctual, pleasant and efficient. I would stay here again without a doubt.

18. 5This bungalow is simply gorgeous – the view is spectacular, the furnishings and layout perfect for a holiday home, and the sound of both the waves and birds in the surrounding trees is unique for Clifton – incredibly special.
    Hezron the manager was incredibly responsive and assisted with every query. Professional and a pleasure to deal with.
    Truly a slice of paradise!

26. 5Wow, there is no other word to some this place up. It’s amazing, you get the wow factor when you walk in. It’s close to the beach, clean and tidy, all open plan, with plunge pool and sun all day, the view is incredible! We had a bbq here everyday! Hezron , the house keeper was very helpful. The bungalow itself is a perfect blend of sophistication and comfort, with elegant yet cozy furnishings that make you feel right at home. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to create a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. The ice machine was a welcome bonus. Hezron and Nichole were wonderful hosts.
    The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to wonderful restaurants and shops, so you have everything you need right at your doorstep. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning on the patio, watching the waves roll in, walking down the stairs for a walk on the beach, or taking a stroll into town for a bite to eat, this place offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience.

32. 5Position is unbeatable. A few steps from the road (and a roadside parking area where car guards will keep a parking place for you), and a short-ish flight of stairs down to the best beaches.
    The accomodation is clean, has everything required and well decorated.
    Communication is efficient and Hezron was fully responsive with regards to a burst water pipe in the garden on Christmas morning, and had it fixed immediately. Well done!

33. 5Excellent property in the heart of Clifton 3rd! The property was pristine and the decor was of great taste. Very classy, beachy vibe. The views of the water and Clifton 3rd beach were incredible! I went for runs along the sidewalk of Victoria Rd each morning with tremendous views, and we walked for lunch or coffee towards/to Camps Bay which is a beautiful walk one mile away. We heated the deck pool for a smaller fee and it was worth it. Loved this stay!

34. 5This place is gorgeous. Super close to the beach. Living space is amazing. All the bedrooms are the same so a group booking has no worries about someone getting more than another. Really loved it!

36. 5We had a fantastic stay at the Bungalow. From the location to the furnishing everything was spotless. We really enjoyed our stay. Whilst two parking spaces were allocated, we found it more convenient to park literally 20 steps from the property & never had any issues. We won’t hesitate to stay again, or recommend the Bungalow to others…..

41. 5Clifton is a series of small beautiful beaches with a series of bungalows above the beach. This house sits on the very top and you have a beautiful beach of the sea and hills. The house is modern with comfortable features, a modern kitchen, 4 comfortable bedrooms, a large TV. There is only a small outdoor space but the view is great. If you want to use the pool, make sure you let them know in advance as it was too cold to use for us and they need 3 days notice to heat it up. Clifton is safe and full of nice restaurants and the airbnb in a great location to explore both beach and city life. There is a parking garage 200m away to leave your car safely. The house is managed by a management company not directly by the owners – SeaSkyVillas and you will need to fill out indemnity forms and send in your passport before you can stay.

44. 5I had heard of the bungalows on the Cape Town Atlantic Seaboard but never actually stayed in one . The location really is unbelievable with direct access to Clifton 3rd Beach , going up and down the stairs will definitely add to the steps recorded on your fitness tracker . In summary , this was an amazing long weekend in a beautiful part of Cape Town . A place I will definitely be revisiting once “season” is over .

From the moment we checked in until we checked out, everything went smoothly. The villa was spotless and well-maintained, offering all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Esta-Marita was a fantastic host, always responsive and helpful.

52. 5Absolutely gorgeous property! Perfectly located within easy reach of Clifton 3rd and 4th. It also felt safe. We particularly enjoyed time spent on the deck with some of us in the pool – we paid extra to heat the plunge pool and it was glorious! Definitely worth it. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, bathrooms spotless, every appliance worked well, great wi-fi and the design of the place was top notch. We visit Cape Town often and would absolutely book here again!

53. 5The location is unbeatable! Close enough to the road to make going out (and returning at night) no problem, and a short walk to the beach. The bungalow has everything one would need and it is tastefully decorated and all is in good condition. The view is amazing. Perfect stay.

54. 5Wow what an unforgettable accommodation , waking up to the most perfect view every morning, it’s one of those hidden gems that you never want to leave. It has everything you need, super comfortable couches and bedrooms with beautiful bathrooms. A short walk down to the beautiful Clifton beaches. Can only sum it up by saying a little slice of heaven.
    Some tips, the accommodation access has a few stairs in case you have rolling bags. Another tip is when ordering any take out, meet your courier at the parking lot as they find it difficult to locate the villa.

55. 5We had the most incredible stay! The location was fantastic. We have always wanted to stay on Clifton beach and it exceeded every expectation. The house was beautiful, pristine and had every amenity you could need for your stay. Wish we could stay there forever! We will 100% be back. Could not recommend this place more. It’s only a few steps down to the beach which was perfect for our daily morning plunges. Our hosts were also super accommodative to our needs and made the check in/out process seamless. 66. 4Ein sehr schönes, eigenes Haus direkt am 3rd Beach von Clifton. toller Blick auf das Meer und eine sehr gelungene Einrichtung (sehr gemütlich), sehr sauber und die Küche perfekt ausgestattet. Der Check in war sehr problemlos und auch früher als angegeben. Möglich, somit tolle Flexibilität. Die Besitzerin hat das Management wohl einer professionellen Gesellschaft übergeben, was natürlich überhaupt kein Problem ist. Wer allerdings erwartet, dass man hier von einem Local jede Menge Tipps bekommt, wird etwas enttäuscht sein. Die Abwicklung ist sehr professionell und man konzentriert sich eben auf die Fakten. Für mich war es kein Problem, weil ich mich hier bereits gut auskenne. Einzige Kritikpunkt, wenn man überhaupt davon sprechen kann, ist die etwas kleine Terrasse (ohne sunbeds, aber mit Sofa und 2 Stühlen). Ich würde es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

69. 5This bungalow is a dream. The design, decor & furnishings are something out of a design magazine. It was spacious and perfect for our family of 8. Beautiful Clifton beach down the stairs which was nice daily exercise. We felt safe with the property gates and alarm system. The kitchen area is very functional and nice and spacious to all eat together. Bathrooms and bedrooms are gorgeously done. Walking distance to Camps Bay. Parking is tricky so consider packing on the light side if possible with stairs also involved with the bedrooms downstairs. 10 out of 10. We hope to be able to be back soon to visit. ??

70. 5We had a lovely time in the house. The view is just stunning. I think this is one of my new favourite places on this planet. If there is loadshedding, the house offers a cozy fireplace and a lot of candles. The checkin, cleaning and checkout went really smoothly. There is nothing to complain. I’m al ready looking forward to come back again☺️

73. 5The finishes in this place are fantastic! Very nice. The beds are comfortable and the linen is top quality! Besides that, the views are amazing and the house is perfectly situated for Camps Bay nightlife, beach days and city visits. Love our stay here.

75. 3The place was beautiful inside but nothing worked right. The drains throughout were plugged when we arrived. Our second night was interrupted for over an hour the second night because the plumber was still trying to fix things. The heating for the pool didn’t work so we couldn’t use it. The TV remote didn’t work and couldn’t change channels. The ice maker didn’t work. The heating didn’t work until the second night. If everything was working it would have been one of the nicest airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at

76. 5This was a fantastic house on a beautiful beach in Cape Town. The location is great with several parking options right outside the door. The unit itself is beautiful and nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and bedding. The deck overlooking the ocean is perfect for watching the sun go down. Check in was very easy and the property manager, Elijah, was prompt for checking in and out and very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping was also great with Freida taking care of all of the cleaning and laundry needs. One of the nice perks of this house is the easy access to the street level with only a few steps down instead of dozens of steps for many of the houses in the immediate area. The unit felt very secure with a good security system. The location is great as well, with easy access to both Camps Bay and Sea Pointe a very short Uber ride away. Overall, this is probably the nicest unit we have stayed in and we would love to visit here again. Thanks for a great holiday in Cape Town!

78. 5Stunning location in heart of Cape Town on the famous Clifton beaches where you are protected from the wind and get glorious sunsets plus backdrop of Tabl Mt plus disciples behind you. Place is immaculately presented and very well equipped and the upstairs views are to die for.
