Just before you walk onto the beach you will find the entrance to the bungalow. Enter through a beautiful flowered garden, past a trickling water fountain and enter the the house. The house has two floors with large open plan living areas and sea views all around. The decor is light and homely.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom en-suite and a smaller twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom. The mast bedroom leads onto the balcony where you will also find an outdoor shower looking straight onto the beach.
Downstairs is the second large double bedroom en-suite with sliding doors onto the the garden/pool area, and outdoor lounge seating area.
The house comes with a garage parking bay on the beach road, convenient for the busy summer periods.
A beautiful house, both in summer and winter. You will feel relaxed and rejuvenated after spending time in this tranquil setting. Simply one of the most beautiful spots on Cape Town.
Please note the house is located on the beach steps and therefore there are 60 steps down to the entrance of the property (as with most Clifton beach houses).
You have access to the whole house, garden & pool and the beach is on your doorstep!
There is an excellent house-keeper included 5 days per week.

5We had a wonderful stay in the beach house on Clifton 2nd Beach. The setting is stunning and the villa is beautifully set up to maximise it with long views both down the beach and out to see. The villa is very comfortable – lovely bathrooms, bedrooms and communal areas. There is outdoor space on three levels with amazing views. Jody and the Cape Concierge team were great hosts, ensured everything was prepared for our stay including clear instructions, beautiful flowers and kind drinks and snacks provided. Farai the housekeeper kept everything sparkling. We would love to return and strongly recommend this as a beautiful base to explore Cape Town.
