4Cosy apartment for up to 6 persons at a great location. Very secure and helpful personnel at door and reception. The pool was unfortunately closed and no access to the roof terrace which was not informed earlier. Some part of the apartment had dusty floors so we instructed the cleaner to fix. Otherwise we agreed of every second day cleaning, but noticed that the cleaner should be more focused as forgot to replace a new garbage bag and add toilet paper.

5They had been very helpful with everything at anytime . The response had been very quick and efective. The location of the apartment is amazing. Just 15 minutes walk from waterfront restaurants and mall and 10 minutes walk from DHL stadium. 2’ walk there is a supermarket. The apartment is very good specially living room and kitchen area. It is missing a bit of maintenance and cleaning should be a bit better but it is worthwhile anyway. It has parking space. They are not flexible at all about check out or even leaving the car for 1 extra hour.

5الشقة موقعها جميل والأمان فيها عالي جدا السكيورتي عند الباب ٢٤ ساعه يفتح لكم الباب كان بشوش ومحترم جداً، الي عند الاستقبال تساعدكم لو سألتوها عن أماكن ونصائح. متعاونين جدا طلبت افياش كهرباء وجابت لنا بسرعه ، إطلاله جميله والغرف واسعه وكل غرفه فيها دورة مياة ومطبخ فيه كل شي تحتاجونه وكوفي وشاهي وسكر كله متوفر، النت ممتاز وسريع. السلبيات فقط لا يوجد عزل في الليل أصوات سيارات مزعجه لأنها تقع عالشارع العام وايضاً بعد الساعه ٩ صباحاً توجد أعمال صيانه مزعجه. بشكل عام انصح فيها جدا ممتازه

La zona es excelente, muy cerca del estadio, supermercado, restaurantes y cosas que hacer, además, el sitio es muy seguro y cuenta con un servicio y personal de recepción, muy amables. Es un plus contar con el servicio diario de limpieza. Fueron muy amables al permitir guardar nuestro equipaje en la fecha de salida. 100% recomendado.

4It’s a spacious and clean apartment in a really nice location. Lots of great places to eat within safe (and this is important) walking distance.
The only issue we had was that the towels had a musty smell and those were immediately washed for us, by the very responsive host!

4The accomodation is excellent, the pictures describes itself the place. Location is awesome, close to restaurantes and V&A Waterfront.
But as this is located in the main road, there are a a lot of noise coming from the street.
In the first night there was a carnival parade (and I understand this is not controllable, it was an external fact) that ended up midnight and you could not sleep, specially in the room that faces the main street. But also in the other nights, any voice coming from the street, cars and even a Cruise Ship horning was able to listen in the room. I suggest you put a noise reduction window or something to avoid that.

4This property has a fantastic view of the waterfront area and the stadium. From the pool area you also have a great view of the mountains. Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The only negatives are that the bathroom in the front bedroom has mold in the shower and the smell coming out that drain line was so bad we had to keep the door open to air it out. Other than that the property was beautiful. Note that the dryer doesn’t work so if you don’t want to use air dried towels after they’ve been washed you’ll need to bring your own.
5Great location being minutes away by walk to Waterfront. A good option of Cafes, bars and a Woolworths just downstairs of the building. Accommodation was well appointed with all the amenities one would need. The unit was fully air conditioned including the bedrooms which was a great bonus as it was summer when we visited. The area felt safe, well lit & the building was secure.
5The location was very well situated in the midst of restaurants and other diversions, and was in walking distance to the VA waterfront. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Airbnb was gorgeous and had all amenities listed. There was a power issue was which was eventually resolved, and the liason in contact was very nice, patient, and accommodating. I recommend this place to stay with high regards.

1Beautiful apartment in lovely location. However poor cleanliness and hygiene. Inadequate basic amenities like towels and linen… Extremely rude and unhelpful support staff. Victor, Isaac,pj would read messages and not respond. Absolutely not willing to assist guests in the least.
There were no towels on my second day. No one was willing to assist. Absolutely ridiculous. Would nto recommend NOX to anyone

На крыше расположен бассейн и открывается прекрасный вид на город. Мы путешествовали компанией, необходимо было три спальни. Единственный минус (совсем маленький) – одна из спален была без окна, пришлось тянуть жребий и выяснить кому она достанется). Рядом с апартаментами расположен супермаркет и рестораны (кафе). Прекрасные апартаменты, прекрасный город. Спасибо!
