4. 5Loved this space! The flat looks just like the photos which is always a wonderful way to start a trip. We appreciated the flexible check-in and check-out options! While daily housekeeping is offered, we opted to go without (from a conservation perspective). Upon check-in, the house was in really good shape. We noticed a few cleaning issues though they were ultimately addressed by the quality team. Hanna, Nox team member, was helpful however it’s good to know that the phone text chat is primarily managed by an AI assistant though it is casually monitored by the Nox team. And we were thankful for Ms. Thandi (the housekeeper); she was so kind the couple of times our paths crossed. And the neighborhood is very safe and walkable to various bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, and a grocery market. After staying in two rentals in Cape Town, this one was the best! I highly recommend and am sure others will enjoy it.

6. 5Prachtig huis in een mooie en rustige wijk dichtbij de V&A Waterfront! Wij vonden het dakterras heel mooi met uitzicht op de stad en de Tafelberg! Wij waren met een Uber binnen 7 minuten bij de Waterfront! We hebben o.a. bij The Bungalow bij Clifton Beach gegeten en dat restaurant is een aanrader vanwege de mooie ligging en om de zonsondergang te zien!

It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is ideal—close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and vibrant city hubs, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Town. Thank you, Nox, for a wonderful experience!

16. 5Amazing apartment in ideally located and safe area. We had no issues from checkin until end of our stay. There were plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance.
    We will miss waking up to views of table mounting and relaxing by the pool after a day of exploring. Hoping to be back in the future!

18. 5If you should stay in Cape Town try to find an apartment in De Waterkant, one of the most interesting and beautiful part of the town with a long history. It is a safe environment with lot of restaurants and ambiance.
    We can highly recommend Nox. Nox´ apartment is big, beautifully decorated, have two big bedrooms, and two bathrooms on one level, living/dining room and an open kitchen on the middle level and on the roof a big terrasse with a pool and view of central Cape Town and the harbour. Clapperton and Candy were very sweet and helped us with all what we wanted. No problem to leave the luggage a little before check-in time and to let it stay in the apartment after check-out time.

22. 4Wir hatten eine wunderbare 2-wöchige Zeit. Wir haben uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt. Das Airbnb ist auf 3 Ebenen aufgeteilt, wodurch unsere 4 köpfige Reisegruppe genug Platz hatte. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut durchdacht, die Betten waren traumhaft und insgesamt ein elegantes Boho-Ambiente. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist atemberaubend schön und wurde häufig genutzt: sei es für den ersten Kaffee bei Sonnenaufgang, zum Relaxen tagsüber oder für ein Glas Wein zum Abschluss des Tages. Die Reinigung durch Thandi war sehr zuvorkommend und auch bei unserer Anwesenheit nicht störend. Die Lage ist perfekt für jede Art von Unternehmung in und um Kapstadt. Ein großer Spar fußläufig erreichbar ebenso wie mehrere Café’s. Der Parkausweis war sehr hilfreich, um den Mietwagen direkt vor der Haustür zu parken. Der Service für die Aufbewahrung des Gepäcks am Anreise- und Abreisetag im Büro von Nox ist abschließend auch sehr positiv hervorzuheben. Wir werden wieder kommen!

29. 5The stay at Nox’s was probably one of the best in the area. It’s walkable to the waterfront, has a view from the roof, nice, modern unit, safe community, and clean. The host is also responsive and provided helpful tips and instructions. Great choice!

34. 4Wir waren nun das 4. mal in dieser Unterkunft. Die Gegen De Waterkant ist perfekt, um Kapstadt zu erkunden. Das Haus wird täglich gereinigt, wie im Hotel. Das Haus ist preislich recht fair. Auch wenn alles funktioniert hat und nichts störend defekt ist, sollte es langsam einer kleinen Renovierung unterzogen werden, um für die kommenden Jahre wieder frisch zu wirken.

36. 5This space was perfect for my trip! The hosts were wonderful and very accommodating to our needs. They also had a cleaner come in everyday which was great and the service was above and beyond.
    Isaac was also very helpful and kind. Additionally, the neighborhood is really nice and walkable with lots of nice restaurants around the area. I can’t wait to come back and I will no doubt use NOX again.

41. 5Wir waren bereits das 3. Mal in dieser Unterkunft, weil hier einfach alles passt. Das Haus ist gut in Schuss, immer sauber, tolles Personal, dass sich um dein Wohlbefinden kümmert. Die De Waterkant ist unsere No. 1 Adresse in Kapstadt, sowohl die Gegend selbst, als auch Ihre Lage sind der perfekte Ort, um Kapstadt zu erkunden. Ich empfehle es.

46. 5Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Unterkunft in einer tollen und sicheren Umgebung. In wenigen Minuten ist man in einem Einkaufszentrum. Hier gibt es alles was man benötigt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und reagieren umgehend auf Fragen…wir kommen gerne wieder!

47. 5This Airbnb was just perfect ! The rooms are beautiful, it’s a calm district and you can do a lot by foot from there. The Rooftop with the pool have an amazing view over the city. The place was even better than on the pictures, would definitely come back there !

51. 5This apartment was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family’s first stay in Cape Town. It’s located in a charming area with restaurants, shopping and stores. Very close to the waterfront area. Neighborhood is very safe and quiet. A wonderful place to call home for the week. NOX was exceptional with their communication and helped us stock the refrigerator before our arrival with some basic items. Our flights were delayed for 1 day and NOX was extremely flexible with our check in. I would absolutely recommend this location and would stay here again without question.

52. 5The host was really nice and helped us all the way. The apartment is really beautiful and clean. There is no load-shedding. You are going to have the electricity on 24/7. There is housekeeping on working days. If you are thinking about reserving, don’t hesitate. Take it.

59. 5We had a wonderful stay with Nox! The home was beautiful and had lots of space! The beds were very comfortable with quality linens, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed. Street parking was not an issue – we were always able to find a spot just outside the entrance. Lastly, the hosts were very friendly, responsive and flexible! Thank you!

67. 5Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, mit vielen Details die ein besonderes Ambiente erzeugen. Die Lage und der Ausblick vom Pool sind kaum zu schlagen. Man fühlt sich dort gleich richtig wohl. Lediglich die Qualität der Materialien in der Küche fiel gegenüber der ansonsten wunderschönen Wohnung etwas ab. Ist aber für den Gesamteindruck eher unerheblich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und werden uns diese Unterkunft sicher merken.

68. 5This is a five star rating. House was exactly like the pictures. Clean, perfectly equipped, nice staff who is cleaning frequently. The view is spectacular and you will definitely feel at home away from home.

69. 5We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It was near cute restaurants and a shopping center with a grocery!! Very convenient. We LOVED the daily housekeeping, made us truly feel like we were in vacation. The rooftop pool had an amazing view and the house was just so cute, designed to a tee. Highly recommend!!!

70. 5This unit is in a great location. It is walkable during the day to many restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. When needing to Uber it is just a quick ride anywhere you want to go. The unit is absolutely beautiful. The private rooftop has the best views of the whole city and table mountain. I highly recommend this unit. The nox team was great at communicating and made the stay very enjoyable. Daily housekeeping is a major plus as well. I have stayed in Airbnbs all over the world and this is the nicest one I have seen.
