5The one bedroom apartment is located in de Waterkant with unobstructed views from the 5th floor so it is very bright. Modern very well decorated and equipped. Very secure. The hosts were very efficient, easy to communicate with. I recommend this apartment absolutely

5Had a great stay at this apartment. Very central and convenient location in Cape Town! The housekeeping service wan so useful and made the stay even better. The one thing I would say is that some of the scatter cushions are looking a bit tatty and old and had a funny smell. The paint job in a few areas is coming off too. Other than that, the apartment is very nice and modern in a secure apartment block with a very well-equipped kitchen and the location is perfect for spending a few days in Cape Town. It has a washing machine too which is very useful. Thank you for the stay.

5Great location, apartment was beautifully appointed. Pity there isn’t an aircon in the room, seemed very warm despite it still being winter.
We didn’t get clear instructions on where to meet, had to call in to a call centre. Seemed to be a mix up of who was our “host”.
From there it was great, and our host was very friendly and helpful.

5Great location, walkable to shops and restaurants. The Waterfront is even walkable, but also only a quick Uber ride away too. The space itself is nice and the balcony has great views. There are several restaurants close by. If you’re looking for authentic African cuisine, GOLD Restaurant is in walking distance and serves a 14 course meal. Would definitely book with Nox again!

5Second time staying in the building and it is always a great location (close to main spots, yes it can be a bit noisy with surrounding restaurants but I like a bit of liveliness to an area!). Secure apartment, great staff (they are so friendly and helpful and just the best team) and a modern space with everything you need for a longer stay. The cleaning is great because it’s from Monday to Saturday. The only down side was there was no DSTV (would be nice to have paid TV at this price point). Nox team were very responsive and helpful – the warm weather meant an increase in mosquitos and the team got onto straight away and delivered us repellent plugs! Will be back for sure

5For my experience the apartment was very modern but not very clean like the carpet was overused. And not clean enough also the bed , and billows was not not clean enough and the sound cancellation is terrible. We heard the other apartment nocking the wall which in comfort. Over all, the host was very great his name Peter . We came for honeymoon and they give us honeymoon gift . But you need to check every thing is clean before you check in and the places should sprayed against mosquitoes ?
4The place and neighborhood are nice. Entry instructions were unclear, the host didn’t meet me when agreed upon, and there were multiple key boxes for the same apartment number, which felt weird
5Amazing unit. Decorated beautifully. Would have loved a map because we literally didn’t know a whole mall was in walking distance to the place. A lot of popular restaurants are also in the area. If we come back we would definitely stay. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The Sectional was the home away from home.

4Very good apartment is a great location – highly recommended for many types of travelers, particularly business and holiday travelers who need access to Waterfront, Greenpoint, City Centre etc.
Host and their team were very communicative and also helpful, including being flexible regarding stipulations.
Only thing to note is that, not only do you need to register all guests (which is normal) but you have to declare and register visitors beforehand at check-in which seemed quite excessive & draconian to me (if in town to meet some mates, anyone not declared from outset banned from coming over to say watch the rugby? weird to me).
Otherwise highly recommend as long as you’re also aware of said dormroom-esque/prison-style visitation caveat

5We had a great stay! The place was nicely appointed and it was my wedding anniversary so we were met with a dozen roses, champagne and a bag of treats which was so very nice of them to do. The location is very centrally located and had both restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

5I loved my stay at Nox. I’m a female travelling alone for work so this made me particularly grateful for really friendly staff and how safe the area felt. I really appreciated the little extras waiting in the room, and the slickness of the entire stay. One of my best Airbnb experiences!

5What can even be said except nothing short of amazing. I was torn between going out and staying in – That’s how comfortable the place is.
The entire building is not affected by Loadshedding which immediately competes with other properties on Airbnb. The Smarts TVs in the lounge and bedroom made it perfect for when you’re chilling in bed or chilling on the comfy couch.
The kitchen had pretty much everything you needed – Most places don’t offer capsules for the Nespresso machine, nor milk and coffee. Plus, the fact that they provided bathrobes for each us to use when getting out of the amazing shower.
The location was pretty decent. Really close to a Spar, right next door to restaurants and pretty much central to everything in the Waterfront and the CBD.
I’m definitely returning.

Secure parking onsite is a big plus if you have a car.
The music from the surrounding bars downstairs can be loud on weekends, although manageable. I wish new buildings come with standard triple-glazed windows.
