2. 5We had a fantastic long weekend at the apartment. It’s very spacious and well located. The rooftop is phenomenal. Special thank you for the team and proactive messages that make your stay extra comfortable. The only bad thing is that you have to leave at the end of your stay.

3. 5beautiful flat, very well looked after with easy access and a communicative host

5. 5My friends and I had a girl’s trip and my ow my.
This place was even better than the pictures, and that’s saying a lot! The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Whether you’re planning a group trip or a quiet getaway with your partner, the layout and location are absolutely perfect.
1000/10 for the entertainment area at the rooftop!
The host was amazing — super responsive, accommodative, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they really care about creating a great experience.
Can’t recommend this place enough. We’ll definitely be back!

7. 5great place nice and quite close to just about everything

8. 5Overall the stay and accommodation was fantastic, Nox service and willingness to respond and act to queries was exceptional.
However, there were a few things that could be considered, such as the lack of a mirror for use with the hair dryer.
Also, was disappointing with the fact that is wasn’t disclosed that the Jacuzzi was out of commission, especially when you consider that we were blessed with amazing weather by Cape Town standards. This was a motivating factor for selecting this property over other options available at the time.

9. 4We had a great stay! The place was beautiful and the service was excellent. Cleaning was done every day, which made it feel even more comfortable and well taken care of. The only downside was that we were really looking forward to using the jacuzzi, but unfortunately it wasn’t working, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, everything was lovely, and we’d definitely recommend it!

10. 4We recently stayed at this wonderful apartment in Green Point, and were thoroughly impressed!
The location was perfect – close to the town centre and many nice attractions, making it easy to get around and explore the city.
The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We felt safe and secured throughout our stay, which was a top priority for me.
The check-in process was seamless and hassle-free, and the apartment was spacious and well-appointed.
I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a convenient, safe, and comfortable stay in Cape Town

12. 1Our items were stolen in the unit. We don’t know how. Missing items were approximately worth 25k. Much more than the price of the accomodation. So basically we lost more than we enjoyed.

13. 5Beautiful apartment very luxurious vibes and great that we had daily cleaning included.
The only bummer was that the jacuzzi didn’t work but we got a small reimbursement for that. All in all we would definitely book again

14. 5Great stay

15. 4The place was exceptional. The jacuzzi however was set to 34 degrees which wasn’t a great experience. The person in charge didn’t seem to know how to make the water hotter. This was disappointing. Communication can be improved. The place is immaculate and a great place to stay. It’s spacious and stunning views and private. Great location as well. Would recommend this place.

16. 5Amazing contemporary apartment, close enough to all the place you want to see. Is very clean and looks exactly like in pictures.
I celebrated my birthday at the rooftop jacuzzi.
It’s a good choice, so I definitely recommend this apartment.

17. 5Mooie plek, top appartement en hele fijne supporting staff. Een grote kanshebber voor volgend jaar!

18. 3Nice apartment and good location, however extremely challenging when arriving and to check in – which took place more than 3.5 hours after the agreed check-in time.
We were for hours told that they would look into sending someone to let us in, without anything happen. Phone was not picked up when we first called, and messages were answered primarily by a chat robot. When we finally were let in – we received different messages for why the situation had occurred, and none of them seemed very plausible.
Small issues with the apartment itself; AC not fully cooling and the Jacuzzi not ready to be used (which was later fixed) and some parts not fully cleaned when we arrived. But in general a nice apartment and an amazing rooftop.

19. 5Amazing place to stay at. Highly secure with beautiful views from the rooms and the top. There are some amazing cafes for the breakfast at a walkable distance. Friendly neighbourhood. The place was exactly or I would say a bit better than what was described, the check in was smooth and everything was squeaky clean. The house keeping guy was extremely professional and polite- full marks to him.
The only suggestion I would give is to focus a bit on the third room you have with a bit more taste and vibrancy to the furniture as it looked apart from rest of the apartment.

20. 5Amazing place to stay at and host was great

21. 5Description matched the place! Once we were checked in the Nox team took care of us—including getting a backup router because we had business meetings that were remote.
Would stay there again! Good neighborhood and walkable during the day also close to some cafes.

22. 5Nox were great hosts, easy access and great communication.

23. 5The stay was absolutely amazing

24. 5What a great find! Beautiful unit, as described in the listing, spotless, and so comfortable. We had such a lovely stay. Nox was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

26. 5Superbe appartement
    Service de ménage au top!
    Communication parfaite

27. 4Beautiful penthouse with amazing views
Unfortunately they were strong winds during our stay there, which may have made the floors a bit dusty upon check in. The issue was raised with the host and taken care of immediately and the host apologised.
Communication/feedback was done timeously by the host. The gentleman who checked us in Peter was very friendly.
Definitely will consider staying there again in the nearer future

28. 5Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Einfacher und flexibler Check-in. Tolle und sichere Gegend. Zudem eine super saubere und tolle Wohnung. Sehr weiterzuempfehlen.

29. 5Tolle Unterkunft, alles blitzsauber (roomkeeping jeden Tag!), sensationelle rooftop-Terrasse.

30. 5I loved this place truly and so secluded. However my only problem is the load shedding. On the listing, it said it was free from load shedding. However we experienced it quite a bit. The worst part was when we were checking out, the load shedding happened we couldn’t use the elevator to take our stuff down. Shout out to Vicktor for coming to save the day!!
I would recommend the complex to invest in generator or something to make it easier for guest.

31. 5ا

32. 5Modernes loftartiges Apartment in exklusive Lage.

33. 5Very Nice place and would love to stay next time. The jacuzzi now working fine

34. 5Great stay and helpful hosts. The roof terrace has an awesome view. The direct neighborhood is calm and nice but not very lively (but the restaurants and bars are within a 10 minute drive).

35. 5I had an amazing time at this establishment! Whenever there were issues, the host was so responsive! Loved it, from great restaurants nearby and lovely jacuzzi with bbq upstairs! We had an awesome time and at the fraction of the prices quoted elsewhere! Highly recommended!

36. 5Très bon séjour dans ce logement !

37. 5Ok

38. 4Very nice appartment, with private roof terasse. The SPA was not accessable aparently due to a missing pump part. This was annoying as the pool (in the common part of the rooftop area) was quite cold.
Everything else was great, both the appartment and host. Private parking spot in the garage floor.

39. 5Great location. Great apartment

40. 4The Apartment is very central which made it convenient for exploring the city. However, there were a few issues that detracted from the overall experience.
One of the main amenities advertised was the hot tub, but unfortunately, it was not functioning during our stay which was a disappointment. Additionally, while the apartment was nicely decorated, there were a few noticeable flaws such as some damaged furniture and other minor imperfections.
Despite these issues, the apartment was still comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Overall, we would recommend this apartment for its location, but potential guests should be aware of the issues mentioned above.

41. 5Nice and clean Appartement

42. 2View from the balconies and terrace is great, also location is pretty good. The apartment itself is okay, but not in a very good condition with a lot of broken items. They even tried to charge us for a broken chair that was already broken when we moved in, so if you book it make sure to make pictures and a list of all the broken items when you move in, so that they can’t scam you.

43. 3Beautiful view, but had a number of operational issues that were disapointing.

44. 5Great place would highly recommend!

45. 5Really nice apartment, can really recommend it and would come
    back here

46. 4Amazing rooftop space in an excellent location. Stanley and the helper were excellent. There were some corners of the place that need a bit of attention but overall we had a great time.

47. 5Nice apartment

48. 4I had an amazing stay in the penthouse and I used the all facilities even though my stay was quiet short.
The booking process was thorough and my host Terence was absolutely lovely.
I would have loved to see more plants or flowers while there to brighten up the penthouse. So I bought my own and left them there. I wasn’t impressed with how the penthouse smelled – almost like it hasn’t been occupied for a long time and there weren’t any diffusers or room sprays. Other than that, everything is as advertised here.

49. 5Would love to stay there again. Great spot

50. 5This apartment is central, modern, safe and absolutely stunning. It has everything you’ll need and the most incredible sense of space even though it’s close to the city centre. I loved the attention to detail, effortless check in and out, and the privacy. I’ll definitely be back.

51. 5Amazing appartment
    Amazing place
    Amazing location
The maid did a good job everyday
I keep trying to find something to complain and nothing….
Really a 5 star services from the Nox team.
    Just perfect.

53. 4Great location and perfect for a family with adult “children”s. The three bed rooms and baths were perfect. Roof top terrace allowed for lazy mornings. Living room and kitchen perfect for having a snack or breakfast together. Parking for two cars, and walking distance to the waterfront area was great.
The WiFi worked well in the living room, but not in the bed room. We had also some issues getting the A/C to do cooling.

54. 5Great place to stay with amazing views. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi especially in the evenings. A bit of a walk to the beach and less than a 10 minute walk to the local town Centre.

55. 5The place is amazing and very well located in the city of Cape Town. The view from the terrasse is outstanding ! And Peter welcomed us very well. Don’t hesitate, just book !

56. 5Everything was amazing. The apartment is even better than the photos and the hosts are the kindest, most understanding ones! I definitely recommend staying here. just perfect!

57. 5This property was ideally situated, very well managed from check in to check out. Pleasant experience all round! The rooftop deck is exquisite with views of Cape Town, a great gas Braai pool and jacuzzi! Peter and The Nox team were great! The rooms are large and overall definitely a place we will be returning to

58. 5Beautiful apartment with beautiful views . We loved spending time in the jacuzzi and swimming pool . Location is perfect for a wonderful holiday in Cape Town. We will be back for sure !

59. 4great apartment well located close to the green point park.
we had fun there with the family, all there available to cook and good kitchen. fantastic bedrooms with fairly nice view….and great jacuzzi on the roof top.
the cleaning was good but some dust where still visible.
I would go there again if I am going back to Cape Town.

60. 4Amazing spacious appartement. Beautiful bedrooms which each it’s own bathroom. The sun roof with jacuzzi tops it all.
Location is great. Just the security guys were a bit grumpy but that’s all I can say if i’d have to give any ‘feedback’ haha!

61. 5We had a wonderful stay with Nox. Thank you to Jaco and Paul for going out of their way to attend to all of our needs and ensure we were comfortable. The apartment and location are great and I would certainly recommend them.
