Thirty Seven (37 Third Beach) AKA Sea Haven is a magnificent 3-bedroom Clifton beach house on Clifton 3rd beach. This is Clifton beach accommodation at its finest. Easy access to the beach and breathtaking views makes this Clifton bungalow a holidaymakers paradise. The bungalow is luxurious and features a swimming pool and with a large deck where guests can relax or socialize with the gorgeous blue ocean a stone’s throw away.

When entering the bungalow, one is welcomed by expansive views. The living area is all open plan with the most stylish and luxurious of interiors. The kitchen is fully equipped for all cooking enthusiasts the finishes and appliances are all top of the range and modern. Plenty of lounging areas to chill out as well as an 8-seater dining room table. There is a fireplace and a modern bar area.

All three bedrooms are en-suite and also have TVs.
The two guest bedrooms are situated downstairs and lead off a lounge and TV area. Both beds are queen. Each of the bathrooms has a massive shower with beautiful finishes to make any holiday pure luxury. The main bedroom is upstairs and has a king-size bed. There is a balcony that leads off the main bedroom. Guests can have their morning coffee from the balcony while soaking up the gorgeous ocean and mountain views.
