4Incredible location and friendly check in. The access to the beach is very special and Clifton is my favourite beach in Cape Town, so it’s situated in the perfect spot. Unfortunately we felt the apartment itself was very dated, and you can tell it had been lacking tender love and care for some time. It doesn’t help that it’s in an apartment block that is suffering from the same issue. You pay for the location, but the apartment itself felt quite underwhelming and dated. Overall though, it’s not bad. Nice views, nice sounds of the sea. And the location is superb.

4The apartment and location is a an absolute dream. There was unexpected construction the last few days which was very unfortunate because it was not communicated to me. But the host did offer a bit of a refund which is why I would still rate my time there a 7.5/10 but before the construction it was definitely a 10/10
5Very nice appartement in one of the most sought after area in Cape Town, Clifton.
4So this is quite a dated flat in an old block with a gorgeous view. We live in the area, so were just doing a staycation and I definitely wouldn’t book it again. There are other nicer flats in the area for the price – and having an outdoor area would be recommended. Also, we had quite a mare checking in. We had confirmed our check-in time via the additional check-in that Nox requires (which is a bit annoying) and then messaged when we were running a couple minutes late. We showed up at the exact time I had told them and yet realized that the address in the listing was wrong (has been for some time as we saw in the previous reviews), so we waited on the street in the approximate location for 45 minutes while we waited for someone to come let us in. When the Nox representative got there, he told us he had left keys with the security guard – which was never communicated to us – let alone what the right building was. It wasn’t a great start to our trip.

5Really nice flat directly at the beach of Clifton 1st with two bedrooms (each with a bathroom) and one joint living room combined with the kitchen. Interior is high quality only the kitchen is a bit older but still okay.
By aware that the sea and waves create a constant loudness (Atlantic ocean is normally wavy) but thats normal if you are directly at the ocean. So if you sensitive for noise maybe choose another location. The apartment is daily serviced with house keeping normally from 9:00 – 10:00 o’clock. If you don’t like this better to align with NOX in advance to cancel this.
By aware the bed in the second apartment is only 180cm long. That’s not so suitable for a really tall person. Except this, the apartment is perfect for 4 adults, 2 adults or a family.

Everything we needed for a great stay was readily available, and the housekeeping service was a fantastic bonus.
Communication with the NOX team was smooth and effortless, making the entire experience stress-free.
The apartment is in a prime location, and the breathtaking views were the cherry on top!
Everything worked perfectly, and I can’t thank the NOX team enough for their outstanding service. Highly recommended!

5Of course the location is just amazing. Right on the beach, with the ocean sounds in your ear, just lovely. The apartment is very spacious, has a wonderful interior and is very clean. The bedrooms were wonderfully comfortable, modern and cozy. I would love to come back soon.

only thing is in the area there is construction going on, so if u not at yhe place to much u won’t notice…but there are times where it came be annoying but didn’t disturb us too much….otherwise overall we enjoyed our stay
4The address on the site is 48 Victoria Rd which is wrong, it is 46 Victoria Rd. This confused the Uber driver, The Nox team and us.
The property is stunning. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The easy access to the beach was perfect ?. Walking distance to restaurants. We loved our stay here ❤️

5Our stay at 46 Valhalla was excellent. The property is a 25 minute walk from Camps Bay. After checking out, later in the day our son was ill and they let us back into the property to bath him before we headed for a 12 hour flight home. We felt was above and beyond. Would recommend.

3A beautiful apartment in a great location with amazing views. However, no backup power in the apartment or in the building makes it completely unsuitable to stay in the loadshedding. During loadshedding, there no no lights (other than two portable torches), no wifi, no lifts etc.
Was not told any of this before checking in. Had to move out after one nighr. Excellent service from Nox, and they refunded money, however this should be advertised upfront
