Only down side was the wifi, gas stove and jacuzzi were not really functional while we were there which was rather disappointing. The jacuzzi was the main appeal so to not have it was a let down.

5Awesome unit with a very large patio that shows off with an amazing view of the ocean. We had a great stay and would certainly return. The staff and assistance received were great as well. The amenities incl. jacuzzi, pool and BBQ facilities were great.
Only thing that bothered was the noise from people walking in the unit upstairs, the soundproofing can be improved.
5Our family of 4 spent 6 wonderful days calling this cool apartment home, by which I mean it was always wonderful to come home to after a big day out and about around the city and environs. Instructions for access were spot on and car parking on site kept life simple and very convenient. The apartment is as shown and described and you additionally have the BBQ & lounging deck pretty much to yourself, with absolutely incredible views down the coast. Sea Point was a good walk distance for fun restaurants and excellent coffee. Clifton itself doesn’t have too much to offer on that score but plenty of other places do. We felt safe throughout. A slightly annoying thing was that two separate groups renting the apartment next door made use of our apartment’s 1-way mirror coated doors – our entire apartment frontage – for their many selfies, Insta posts, and overly loud phone conversations. They did not twig that people were in residence. Overall though, terrific.

51000% recommend staying at Yolinda’s fabulous place. This is one of my favorite Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The place is exactly like the pictures. It’s a creative, comfortable and relaxing space. We loved everything about it, especially the easy access to deck and ability to open the floor to ceiling glass panels to enjoy fresh air. The gated community is safe and pool area is fabulous too. We like the quiet location within a short walk or quick uber ride to Camps Bay. We left wishing we could stay longer. Next time I’m in Cape Town, I’m booking Yolinda’s place!

5Wonderful experience in Capetown here! View was stunning, private hot tub was great, the condo was so tastefully decorated and had a lovely European vibe. Location was perfect – took a little jog down to store. So close to some of the most amazing restaurants. The team was so kind amd attentive. The ambience was unparalleled.

The actual space was so beautiful and the view from the terrace was unreal! Would highly recommend staying here.
Walkable distance to the beach and to camps bay
3Lovely apartment in great location. Well equipped and very clean. I found the management very stressful.. lots of needless messages, rules, procedures etc to follow. A substantial damage deposit was also charged (separate to airbnb) which came as a surprise and I am not entirely sure if this is in compliance with the airbnb terms.
Checkout was very strictly 10am however cleaning staff let themselves in 10 mins early and proceeded to bang on the toilet door to tell my partner to leave.
Overall very impressed with the apartment, very unimpressed with the management company.

5I’ve stayed in many air B&Bs, and this one by far was the best! Not only was it beautifully decorated, it was high-end and tasteful and extremely clean. Yolinda has a professional staff that was at our beck and call. Any questions that we had received a response within five minutes. I highly recommend Yolinda’s properties.
She runs her properties like a five-star hotel, and we will be sure to stay with her again!!!

5The house reminds me of a small family house, small, yet intimate. The views from the shared area are something else. Just amazing and reminds you that you are merely a visitor in a sacred place. The sea view on the one side and the mountains on the other. You have a view of Lion’s Head, and a short drive to Table Mountain. It is a great place to just relax, make good food and read a book. But more than that, find a bit of yourself again from the madness of a daily race.
I will really recommend.

5We had a perfect time while staying at the Yolo Spaces. The views are just stunning, and the apartment itself was very well equipped, perfectly clean and our communication with Yolinda was easy. We are for sure coming back!

It is located walking distance from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Easy to get to restaurants and bars in Camps bay and short drive to Cape Town city center.
The deck overlooks beautiful Clifton beach with stunning sunsets. You cannot ask for much more.

We really liked the apartment and the fact that it had access to both a wonderful sun-deck with an amazing view but also a small swimming-pool within the facilities.
Clifton is very nice and a bit calmer than busy Camps bay but it is still very accessible.
Yolinda was very good in communicating and her staff helped us with our luggage both during check-in and check-out which was very nice since the apartment lies quite high up from the main road.
We had a rental car which Yolinda also helped us with parking for in a garage close-by.
All in all: Very nice apartment, location and host. Strong 5 stars!

5Great little piece of paradise! We really loved the view, spa pool and heated pool! We all had a great time (kids included)! The beds and living areas were super comfy as well. Highly recommend. Yolinda and her team were also super helpful.
5This place is amazing! We would definitely stay here again. Everyone was super helpful and responsive. The location is an easy walk to Camps Bay and Sea Point. The shared deck area is great. We did a good amount of grilling on the barbecue. I could go on and on.

1Unsatisfactory stay. The host didn’t meet us at arrival and I had to ask a neighbour where the entrance was. The property isn’t safe as the door security system can be easily bypassed or someone could climb over the top of the door. One of the bathrooms had a damp smell and we didn’t use it. The fridge was broken/ partially working for the majority of the stay. The host also got our check out date wrong which caused quite a lot of stress. Finally a member of staff knocked on our door at 7am waking me up and our 6 month old baby but he didn’t seem to think that required an apology. I won’t be staying here again. All that glitters is definitely not gold.

The apartment itself is in a great location, 2 mins from Clifton beach. It has a stunning balcony with incredible views. It was very clean with great interior design and all appliances required.
The jacuzzi was also a lovely delight, when the weather wasn’t so warm.

5Just do it. Whether you’re 2 couples or a family, the flat (and the complex) is the Clifton beach dream you have in your head, probably better. Our toddler loved the space and with all the gates around and the house on level, we felt totally secure with him there. Slept great. Great sunsets every night. Great location for food. Great showers. Super helpful and welcoming staff to help with your bags and car and any other request you might have. A perfect Cape Town beach getaway.

5Location location location! Amazing views. We also could easily walk down to Camps Bay for any meal of the day as we wished. Safe, public spaces with other holiday makers and locals on Victoria Road minding their own foolish deeds of the day, such as we were. Yolinda’s consistent checkins made sure we were always comfortable. One cannot go wrong with this space.
