2. 4The place was great and exactly like the photos, it’s in a great location. Some minor issues with the WiFi and electricity but they were very responsive. The cleaner was fabulous. Could do with some new towels but other than that no complaints:

7. 4Great area to stay – tons of restaurants nearby. Host was responsive throughout the stay. We did not have any issues until the checkout when the host said we left a burn mark on the table – we did not leave anything hot on the table neither did we smoke inside the house. Overall a good place to stay but record a video of the house when checking in.

8. 5Beautifully decorated, luxurious, clean accomodation. Comfortable beds & bedding. Fully equipped with anything you might need. Friendly, accommodating, helpful host. Enjoyed our stay.

10. 5Perfect venue for a nice Trip to Cape town staying in an amazing, well equipped house in the middle of Waterkant, super calm and beautiful area of town yet still central enough to reach everything easily. Nox was super responsive and helpful all the time.

12. 3Grundsätzlich war die Unterkunft sehr schön in einer super Umgebung! Gute Restaurants und Supermärkte waren fußläufig zu erreichen.
    Leider hatten wir ein Insektenproblem und haben wenig Unterstützung bei der Behebung bekommen.
    Dennoch war es ein schöner Aufenthalt!

13. 1Никогда не арендуйте дома от Nox, если не хотите, чтобы ваши вещи пропали. Мы общались с менеджером, которого попросили починить WiFi в спальне у моей подруги. Через 10 минут после нашего запроса в дверь постучал мужчина одетый в форму обслуживающей компании и спросил какие есть проблемы с wifi. В то время пока мы были в другой комнате сотрудник зашел в комнату моей подруги и забрал 2 телефона. На этой происшествие никак не отреагировал менеджер, к моменту когда приехала полиция он поспешил к выходу но мы его остановили. Его босс тоже никак не смог нам помочь, когда мы позвонили ему и попросили разобраться он без энтузиазма ответил, что поможет нам завтра. Менеджер сказал, что техник для ремонта wifi должен был прийти в другой день. Но как человек, который украл 2 телефона узнал о проблеме с wifi? Также менеджер не прошел полиграф, каждый его ответ указывал на то, что он лжет. Больше никогда не буду арендовывать жилье от Nox, так как не чувствую себя и свои вещи в безопасности.

14. 4Great location and neighbourhood : midway between the Waterfront and Down Town, and also lots of great spots in the immediate vicinity, including Il Leonne (best Italian in CPT), the Manhattan Bar (great fun) and the Village Cafe. Spar just on the main road for groceries and very safe with lots of patrolling security
    Really nicely decked out apartment with a super rooftop pool, nice kitchen and front room and great decor.
    The only gripe I had was no AC in the front bedroom and the use of a bot for responses to my enquiries. I prefer talking to a real person.
    In conclusion, a really good apartment, strongly recommended

15. 4A stunning home in a fantastic location, right around the corner from bars, coffee, shops and everything else you need. Definitely has the WOW factor in looks.
    NOX were a great host with all the people we interacted with being super friendly and helpful.
    I’m saddened to not give 5 stars but unfortunately one nights sleep was completely wrecked by the alarm system beeping from 2am and there not being a valid emergency contact. Not the fault of NOX and just bad luck but still, I have to give an accurate reflection of my experience.
    Would still 100% recommend but would urge NOX to put the details of alarm in an info pack or on the website for the home.

19. 5Place was beautiful only think I didn’t like is that it’s listed with this beautiful purple lighting, thought it was going to maybe light up at night there was no purple lights.

20. 5Our group of six (three couples) thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay. The home is clean, safe, comfortable and located in a fantastic neighborhood…walking distance to lots of great restaurants as well as the V&A Waterfront. We appreciated the daily housekeeping service (something we don’t often get with Airbnb rentals) and the well-stocked kitchen (even though we didn’t cook since there are so many awesome places to eat nearby). Communication with the hosts was excellent, and we were grateful for a slightly early checkin. Definitely recommend!

21. 5Absolutely loved our stay. The location is great, easy to get around. Walkable restaurants and bars. 5 min Uber to V&A waterfront. The Host was incredibly responsive and very helpful. The place itself is absolutely beautiful! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

26. 4Booked last minute and they had it sorted and ready for us within the hour. Very responsive if I needed anything. Lovely house in a nice area, pool wasn’t as warm as it could have been for this time of year but otherwise very much enjoyed our stay.

34. 5This Airbnb ranks among the best I’ve experienced, with attention to every minor detail. The king-size bed is exceptionally soft and cozy, complemented by superb linen. It would be great to have a king-size option in the second bedroom. Adding a braai on the pool deck would be the perfect finishing touch to this splendid hidden treasure. The nearby sushi bar, just a short walk away, provides a distinctive dining experience on the cobblestone street, making it a unique and cool spot to visit.

38. 5It was a last minute booking but it was totally worth it. We enjoyed that every room had its own privacy. The pool on the deck was perfect. The host made sure our needs were met and the cleaning lady was so efficient. I’ll definitely book with Nox again

39. 5We loved our stay in Cape Town! The apartment was gorgeous, well furnished and in a great location. We were actually using it to work remotely and the wifi was great. The communication from Nox was amazing right from the start. I would very happily stay there again!!

40. 5Our stay in waterkant street 155 was totally as described in the announcement and pictures. A real pleasure to stay in the house. Clean, nice decorated interior, fresh plunge pool, comfortable and perfect located area in Cape Town.

53. 5This home is great and better than the pictures! It is decorated very nicely, clutter-free and has all the amenities you need during a six-day stay like ours. Pre-arrival, we were given several suggestions on things to do in Cape Town and although we already had everything planned, it could be very helpful to guests that need some guidance. Peter was our contact during the stay and he greeted us at arrival. He was very friendly and waited to make sure we were all settled in. He was also available and very responsive when we had questions. We had peace of mind knowing Peter was there for us if needed.
    The location is great. Beautiful neighborhood with several restaurants, bars, a small mall, grocery store and pharmacy all within a short walk. It is also a five-minute Uber ride from V&A Waterfront and easily accessible to tour guides and Ubers. We felt safe walking around and in the apartment. We will definitely stay there again if we ever find ourselves back in Cape Town! THANK YOU!

    The cleaning staff was so helpful and friendly too
    Each room also had enough privacy with its own bathrooms and everything was very well maintained

    This place in De Waterkant is an amazing house in a perfect location. The pictures described the house well, and the unit itself is very charming with artistic details and very functional for 5-6 adults.
    The host Nox was extremely responsive and the only small thing we asked for was delivered immediately.
    The neighborhood is perfectly located near the city center but also very easy to access roads toward Camps Bay, Table Mountain and more by car. It is very safe with police or guards by every corner and lively with many restaurants and bars just around the corner, yet still on a very peaceful street with colorful houses.

61. 5Gorgeous house. Very spacious and as described. Absolutely central however quiet as well for some peace. Great views. Can’t fault this place. Gorgeous and would love to stay again.

The neighborhood is one of the nicest in the area, walking distance from bars, restaurants, shopping.. Our contact person was always friendly and accommodating, and it broke our hearts to leave. 63. 5Noxs place was to die for??????‍♀️ we were a little shocked when we came and we were still outside?but we got in and it was heavenly!! super clean!! fully equipped!! The bathrooms are to die for ??the colours are nice and subtle! The wifi worked perfectly! The kitchen was big and had everything we needed! We were welcomed sooo kindly! we arrived abit early and needed to drop off our bags and they allowed us, Marco was always available when we needed to communicate anything and everything was just perfect honestly I have no complaints and would definitely come again!
