5The most beautiful home with everything one could possibly need including gowns, games and beach things to the fully stocked kitchen with plenty of fridge space and an ice machine. Stunning views, superb location and fantastic cleaning staff.
5Nic was amazingly pleasant and a great communicator. Will be booking his spot again in just a few weeks. The best views in all of Clifton and I miss the home already.
5Nick’s place was indeed heaven. There is nothing more to ask for when you have an amazing host who is responsive to all your queries. The view of the beach was a cherry on top. DEFINITELY REBOOKING SOON. 🌸a 10/10 experience. 🥰
5Ich würde die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen
5Beautiful villa with incredible vieuw. 2 minutes walk from clifton 2. Housekeeping and owner are very responsive. Perfect stay!
5We had the most incredible stay in Clifton Ezulwini!! Nick, Patience and all household staff were amazing. The villa itself is breathtaking , so clean and so well equipped!
We cannot wait to come back!!!
5Nick is a host of hosts! Helpful and very friendly communicator. Highly recommend Ezulwini for a staycation or vacation.
5Everything was perfect. Loved the stay here. Stunning stunning place.
5Everything was 5 star!
When we come back to the area we will try and stay here again!
Thanks Nick!
5Great host and cleaning staff, great location
5“Wonderful house with beautiful views of Cape Town. Very clean and we loved the artistic furniture. Definitely a five-star stay. The only note is the sound of the wooden floor upstairs.”
5We stayed for 6 weeks and it felt like home, was sad to leave. This home was cosy & inviting, and Nick was a such a great host & responded quickly.
He was helpful and gave us plenty of ideas & recommendations. The staff were also wonderful.
Staying at Clifton was safe and the views were breathtaking.
5Nice place and view
5Stunning place in a stunning location with great service. The house is perfectly equipped and decorated with amazing ocean views, just a stone’s throw from the beach. I can only recommend renting this place when you visit Cape Town.
5Nick was an amazing host, and location of his house is right in front of Clifton beaches. We had great time!
5Beautiful home, perfect beachfront getaway. Really appreciated how responsive Nick was and helpful with bag storage before and after our stay. The site isn’t super walkable to a lot of restaurants and shops but there are some in the area and its a 15min walk to Camps Bay. Location is well worth the view of sunset and the beach! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing getaway with family. Easily fit all 8 of my family very comfortably. Thanks!
Absolute Empfehlung!
5A beautiful property overlooking the Clifton beaches.. unbelievable views!
The house had everything you needed. We were 2 families, and there was plenty of space.
Loved the experience
4Great views and location. The property is well-maintained and Nick is an awesome host. The cleaning staff is friendly and their work is impeccable.
5We had the most amazing time in this house which is stunning! Breathtaking sea views and a great location for walks to shops and restaurants.
Nick went out of his way to ensure we had the best of everything and shared some great contacts for our following visit to Franschhoek. Would thoroughly recommend staying at Nicks and we would return in a heartbeat!
5Nic’s place is breathtaking!
Loved all of it and can highly recommend it. A must stay in the beautiful Cape Town!
5Beautiful accommodation , stylish interior and stunning views.
Definitely a place to visit again.
5Enjoyed the uninterrupted sea views. While not being windy like camps bay. It really felt like home. The attention to detail as well as upkeep is amazing and everything is meticulously put in place while feeling nice and new! Patience who is the caretaker is amazing and always available. She (along with Messi) provided us a daily cleaning service with a smile! Thx Nick Thx Patience. I hope to be back. Best Wishes

5This was my second visit to Ezulwini and hopefully won’t be my last. This villa is nothing short of amazing! This is my all time favorite Airbnb ever and I can’t give Nick and his villa enough praise. My first stay was at the smaller unit which was amazing too. Beautiful home in a beautiful area!
5Place was really great. Definitely staying again at the same place next time when in Cape Town.
5Very beautiful and well equipped apartment overlooking the ocean. Uninterrupted breathtaking sea view!
5Great stay, we all hope to own a house like this. The host is very nice, totally recommend!
5FANTASTIC PLACE! Perfect location. Beautiful home. Amazing view. Luxe.
I, as well as my clients, were very impressed, I’ll be back next year!
5Ezulwini is a beautiful and relaxing place, well suited for an exceptional vacation. You can tell the whole place was designed thoughtfully with an eye to everything a guest might need – from the extremely well equipped kitchen to the lovely bedrooms full of space and light.
Waking up to the spectacular views and sounds of the ocean was wonderful – watching it change over the course of a day was a treat in itself and very special.
A big shout out to Patience and her team – they were lovely, very friendly and helpful, as was host Nick, who responded immediately to any questions we had.
Highly recommend booking if you want to treat yourself to a special stay.
5we were a family of seven staying at Nick’s place. there was ample space for all. the kitchen had everything and more. the view was fabulous. location very good and neighbourhood was super safe.
I would highly recommend Nick’s appartment .??
5Nick’s place was absolutely stunning, in line if not better than the pictures. It is all functional and clean. The seaviews / sunsets were truly breathtaking! Nick was very responsive and helpful, and the cleaning staff, who would come on a daily basis, adorable. Highly recommend !
5Wonderful home in a superb location.
We had a most relaxing time and would want to book again.
5We’ve been in Cape Town quite a few time, we always stay around Clifton. Nick’s house is one of the best places we’ve been – extremely nice house, spacious, well decorated and comfortable and impressive views. We will definitely come Again! The place is also way better than the photos 🙂
5This was the most amazing Airbnb stay! The pictures do not do this amazing home any justice. Unfortunately, we booked at a hotel that was terrible and were willing to splurge on something nicer to makeup for our stay and this was SO Worthy! Walking up to this waterfront view and seeing the sunset from the house was truly incredible. The views from the roof were also out of this world.
The house has anything you can think of and is very modern, spacious and comfortable.
This neighborhood was so safe and nice. Restaurants and shops are 5-10 mins max.
It was our first time in Cape Town and I can totally understand why Clifton is so popular- it’s beautiful, peaceful and picturesque.
It was amazing having Amanda to greet us and help us. I could not recommend this amazing home more and I’m already planning my future longer stay in this magical home.
5What a wonderfull few days in this beautiful Apartment.
Everything and more what we expected.
Thanks for the flexibility on check in and out Nick!
We will definitely be back.
5Our stay with family at Nick’s incredible place in Clifton was fantastic! The home is beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed and ideally situated just across the road from Second Beach. We had many plans to extensively sight-see in Cape Town but wish we had several more days to just stay in, relax, and enjoy the property with its stunning views and people watching. Sunsets are definitely not to be missed!
Nick was an excellent communicator, and his household staff who came to do daily cleaning/maintenance were superb. Can’t recommend Nick’s place enough. If you are staying in Cape Town and want a five-star accommodation …. this is it!
5Beautiful Home with everything o e would need during a vacation. Surroundings are breathtakingly spectacular. We wish we could have stayed longer.
5The staff were excellent They could not have been more obliging
5Our stay at this villa exceeded all expectations, merging stunning views with impeccable hospitality. Nick, our host, ensured a seamless experience, addressing every need with efficiency.
The property, a blend of elegance and practicality, featured a beautifully designed cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms with gorgeous views, all maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness.
Despite the minor inconvenience of local flies, Nick’s swift actions minimized their impact. The highlight was the breathtaking views, providing a serene backdrop to our stay. Security and daily housekeeping added to the ease of our visit, making it truly worry-free.
This Airbnb isn’t just accommodation; it’s a destination that promises and delivers a memorable experience.
We’re already planning our next visit, eager to explore more of what this extraordinary place has to offer. Perfect for those seeking a luxurious and enchanting escape!!
5Absolutely beautiful stay from start to finish.
5QUE CASA INCRÍVEL!! super recomendo!! Casa super bonita e decorada, camas super confortáveis.. ótima localização!!! 🙂
5Stunning home in a beautiful location.
5Great host and great onsite staff.
5We loved Ezwalini. The location is spectacular and the house is beautifully appointed. There was plenty of space to spread out and feel at home. This is a fabulous location in Cape Town and we appreciated the proximity to the best CT had to offer. The photos don’t do this house justice. The artwork is stunning and the view of the sea is incredible. We will definitely return 🙂
5Absolutely stunning home, we had the most amazing stay. The views, the decor, the location, the staff, everything was perfection. Must be the best bed I have ever slept in.
The kitchen is wonderfully stocked and so awesome for entertaining.
Finding the swing in the garden was a cool surprise too.
We never wanted to leave, it’s even more beautiful than the pictures. Thank you to Patience & each of the staff for looking after us. Also a huge plus that the entire house is off grid so no impact during load shedding. We can’t wait to return.
5Très beau séjour ,dans l’une des plus belle place du cap
Séjour parfait
Attention seulement pour la piscine ,la sécurité pour les enfants est limite, une simple barrière pourrai fonctionner
Nous reviendrons
5We LOVED this house.
Every detail had been thought through and addressed. We literally stood in the lounge when we first got there to appreciate the house – and the view.
The house was immaculate. Everything about it is is world class. A real treat for some pampering and luxury.
The beach is literally over the road and great restaurants within an easy walk.
Also, we discovered an incredible garden in the back on the last day – a retreat that was worth spending the whole day in.
5Beautiful Airbnb with stunning views of the water. Nick was very kind.
5Nicks spot was outstanding! It’s in an amazing area in Clifton, stunning home and great/expansive amenities. Perfect for a family or group of friends. My friends and I felt very comfortable and safe and loved that there were perfect beach views from every room in the house! Can’t recommend this property enough and such a reasonable price.
Thank you Nick and Patience for being so easy to communicate with and accommodating for all of our questions and needs.
5Nick is great as is his team (Patience, etc). The place is amazing – super clean, beautifully adorned, and well managed. The views are incredible and beach access is great (some of the best beaches in Cape Town are walkable). The only thing to be mindful of is that you’ll generally need a car for groceries, restaurants, etc (but a car is a good idea in CapeTown generally) and that the street noise may be an issue for very sensitive sleepers!
5Loved this place. It felt brand new, with carefully curated art, decor and accessories. Great finishes and just great design that we appreciated so much. Spectacular views; close to great restaurants.
5Incredible home that far surpasses the description and photos. The location is a dream, right on the beach, walkable Clifton beaches, Bantry Bay, Sea Point. Right where you want to be in Cape Town. The house itself is wildly comfortable, clean, well laid out. And the staff is incredible all around. You really feel taken care of here, while also having privacy in a naturally stunning setting. Wait until you see the view. Hard to beat anywhere in the world.
5This was the most beautiful Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Everything is spotless and it is kitted out with everything you could possibly need. Nick is friendly and helpful, and Patience and Christine are absolutely amazing (my two little boys adored them). Highlights: amazing sunsets, going to sleep listening to the waves crashing, pool where you can relax and people watch, a stone’s throw from Clifton’s beautiful beaches.
5Wow, this place is absolutely stunning. I didn’t want to leave. Additionally, Nick & team were polite, flexible, and proactive communicators which made our stay even better. I can’t wait to come back again.
5Lovely stay. Stunning location right opposite 2nd Beach – glorious views. Very comfortable with lovely sofas and beds. Kitchen very well equipped. Also crucially has inverter to ensure lights and WiFi stay on during extensive load shedding! Patience looked after us beautifully. Highly recommend.
5Amazing view, close to a beautiful beach!
We spent 10 days with our children (3 & 1) at Nick‘s home and had a wondeful time. The pictures are talking for themselves. The house is really high-quality equipped (also for children), the parking option in the garage is more than good, the little gym is perfect and Nick is an excellent host, who‘s taking care of his guests. The cleaning ladies were super nice as well.
If we would have to complain something it would be the noisy woodfloor, the busy street infront, the air condition of the neighbour (one bedroom) and a missing sunshade option at the terrace in the afternoon/evening. But overall we could really recommend the house and Nick as a host 🙂
5Exceptional house with incredible views. Host was very easy to contact and very helpful. We will be back.
5What an amazing place to stay topped off by first class service from Nick who went out of his way to assist us during our stay. We will definitely stay there again!
5Awesome place! Amazing sunsets and access to the beach! We love to cook and the kitchen was ideal for all our needs! Highly recommend for anyone!
5This is far the best airbnb l’ve been to,the place is definitely worth your money, looking forward on booking it again on my next capetown trip??????
5Wow wow wow this house is spectacular. It cannot be faulted. It is extremely comfortable and it has everything you need. The views are even better than the pictures. Thank you to Nick for being a great host, it was seamless and he was very easy to contact. This is a special place and we will most certainly be back!
5Amazing place, I cannot fault anything about it, this is probably my home for every time I visit Capetown. Hands Down The Best and and I’ve stayed in a lot of opulent houses. This I absolutely love it and amazing for my 4 year old twins too
5Absolute dream of a stay. By far one of the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Situated in a lush location in a beautiful house. Amazing ocean views from 3 of the 4 rooms. Perfect spot to watch the sunset. Nick was very accommodating and replied promptly with issues. Would definitely stay again without hesitation.
5Absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. We loved the house on the first sight and felt at home. Nick did everything to make us welcome and comfortable. The view and the furniture are incredible. We won’t leave and wish we come back soon. Thanks a million!
5Nick was a great host! I would definitely stay here again. The amenities were perfect and the daily cleaning service was very helpful. Nick was very attentive and checked in throughout the stay. The place felt like home and was absolutely stunning. It was a pleasure.
5Beautiful views from every single room
A luxurious kitchen appliances and cookware , well equipped from A to Z and a quick response, cooperative from the hoster Nick ….
very unique house designe in a great location like setting in home and decor magazine even better then photos must to stay in Cape Town …
5Had the most amazing stay at nick’s place, wish it lasted for even longer. Best Airbnb I stayed in for sure, the attention to details is impeccable, the villa had everything you could imagine and even more, FULLY stocked kitchen, beach towels, full sized toiletries, comfortable lay out with many tasteful additions .. The list goes on.
