This newly renovated villa in Fresnaye is the ideal location for a Summer Holiday. Ave Francaise is so centrally located being within walking distance to the promenade and 5 minutes drive from Clifton Beaches. The Villa has recently been remodeled and offers an exquisite interior flowing onto the lovely undercover entertainment space and swimming pool.

Ave Francaise is split onto 2 levels. On the entrance level you will find a large 12 seater formal dining room. Large open plan kitchen with all mod cons opening onto a 2nd informal dining room with 8 seater table. There is lounge, with 2 spacious seating areas. All of this flows out onto the patio. There is undercover seating outdoors as well as additional raised seating to enjoy the morning sun. The swimming pool is large enough to enjoy a proper swim (please note the pool does not have a shallow end). There is also a brand new BBQ for your use.

Bedrooms

Upstairs are the bedrooms and the the stairs can be closed off should you be travelling with children. Bedrooms as follows:

Master Bedroom: King bed with own balcony. Large open plan bathroom with walk in shower, Jacuzzi & double vanity. Walk in closet.
2nd Bedroom: Twin beds. Open plan bathroom with bath
3rd Bedroom: Queen bed. En-suite with shower over the bath
4th Bedroom: Queen bed. En-suite with shower over the bath
**There is a study as well, which could be utilised as a 5th bedroom on request
All the bedrooms have air conditioning!
