19. 5Cozy, clean and comfortable. A little gem tucked within a luscious garden. Quiet surroundings with just what you need for a getaway. Close enough to the amazing restaurants in Sea Point, Greenpoint as well as Camps Bay…so much to choose from. We had a great time staying at Ezulwini Penthouse, the fireplace really helped set the cozy mood on the chilly days. The view was spectacular every night and every morning. The cleaning staff were accommodating to our times and we really appreciated that. Will definitely come and stay again.

    The apartment itself is beautifully maintained, tastefully furnished, and very well equipped with everything one might need for a comfortable stay. It is located in the exceptionally convenient Clifton neighborhood, which made our stay both easy and enjoyable.
    All essential facilities are provided, including secure and very convenient parking in the garage, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with all necessary amenities. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and contributed to a smooth and pleasant experience. The terrace offers a truly beautiful view.
    Nick was a kind, polite, and attentive host, always ready to assist with any questions we had.
    We would absolutely choose to stay here again and would recommend this apartment to others looking for a comfortable and well-located place in Cape Town.

    Beautiful well maintained gardens and we were well looked after by the lovely housekeeper, Patience.
    A fantastic location facing the ocean in between Sea Point and Camps Bay, just a 10 minute walk away.
    Highly recommend, we wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

    Absolutely stunning stay. The villa is modern, spotless, and the view is unreal ocean, the whole Camps Bay moment. Waking up to that scenery alone is worth it. Perfect location, peaceful yet close to everything. Would 100% stay again.

40. 5Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt wirklich schön. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den unglaublichen Ausblick aufs Meer-jeden Abend spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge, die man so schnell nicht vergisst. Der Garten ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll angelegt, sodass man sich jederzeit wohlfühlen kann. Auch das Personal vor Ort war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. 41. 55 stars. Perfect location, literally across the street from the beach. This would be an ideal couples stay but was fine otherwise. Nick has everything you need for a meal in, insane patio and the shared pool and garden is very peaceful for a sunset. Plenty of space, great shower and comfy bed. Nick gave some recommendations, communicated well and the maid service stayed it touch and dropped towels and cleaned whenever we wanted. Truly great hospitality. We rented a car for a road trip and there is garage parking right downstairs with some workout equipment if you want a quick sweat. But by no means do you need a car if just doing CT. Ubers are super cheap and readily available.

In terms of the Airbnb itself, the views from the bedroom, balcony, and private pool area did not disappoint – pictures do not do this place justice. We spent several hours hanging outside overlooking the ocean while chatting, having a couple beers, and playing cards. I would highly recommend staying here.

Also a very well stocked kitchen with nice quality appliances. You can beat the views and conveniently located to the rest of the city. I would absolutely stay here again, can’t wait to come back!

Nick was a fantastic communicator, the location is perfect for a cozy getaway but walking distance to eat out. Highly recommend TheCodfather for dinner! The interiors of the apartment are beautifully designed and has all amenities and appliances you can dream of. Waking up to panoramic ocean views from bed was a highlight as was the glass of wine in the evening watching the sun set over the sea from the apartment´s large balcony.

    The only negative aspect was that there was constantly someone working in the garden and due to the big windows and the location of the bed you could therefore not really enjoy the view from the bed bc you had to have the blinds down starting as early as 8 to have some privacy. However the garden did look accordingly, very beautiful! Parking is also great and safe and the location is just impeccable

We were also very well looked after by Patience and the housekeeping staff. Parking in the garage if you have hired a car as well. Very well equipped kitchen too. 85. 5Everything 10/10. Location is across the street from the Clifton beach. The view is mesmerizing from the windows and the large terrace. Nick really thought through what could one possibly need if they stayed here and then added it. The staff are super kind, the place was clean, the bed comfortable, and found it quiet. I took Ubers everywhere and generally costs $5-7 USD. The closest grocery store was situated in Sea Point for a 5 min Uber ride. I saw no neighbors or heard them. This penthouse had its own elevator that opened up into the unit. I received so much value for what I paid. Thanks, Nick!

97. 5This is a spectacular Airbnb. It’s a luxurious penthouse apartment overlooking the beach, complete with a walk-out deck, access to a pool and garden, and a beautifully furnished interior.
    It’s just a few minutes’ drive from restaurants in Camps Bay, and about 15 minutes to the Cape Town waterfront.
    It’s the perfect jumping-off point for a road trip down to the Cape Peninsula. Just be sure to make it back in time for the stunning sunsets.
    Nick is a great, experienced, and communicative host, and his on-site staff (shoutout to Patience) are professional, friendly, and helpful. We had to change our check-in plans due to some travel disruptions, and they easily accommodated us.
    HIGHLY recommended if you want a peaceful, beautiful retreat in Cape Town – perfect for a weekend getaway.

Nick is a helpful and attentive host and his property is spectacular and designed with care – from the decor and the appliances to the excellent amenities.      Partience kümmert sich um die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung u ein Gärtner um den tollen Garten sowie die Terrasse. Alles wsr immer sehr sauber.
     Den schönsten Sonnenuntergang kann man von der eigenen Terrasse genießen. Und sogar den Lions Head kann man von dieser sehen.
     Insgesamt einfach richtig toll! ?

164. 5I know it’s been mentioned and the pictures don’t do Nick’s place justice. It is stunning, beyond well-equipped, and Amanda, the guys who take care of the grounds: caring + professional. Had a bit of a mishap with the kettle and Nick was responsive and understanding. Uber is super simple if you choose to go out and explore beyond Clifton. I’ll tell you though; I was happy cooking, relaxing on the deck at sunset, with a glass of wine most nights. I’ll definitely be back. Probably one of my most favorite Airbnb stats yet!

166. 5Booked the apartment for about a week with my wife and child, and we agree: If Barney Stinson was an interior designer, we imagine this is the place he would come up with ? It’s a wet dream of a bachelor apartment that worked really well for us as a family too. Beautiful penthouse maisonette studio with a magnificent view over one of Clifton’s beaches. The layout separates kitchen, living, dining, sleeping and bathing very nicely and Nick choose only the best materials and appliances for the space. The terrace is an absolute joy too and probably where you will spend a fair share of your time. Best of all for us was the adjourning garden which is shared with the other units in the house. It’s a little paradise in its own with enough space to share breakfasts or BBQ’s, enjoy the pool, swing on the tree swing or relax and watch the sunset in a secluded seating areas. We definitely recommend this and also Nick’s other listings. He is a very good AirBnB hosts.

On the day of checkout, Our flight didn’t leave until later in the evening and Nick let us store our luggage so we could roam before leaving. Had one issue with the heat not working (electrical issue) and once we notified Nick, he had someone come out to fix it. All in all great stay.
