5Lovely bright flat with fabulous sea views. For us the thing we loved best was the beautiful cliff-side tropical garden next to the apartment with tranquil places to sit and watch the sunset, as well as a little plunge pool. Be sure to stock up with groceries and wine before you get there as there are no shops or restaurants in walking distance and you can’t buy alcohol in Camps Bay

5This light and airy apartment is in a stunning location with views over Clifton beach and the ocean beyond. A great terrace, and we felt secure. There is a gorgeous little pool and garden for guest to enjoy. The only downside is hearing every noise from the apartment above, but maybe we just had noisy guests during our stay! We would still return and the location is perfect for a Cape Town visit.

5We booked Nick’s place for our last two nights before leaving SA, we wanted to treat ourselves and just relax before going home. And that’s exactly what we were able to do. The apartment is very central to anything you need – the beach right under your nose, grocerry shopping close by. They also include complimentary cleaning services if you need that.

The on street parking is abit of a nightmare during peak time, so would recommend an Uber if possible. Overall highly recommended and will be back

The location is perfect — just a short, scenic walk to Camps Bay while enjoying the peace and exclusivity of Clifton. The private garden is a unique feature and a real highlight, offering a lovely space to relax outdoors. The area feels very safe, and access to the beach is quick and easy. The only minor downside is that the apartment sits on the main road rather than directly on the beach — it’s still quiet inside, but the views would have been even better from the beachside. Overall, a fantastic place that we’d happily return to.

House: very beautiful and serene interior, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, super clean, big windows overlooking the beach and it looks magical at sunset time, beautiful terrace.
(+) they do a daily free room cleaning service which is absolutely great and not normally available at airbnbs. (From 10:00 – 4:00 PM the cleaning ladies are available)
(-) they have a washing machine in the premises, but do not allow you to use it! They do the laundry as a paid service. Which was really unfortunate.
Location: lots of ubers in the area and security guards which made us feel safe.
(+) you open the door to the entrance of the clifton 2 beach! The beach is absolutely beautiful!
(+)very walkable area, lots of pedestrians..
(-) nearest grocery and restaurants is at sea point (30 min walk) (8 min by car). There is a small restaurant 3 min from the location.

5The ocean view is excellent and Clifton beach and area are lovely. The road in front of the apartment, clearly shown in the photos, is the only road you have to cross to get to the beach.
The coffee and lunch spot just up the road, The Eatery, is great and the Bungalow restaurant for dinner is excellent. The Bungalow is a fifteen to twenty minute walk away but a very safe walk, as is all of Clifton. There are patrol guards all along the beach front road areas at night and it’s well lit.
Overall, very good accommodation.
5Such an amazing stay. The views here were amazing. Location is in a great area and is pretty walkable to camps bay. And the beaches. We had daily cleaning which was a plus. Would definitely book to stay here again!

5Nick’s place is so picturesque and peaceful! Better than the pictures w breathaking panoramic views of the Clifton beaches, which are a 2 minute walk away. The place is so well suited for beach days and lounging/relaxing, but also incredibly close to both table mountain and lions head hiking trails.
special shout out to Patience and Victory, who cleaned the place every day, and made us feel at home.
We’ll be back to stay here when we come back to Cape Town!

Public parking outside was free and despite busy periods we never failed to find a space. The staff were attentive & helpful and the alarm offered another layer of security. 5What an incredibly special place for us to spend our honeymoon! We absolutely fell in love with this home and would love to have stayed even longer. To wake up to the views you get from the apartment every day is just spectacular and we never grew tired of watching those sunsets. Nick was a super friendly and responsive host and it was lovely to meet his Mother also. Patience was incredible at keeping the place spotless whilst we were there and a real bonus to be able to use the clothes washing service as we were away for a long time.
The only downside is the car parking situation which was only really an issue at weekends when the roads were busy but that was definitely not enough to stop us from coming back to this incredible home. One of my favourite airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in.
5Ezulwini was an absolute gem! It’s a beautiful apartment that overlooks Camps Bay and the Clifton Beaches. Seeing the sunset from the balcony was breathtaking. Nick was always super responsive and very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and cannot recommend it enough!

5Nick’s Airbnb was very beautiful, peaceful and scenic. I was especially in love with the location as we were right by Clifton beach, we were spoilt with the most picturesque sunsets and sunrises daily. Although it was winter there were many candles and a fireplace that help keep us very warm and comfortable throughout our stay. The garden was also a lovely perk, as it was huge and had a swing which overlooked the ocean… this was really cute! 5The place was absolutely stunning. It’s right by the beach and elevated so you have this magnificent birds eye view of everything through the huge windows. I’m a solo female traveller and the neighborhood is safe, I could walk around peacefully and I slept without a worry. The house is beautiful, very spacious and has everything you could possibly need. As I was settling in, I wanted to get some things from the store for my Mrs., and as you go towards the right for about 15 minutes (walking) you’ll reach to Sea Point, where you’ll find boutique stores and two supermarkets – very, very convenient.
The accommodation itself is fabulous to say the least. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Inside the apartment we’ve booked, you get a fire place, a nice tv, a cute fully equipped kitchen (which my wife and I enjoyed making each other breakfast everyday) and as I said above: a front porch with a beautiful view. You go up the staircase to the mezzanine, and this is where you find

5Incredible views, high quality decoration and furnishings, daily house keeping. You can hear noise from the busy road below, but the views made up for this. Extremely convenient location, ten minutes drive from the waterfront, walking distance to Camps bay, and Clifton’s beautiful beaches just below. Four nights was not enough, we didn’t want to leave. Thanks Nick, we hope to be back soon.
5Pleasant stay and incredible views
5Had the most amazing and perfect stay and Nick’s fantastic Clifton apartment. The private pool and gardens were a private tranquil oasis with stunning views. The location was also perfect for beach days, morning runs along Victoria Rd, and easily within walking distance of some nice restaurants and bars in Camps Bay. Nick also provided some excellent recommendations for Cape and Wine country day trips. All in all, I could not have asked for a better holiday experience and hope to return some day!

5Everything was perfect, did not even get chance to go look at the jacuzzi area. I love how courteous Nick is, the description does not even come close to how amazing the stay is, only problem we had is finding parking but it was due to the December peak season. Overall, bravo ?

5If you want a beautiful, peaceful, dreaming airbnb experience then stop looking, this is the place for you!!!!! We loved our stay! It was walkable to the populated areas but away from the crowds. Easy to Uber to more distant areas. Best sleep we had during our trip! Worth it!!
