2. 2The good – it’s in a great location if you want to be close to a beautiful beach (albeit across the road). The flat is modern and is in relatively good condition. The bad – there is a sound when you run the water/flush the toilet that can be heard throughout the flat. Likely to wake the whole house at night. I went downstairs at night and there were cockroaches in the kitchen. I got stuck in a very claustrophobic lift when I first arrived – nobody tells you you can only use it with a fob. As for Nox – only a cleaner was there to meet us and she hardly spoke English. The cot I had specifically asked be put in place was not there on our arrival – it only arrived a few hours later and as such our bay could not sleep. They delivered a broken baby chair – very disappointing in circumstances in which I paid extra for these items. All in all definitely not worth the price I paid.

5. 3This place is great for its easy beach access (stairs to Clifton #1 just across the street) and ocean views. The a/c in each bedrooms is also nice. If you’re looking for a place with a more personal touch, this probably isn’t the one for you, as the company running it has over 200 properties in the area, and you communicate with different people at different times along the way, and our host did not seem to know much about our apartment or the surrounding area. For the price, we were disappointed with the maintenance issues and lack of attention to detail–the elevator was down our entire stay (though to the host’s credit, he did carry all of our large suitcases up at check-in; we just had to bring them all down), the washing machine did not work, the safe was too complicated to use, the key for the pedestrian gate did not work, there were only 2 beach towels our entire stay (though we had 3 guests), and there was no conditioner in any of the showers. Small things that added up.

6. 2Leider war die Betreuung von Nox nicht was einem guten Standart entspricht. Ich musste fast eine stunde warten für das check in. Das ist sehr ärgerlich, da sich niemand vorab bei mir gemeldet hatte. Am zweiten Tag war das Badezimmer nicht sauber gereinigt. Lage der Unterkunft und Ausstattung entsprach den Erwartungen.

7. 3The unit was lovely, and very clean. The security gates and secure parking were excellent. However, we were trapped in a very small lift for almost 2 hours on arrival. (eventually rescued by the Fire Dept)! The bathrooms were a towel short. This was not replaced & we had to use a beach towel. The pool had no steps or ladder to exit the pool. No good for older guests. We had no way of closing the downstairs blinds for 2 days as the host had accidentally taken it when showing us how to use them. On day 4 the leg broke on the couch and we were charged for a repair. We are not big people and it snapped unexpectedly. That was the final straw for us. Couldn’t wait to get home. NOX were very nice to deal with, and enquired as to our well-being, but did not address our concerns. Initially we were offered compensation for the lift incident, but this did not eventuate.

    Highly recommend though.

19. 4House was as pictured but needs some attention in areas, great access to Clifton 1st beach and plenty of walkable areas. Great security in Clifton so the apartment and surrounding area feels safe.

22. 5L’appartement est sublime, nous avons eu quelques soucis d’eau et avec l’alarme mais sinon tout était très bien. Merci à l’équipe de Nox qui nous a gentiment dépanné les premiers jours

25. 5The apartment was in an excellent location- quiet but walkable to Camps bay restaurants. It was clean, a bonus with housekeeping everyday who also did our laundry. Any requests we had were accommodated quickly. Overall, a great place to stay!

32. 4Stunning views from this apartment. The sunsets are just magnificent. The pool is a great feature especially on the very hot days once the sun makes its way around the mountain. Elton was friendly and professional, and great at replying to my queries. The apartment is spacious and has great amentities including AC in both bedrooms plus downstairs. Upstairs rooms have even better views than downstairs if you can believe it. It was a lovely relaxing stay with the most gorgeous views in Cape Town.
    10/10 would recommend.

52. 5Incredible place!. Elton and Boipelo were very responsive and accommodating. The place is absolutely gorgeous, very well appointed, the beds are super comfy, and everything is pristine clean (special thanks to our cleaning lady). We had a very strong storm in Cape Town during our stay that caused the internet to fail, and they immediately brought another device. That was very important for us as we were working remotely during part of our trip. The views from the apartment are spectacular, and having a coffee or a tea looking at the ocean from the living room was a top highlight from each day we were there. The place is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the city, and you can have wonderful walks along the beach sidewalk and easily reach to SeaPoint promenade in about 30 min walk which was part of our exercise routine. The sunsets are incredible with the majestic twelve apostles mountains and Lion’s head right behind us! When we come back to CPT we will stay here again.

55. 4Excellent stay all round. The house was very similar to the photos, and the Nox team was helpful and responsive to any given queries. The only downside was that there was some form of unannounced construction (very loud hammering and drilling) for a few hours one of the mornings.
