1. 5I scoured Airbnb for loads of places before finally settling on this place…. I’m so glad I picked this place. It really was special.
   The nighbourhood, the decor of the place, the size, the rooftop pool, the views, everything was just A****.
   Don’t hesitate, it really is amazing. I’ve done all the hard work for you.

2. 5First time in South Africa and this was the best experience of my life Airbnb was beautiful. Comfortable, great location everything near. Great host very responsive , you won’t regret this place great view from the rooftop. I highly recommend also hot water some countries barely have hot water

3. 5Stayed at Loader 20B for the first week of our holiday. The place was spacious, super clean and in a lovely area, with cape quarter a 2 minute walk.
   Ubers from the apartment are instant and very cheap.
   The apartment was cleaned every day, fresh towels, bedding all provided.
   A great place to stay to explore the V&A, Table Mountain etc.
   Attentive hosts, perfect.

11. 5Very nice apartment, tidy, well maintained and excellent location. All details are taken care of. The fact of having a person who takes care of cleaning during the stay is really a differentiating factor.

13. 5Such a beautiful place with everything you need. The private roof top pool with stunning views was just a cherry on top. Left an item and the Nox team was so helpful in retrieving it and made arrangements to reach us.
    However I would suggest getting a Smart TV with access to Netflix as the TV only offers DSTV.

16. 4Good place, you get what you pay for. Stunning views and well decorated. Has everything you need, however for the price there’s a few minor things that can be improved on to make the place feel a bit more high class considering the area and the price. The plates and glasses and cutlery are all random bits taken from other sets. Kind of makes the place feel a bit cheap when agencies or owners skip on these small things. The wifi was a big issue constantly not working or dropping, even ran out of data at one point which again feels cheap, just get proper wifi the property is valued at a couple of mil, no need to skimp on small things. We are remote working individuals who all had to work from the place so it was really disruptive not being able to join certain meetings or running around to coffee shops because the wifi was out. That’s just my opinion, but the host NOX was very helpful and responsive and the cleaning staff were absolutely lovely and that was a great perk

20. 5The place was exactly as seen in the pictures. You have your own private pool on the rooftop and was super clean and noise free. The lady came in everyday to clean and was very friendly. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again during summer. So close to V&A and lots of restaurants in walking distance. Area is safe

23. 5We had a really nice stay at Nox’s flat. Loader Street is a peaceful road with lovely colourful houses, and the flat itself is spacious and light and comfortable, and prettily decorated.
    We do have just a few little things to note which could be fixed. One is that all the bath towels seemed to have orange stains on, so new towels would be good. There were quite a lot of ants on the ground floor, which never went away despite regular cleaning. And the wifi was broken the whole time – we were able to use the next door flat’s wifi instead, but that only covered the ground floor and not the basement where the bedrooms are, and it wasn’t very reliable, so not great for my partner’s work meetings.
    But Nox were really nice to deal with, they kept sending people over to look at the problem (though they didn’t manage to fix it) and were very pleasant about it, and even offered us a discount for the inconvenience.
    We’d certainly stay again, as long as the wifi was fixed!

29. 5The apartment is absolutely fantastic with incredible facilities. Everything you need is right there – washing machine, dryer, towels, beach towels etc. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen has everything you need and the roof-top pool is a bonus! Would highly recommend it.

43. 5Gorgeous location, super quiet despite an active neighborhood. All amenities in walking distance. Lovely cool apartment and upstairs patio and pool with lovely views an added bonus. Daily cleaning and helpful service just perfect.

44. 5My girlfriend and I wanted to splurge a bit during our last days in Cape Town and Loader 20B did not disappoint. Having our own rooftop and pool was a pleasure and really added that little extra bit of luxury to our final days.
    The area is very walkable to a nearby piano bar and the Waterkant road with a new, rooftop lounge bar called Allure. The area felt safe and there was also a Spar and liquor store close to the place which was nice when wanting to have a few glasses of rose in the evening.
    Pete, our host, was very responsive and easy to communicate with.
    We would go back here again.

46. 5As my first air bnb booking I was a bit skeptical of the place that it would look nothing like the pictures. However, it did exceed expectations, quiet neighbourhood and private pool has exceptional views of the city.

47. 5The stay was incredible. It’s a beauty nestled in one of the best locations in Cape Town, I think the location itself is actually one of the best parts, which I didn’t see yet spoken about in previous reviews.
    The stay itself is beautiful, and I’ve stayed in villas that don’t compare to the elegance of it. It felt comfortable, and it’s a stay that will make you wish you lived there. The host is accommodating and the welcome is great, swift and friendly. There’s genuinely nothing I could pick apart about Nox, and this goes for all of their stays but specifically this one in comparison to other luxury stays – it’s well worth it, and slightly better than the pictures in my opinion.

50. 5Prepare to have your expectations exceeded as photos don’t do it justice! It’s a really great space and the view is spectacular. Appreciated having daily cleanings of the unit. My family had a wonderful time and Daniel was very easy to communicate with!

57. 5The apartment is even nicer than the pictures – beautifully laid out over 3 floors, lots of space, extremely clean (with someone coming to clean every day). It’s also very well located with access to lots of cafes/restaurants etc. Check and check out processes were a breeze, and I felt the Nox team went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Cape Town.

58. 5It was the perfect apartment to spend the last days of our South Africa Roadtrip.
    Paul the Host was super nice, it was easy to get in contact with him, he was helpful in every situation.
    The Apartment is super cool: stylish interior design in boho style and very good located in Bo-Kaap. The Highlight is the Rooftop including a small pool with an amazing view on Table mountain.
    We where two couples and I think this is the best combination for this Airbnb.

59. 5Beautiful Airbnb, my stay there was perfect. I was initially greeted at the house by Pete, I could not have asked for a better host. This Airbnb will be my first choice whenever I return to Cape town from the U.S.A.

60. 5This place deserve a 6stars if there can be one. Sheri’s places is the best have seen since have been Traveling. The interiors, the neatness, the touch of nature are top notch !. Am definitely coming back to this place when I visit South Africa in June.

    I think they forgot to add water
    In the fridge just some personal touch for the guests…most Airbnb homes have welcome drink and at least a bottle of water.
    I would gladly stay here again, totally loved my stay!
