This stylish semi detached, African inspired, seafront home is perfectly located for travellers visiting the Cape Peninsula and surrounds.

The vibrant and diverse community of people, fauna and flora has so much to offer in this gem of a location. You will enjoy beautiful ocean views and spectacular pink and orange sunsets. You may even be the lucky one who spots the whale and her calf leisurely passing before you in the bay.

This Glencairn home was originally built during the 1960’s and has only recently undergone its first major renovation. The house was converted into a home with free flowing open space so that guests could enjoy the magnificent views from the kitchen, dining room and lounge simultaneously.

The Lounge

This room is accessed from the patio via the front pivot door. There are several windows which provide an extraordinary view of the ocean from any vantage point in the lounge.

The Dining Room
Access from the patio is via folding door which can be opened completely to enjoy the spectacular views. On a clear day the you can see as far as Gordon’s Bay. The oversized dining room table seats 8 comfortably.

The Kitchen

Open plan kitchen which features dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge freeze, gas hob and electric oven.
A water filtration system which makes for great drinking water.

Here you will also find the inverter which is fully automated and kicks into gear without any intervention. You don’t have to do anything except enjoy uninterrupted TV, Wi-Fi.

Three bedrooms

Main bedroom has a queen size extra length bed and features a window, skylight, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with double shower, double basin with toilet.
Second bedroom has a queen size extra length bed and features an external window facing the rear garden and a wardrobe.
Third bedroom has 2 three quarter extra length beds and features a skylight and a wardrobe. This is an internal room with abundant natural light from the skylight.
The family bathroom has a double shower and toilet and there is also a separate WC.

Guest access

Two garages and multiple parking is at your disposal.

The entire home is for you to enjoy. We ask that guests not access the wardrobe labelled private in the main bedroom. This is used to store all linen and towels.
