Inside, the fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and a dishwasher, creating a true home away from home experience. Two comfortable lounge areas, a dining space, and an upstairs study offer plenty of room to unwind.
The main house includes two large bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom for added comfort and privacy. A guest bathroom with a washing machine and dryer leads to an inner courtyard that features a fish pond.
For additional privacy, there is a separate cottage on the side of the property, complete with a small kitchenette and its own bathroom.

Guests have access to the entire property, except for one small room off the garden area which will remain locked. Only one parking bay in the garage is available for use.
Please note that the property is not suitable for children due to stairs and the absence of baby rails.
The backup power supply helps reduce the impact of loadshedding.
A gardener visits every second week, and a cleaner attends the property every Monday and Thursday to assist with upkeep.
When entertaining in the front yard, guests are kindly asked to remain considerate of the neighbours.

5One of the best spots in Cape Town! Tucked away enough to be out of the city center and have beautiful views of the ocean – but close enough to walk or quickly drive anywhere in the city. We were in a bind and needed a new spot – Tony was fantastic and met us at the house last minute. We were so grateful for the above and beyond service to meet with us. The pool in the summer was a huge highlight and space itself is spacious and feels like home. We loved the birds and sat on the porch everyday. We stayed for nearly 4 weeks and were very comfortable with the neighbors, cleaners, etc. We were however surprised that a 3pm late checkout wasn’t available, even with no incoming guests, and that the only option was to pay for an additional full night.

5La maison est magnifique, très bien placée, très propre, sécurisée, toute équipée, il ne manque rien.
L’agence qui gère la maison est très réactive et aux petits soins.
En revanche, plusieurs interlocuteurs à la fois ce qui peut parfois être perturbant car les informations arrivent dans tous les sens et parfois des informations différentes.
Je recommande cette maison, allez y sans hésiter.

3The house and location are beautiful, but the bed is extremely hard. Cement floor hard. We also had two issues with people showing up on the property without prior notice. Both situations were scheduled by the house owner, and the management team wasn’t involved, and didn’t have knowledge, which caused confusion and made us feel like we were being spied on. One time, my family and I were woken up early in the morning by a housekeeper who came unannounced, opened the front door and and made noise while we were sleeping and she was cleaning. I found this very inconsiderate, and the management company didn’t apologize or show any understanding.
4Amazing home. Best I’ve stayed in! Very safe, beautiful furnishings, lovely pool to cool off in. We spent so much time just reading on the deck and enjoying breakfast in the patio. So peaceful! The home and location was 5+ stars!
However the property management was very hard to deal with- I was literally getting two different instructions on how to get into the home as we are driving from the airport- and then set off the alarm due to unclear instructions and no one but the armed guard that showed up knew how to turn it off. Then they wanted me to drop off the keys in the middle of the city when we left at 3am (we later found a compromise).
5The stay at this place was nothing short of amazing. The house is so nice and has amazing views. And the host went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They included amenities in every room even down to spices in the kitchen. Which I have never seen any other host do. The host is also very responsive and very kind. In overall, you wont regret staying here ???
1One of my worst experiences with Airbnb.
Made mistake when booking, entered dates a month apart, I could not shift the dates and when I tried to cancel prior to check in and receive my money back I was told Airbnb must handle the process entirely, they did not assist me and perchstay (host management company) only shifts blame to Airbnb, there was no help from their side.
Airbnb insists that perchstay must respond and communicate with them being the listed host, but perchstay insisted on not getting involved and it is not their responsibility.
I will continue with Airbnb, but I will never book a property that is managed by perchstay again.
This is a terrible experience.

5A spacious home in an excellent location. All the facilities on offer make the house a fantastic spot to relax and make the most of what Cape Town has to offer. Easy to get to the City Bowl and Waterfront. The team at Perch was very responsive and helpful, the house is beautifully kept.
5The location had fantastic views and was located close to restaurants- both walking and driving distance. Host was responsive anytime we contacted them.

Für alle, die etwas besonderes suchen. Man betritt das Grundstück und fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Die Räume sind großzügig und offen geschnitten.
Abends auf der Veranda, lässt es sich nach anstrengendem Sightseeing bei einem Glas Wein gut entspannen.
