It's perfectly suited for couples, solo travellers, business guests, and families with children – however, the villa accommodates a maximum of 6 adults.
Please note: This is a self-catering home. A starter pack of essentials is provided, and for long stays, housekeeping is included once every 7 days.
The private pool can be heated depending on load shedding schedules. Should you wish to heat the pool, electricity costs will be billed to the guest.

Main Bedroom: King-size bed, air-conditioning, full en-suite bathroom, and scenic views.
Second Bedroom: Double bed with en-suite shower bathroom.
Third Bedroom: Double bed, shares the family bathroom with shower.
Fourth Bedroom: Two single beds – best suited for children, not ideal for adults.
All bedrooms are fitted with TVs, Wi-Fi, and access to full DStv.

5Fabulous villa, we throughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were so welcoming, made us feel right at home. The villa was beautifully decorated and spotless. It had everything we needed. Gorgeous views sitting out by the pool. Plenty of room to sit back, relax and enjoy the sunshine.
Lots of restaurants and wine farms close by. The perfect family retreat.

5Great house on a quiet estate. Ideal for families (heated pool, gas and charcoal braai, children’s room, DSTV/netflix etc). The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout. Short drive to beach, wineries and airport.
5The owners were next door so easily accessible. Friendly & attentive. Very quick with suggestions and responding to random text from our family.
The home was enough space for our family of 3, but obviously could fit more guest. Everything we needed was onsite. Home was also decorated very nicely and had a homey feel.
Safe neighborhood, in fact when I told people where we were staying (Constantia), they all had a wow comment. Basically stating that was the nicer area 🙂
With the exception of 2 trips, we got everywhere within 20-25 min! It was crazy, the location is spot on and central to all parts of cape town in our opinion.
We visited in April, when weather was turning cool, but the owners still worked to make the water warm and it was an awesome swim with my son!

3I was looking forward to my stay but only enjoyed the first 4 days. Hot water was turned off and the heated pool only lasted 3 days and was turned off. And host charging me over a missing freezer shelf that wasn’t there is completely unfair. Definitely not coming back
5If you want to visit Cape Town and enjoy your experience and you want to have a beautiful memories, do not hesitate to book this house. You will feel like you are in your country and at home.

5This house is perfect! We were a little concerned before arrival as we thought that the incredible pictures may have been a little “flattering” but it really does live up to all it promises. Location is great too making it easy to explore all parts of the peninsula. The hosts were very gracious, staying up late to meet us after our flight was delayed and popping some essentials in the fridge for us too. It was great having them on hand to answer questions and they responded promptly to any issues. The one thing that would have been handy would be to have the menus for any local restaurants / takeaways that delivered. We absolutely loved the added luxury of the heated swimming pool, making the most of it every evening after our days out. Beautiful house, great location, wonderful hosts – what more could one want?
