The place is even nicer than on the photos, you are right on the beach.
House came equipped with all the essentials which was a nice touch.
Daily cleaning was a huge plus.
We always felt safe.

We had an amazing stay right on the beach in Clifton! The location was absolutely perfect — just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views. Giovanni was exceptional, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. The service was top-notch, and the entire experience felt relaxing and luxurious. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway and we would love to come back again!
5Die Villa ist wunderschön gelegen, sehr stylish eingerichtet und besser ausgestatt als manches echtes Zuhause mit allen möglichen modernen Gadgets. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank bereits mit Getränken gefüllt und es standen leckere Snacks bereit; viel mehr als man von einem Airbnb Gastgeber erwarten darf. Die Aussicht und Klang der Wellen vor Ort waren nochmals atemberaubender als es einem die Fotos bereits vermuten lassen. Wir waren nur zu zweit und zu Beginn der Saison da, sodass die 80 Treppen bis zur Villa abends teils von einem etwas mulmigem Gefühl begleitet wurden, es kam allerdings zu keinerlei Zwischenfällen. Als Gruppe oder in der Hauptsaison würde ich sofort wiederkommen!

We have visited many different countries and this has been the most beautiful airbnb and spectacular view we’ve ever seen. Trip of a lifetime!!!! It’s even more beautiful in person. 5Even better than we thought it would be! Must see in person because photos can’t do justice to the home. We had an amazing time staying at this beachside home! The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, and being able to access the beach right from the backyard was wild! And the hotub at sunset!?? The house itself was beautifully decorated, with every detail clearly thought out. Our host was so welcoming and even had snacks waiting for us—cheese, crackers, fresh mangos, nuts, ostrich jerky, and candy—such a nice surprise! They helped us carry our bags down the stairs (which are a bit steep but totally worth it for the view!). We felt so relaxed here, especially with the housekeeper who did our laundry and even cleaned our shoes after a hike. We didn’t want to leave and couldn’t be more grateful for such a thoughtful host and an unforgettable stay. Thank you for letting us visit!
5Clifton 3 is one of my favourite places and felt very fortunate to be able to stay at this bungalow. Giovanni was very prompt and accommodating and it will be a privilege to come back in the future.
5Excellent time staying at this villa! The views were incredible, very convenient location within a 5-10 min uber or downtown areas. Plenty of space in the villa to relax and enjoy the beach and close enough to hit the town.
The staff on sight were amazing as well, property was well maintained and laundry/cleaning service was provided daily.
Would 100% recommend this spot to any traveler!

5Our stay was incredible – the location was ideal for a first-time visit to Capetown, with easy accessibility to Camps Bay for dining options, and a short ride to downtown. The location on Clifton Beach truly can’t be beat. Such an amazing spot to come back to after a full day, or to spend the whole day there alone. We truly loved it – hope to return and will be recommending this spot to friends! Only thing we would say is that the 3rd bedroom is probably more suitable for a kids / family room.
5Amazing property right on the beach, beautiful views and you can’t beat listening to the waves each day/night.
The place is kept super clean with a cleaner each day and it’s as listed. Victor was great and helped us both down and back up the steps with our luggage, as well as keeping everything clean outside.
Only issue for us was the hot tub not working really while we stayed, either too hot or too cold – only a small issue with it being summer.
Would recommend staying here.

5An absolutely stunning house and in the best possible location by the ocean! We fell in love with it when we booked it and the reality exceeded all our expectations! Giovanni was very helpful, friendly and answered all our questions very swiftly. So far the best place we stayed in Cape Town!
5I am not joking when I say that I’m planning a 3 month sabbatical to Cape Town next year just so I can stay at Giovanni’s place every weekend for a while! This place is one of the top 3 AirBnB properties I’ve ever stayed in out of literally hundreds. Literally beach front on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. There are about 100 or so stairs to get our blood pumping each morning when you leave but they also make you feel secluded and secure when you’re home at night. The hot tub at sunset is a MUST do. Host left many snacks, wine, chocolate, beer, mixers, and coffee needs for us. Beds were SO comfy. Space is SO well-utilized to feel cozy but modern. I stayed as a single travel with friends that are a couple and we had completely separate spaces that worked out perfectly. I can’t wait to go back! I swear I’ve already had sweet dreams about this incredible oasis.
5Staying at Villa Wixy was an absolute dream! The moment we walked in, we were greeted with floor-to-ceiling windows that gave us an incredible view of the ocean. From the clean interior to the aesthetic decor, we could not have imagined a better place to stay at our first time in Capetown. It perfectly accommodated our family while we were here -whether some of us wanted to relax, access the private beach, or use the jacuzzi, all of it was available. Additionally, the cleaning lady Nandi facilitated the ease of our stay as she came every day to maintain the villa and also do laundry. We cannot say enough good things about this place! Highly recommend for anyone thinking of a secluded Capetown getaway.

5We spent 5 nights in early April 2021 at Giovanni’s place with my wife and kids. What a gem. The location on one of the most beautiful beaches we have seen anywhere is outstanding for the view, the beach access, near by restaurants, the Cape, and Cape Town attractions. and the house is thoughtfully equipped and decorated with an outdoor Jacuzzi to enjoy the sunset, making it hard to chose between staying at the house or visiting the fantastic surroundings. We loved every minute of our stay.
