1. 4We really enjoyed our stay here. Upon arrival, we loved the place, it’s spacious, comfortable, and the private pool is a lovely touch. The apartment feels secure with multiple entry points, and while this adds to the sense of safety, juggling different keys can sometimes be a little tiring.
   The location is great, close to amenities, and the daily security presence at the end of the road really added to our peace of mind. Overall, the space is well laid out and we genuinely had a very enjoyable stay.
   The only downside was noticing stains on the towels, bedding, and pillows, which slightly let down an otherwise lovely apartment. The space could also benefit from some soft flooring such as rugs or mats, as the floors are quite hard.
   I’d also like to highlight how lovely and attentive the cleaner is, she was wonderful and clearly works very hard. With a bit more support, the overall standard could be maintained even more consistently.
   Overall, a great stay and would return again.

5. 4We had a wonderful stay at NOX Apartment during our winter trip. The apartment was clean, stylish, and well-equipped, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The location was fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The staff were friendly and responsive, ensuring our needs were met promptly.
   However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The water pressure in the shower was quite low, which made showering a bit time-consuming and less enjoyable. Additionally, the absence of air conditioning in the living room made it quite cold during the winter months, as the heating struggled to keep the space warm.
   Overall, despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning, especially if the water pressure and heating concerns are addressed.

9. 5Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben. Der eigene sichere Parkplatz war super und wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit sicher gefühlt. Rosalie als Haushälterin war super lieb und die Wohnung wird jeden Tag gereinigt – toll.
   Den Pool haben wir nur wenig genutzt, er wurde aber auch in der Woche nicht gereinigt, sodass er nach 1 Woche recht grün war.
   Aber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.
   Waterfront ist 20min zu Fuß entfernt und man muss durch eine nicht so schöne Straße gehen. Tagsüber kein Problem, nachts per Uber.

14. 5super locatie! dicht bij het het waterfront en heerlijke ruimte om te zijn. grote garage voor de auto.
    iets minder waren sommige deurklinken, maar was al in 1 van de andere recensies besproken. we hebben gekozen om de deuren niet dicht te doen. Tip voor de verhuurder. beetje smeermiddel in de sloten doen. maakt het wat makkelijker om de boel op slot te draaien.
    de mensen zijn erg aardig en vriendelijk. accomodatie is bij een bakkertje en supermarkt. hele fijne buurt!!

17. 5We were so happy with our stay at this apartment – it was even better than it looked in the photos! The space was great… bigger than it looked in the listing and really comfortable. It had everything needed for an easy stay – it was great to have laundry & dishwasher powder, plus kitchen basics. The pool and the outdoor space was beautiful, with a lovely view of the ocean. We were there over the Easter weekend, so didn’t have the housekeeping and pool cleaning service that was usually available every day (& didn’t need it), but it would be lovely to have if we had been there longer.
    The area itself was great too – the apartment is at the end of a dead-end street, so was really quiet with no passing traffic. But just round the corner (within walking distance) are some great cafes, restaurants and bars. It was easy to get an Uber too.
    Communication with the hosts was easy – they were very responsive and very helpful. Thank you from our family!

21. 5Fantastischer Aufenthalt und sehr zu empfehlen. Das Viertel hat viel Security was einen extra sicher fühlen lässt wobei unser gesamter Kapstadt Aufenthalt sehr sicher empfundem ist.

    They do however need to do some basic maintenance.
    The decking is broken and door handles come off. I was locked in a bedroom for two hours due to the door handle issue.
    If they spend abit of money on the place it would be a 5/5

24. 3Seamless check in, host allowed us to check in an hour earlier, beautiful apartment with good views,unfortunately it was not exactly clean, dusty, all the mirrors dirty, and taps, stains on bed and towels. Cleaner only came in the day of check out

26. 4The property was great for us a couple and we stayed 5 nights in Cape Town. The apartment is really spacious, extremely safe and the pool was lovely. Great to have a secure garage for our car. We had good communication with Nox and check in and out was easy. The housekeeper was lovely and came daily. My only comments which is the same as other reviews is that the property is definitely in need of some maintenance. The locks to the property need to be checked, the front door handle is loose and could easily lock someone out in the near future. The kitchen cupboards are loose and could easily come off completely. Around the apartment you can also see lots of wear and tear. With some maintenance this property would easily be 5*. This did not impact our stay and we really enjoyed our visit and would book through Nox again. Thank you.

44. 4I visited Cape Town with my partner and our 15 months daughter. This place is beautifully decorated, the pictures do not do justice.
    This place is great for adults but not really for family with small kids.
    The lighting switches are quite low so kids tends play with them everytime. The kitchen may need to be refreshed a little bit and stove switches are also accessible to children. As this isn’t an induction you need to make sure to turn off the main switch on the wall to avoid unpleasant surprises. our little one was walking around so we made sure to close the master room bathroom door as she could easily fall in the bathtub.
    I would definitely recommend this place for a couple or friends

45. 4The apartment was beautiful with all the amenities needed for a great stay. The view over Cape Town from the pool area was superb. Everything was stylish and the beds were comfortable with lovely linen. The housekeeper who came in every day was delightful. I’ve only marked it down because the apartment does need some maintenance issues resolved. Some of the locks are very hard to work and the main bathroom door does not open from the inside, meaning at one point one of us got stuck inside. With a bit of TLC it could be 5 star.

46. 5This place was fantastic truly amazing! It was safe to have my toddler and it was so well decorated. We had more than enough space for 4 people and the street was so safe and private. Nothing negative to say!

56. 4Spacious and comfortable appartement on a great location! Host was very communicative and quick in the response. Stay was very comfortable with everything we needed, such as all kitchen appliances and a washing machine etc. Neighborhood felt safe as well, a nice walk to Waterfront was quite nice.
    But a bit of maintenance is definitely required (locks which did not open, doors stuck, cabinets which did not close properly etc.).

57. 4Although locating the air BnB was a bit difficult, check in was effortless. Also the host was great help in getting us there, he went the extra mile.
    The place was clean and just as in the photos, I expected the pool area to be bigger. However overall I was happy with the rooms and interior

58. 5The space is even better in real life than in the pictures. We loved it so much that we stayed an extra day. It is well located, easy to walk to the Waterkant. The pool is wonderful, the main bedroom has a wonderful tub. It was phenomenal. The only issue we had was that when Jaco did our checkin, he couldn’t offer us late checkout because other people were coming the next day. Obviously this wasn’t true as we booked it again for another night.

59. 5Great location, in between City bowl and beaches. Neighborhood with a lot of amazing little bars, boutique shops, and all basic amenities close by. Instant access to highway routes, yet in a quiet, safe street and private garage with a fantastic private villa feel, as for the pool and the deck. Hard to leave the house. House stocked with more than enough basic and extra amenities. Extremely corfortable beds.
    Thank you for a fantastic experience. We’ll be back.
