5I am happy with the host kind gesture towards my stay
1Nous avons été très déçus par l’agence qui s’occupe du logement. Dans les points positifs on notera la localisation et la vue ( mais baies vitrées très sales donc cela gâche cet avantage).
L’équipement n’est pas à la hauteur d’un appartement dit de luxe. Les rideaux ne sont pas occultants (lampadaires proches donc de la lumière toute la nuit…), mauvaise isolation sonore (bruits de la circulation et des bateaux dans la baie par temps de brouillard, Boules Quies indispensables). Le pire de tout, la machine à laver semble dater. Elle ne nettoyait pas bien (tâches persistantes sur le linge foncé), mais en plus notre linge clair est ressorti avec des nouvelles tâches ! Nous avions choisi ce logement pour faire des lessives en cours de séjour, et notre linge est foutu. Réaction de l’agence : aucune indemnisation ne sera prévue, ils attendent soit disant un retour de leur expert, et insinuent que nous mentons sur notre utilisation de l’appareil. Scandaleux quand on voit le prix du logement
2the apartment is beautiful but the AC didn’t work in the top bedroom which is the hottest room. we couldn’t sleep there, since it was 30 + degrees in the room. we contacted NOX several times but nobody came to fix the AC. we got a refund, which was a joke. we paid 500 euros per night an one of the 3 bedrooms was not usable . we stayed for 5 nights.

5wonderful accommodation! we are a family of 6, we had 5 days in cape town at this accommodation. we were greeted by Caroline who was lovely she came every day to clean while we were out so was nice and tidy to return to. the accommodation is in a great location we hired a car to see as much as we could of cape town, but if you didn’t want the car hire you could quite easily walk or catch a taxi for short distance, the v&A harbour was a 7 minute drive with wonderful restaurants and shopping. the property had everything you need for a relaxing stress free holiday would highly recommend and hopefully if we get the chance to revisit cape town this would definitely be place we would book. ??

5Amazing house with a breathtaking view! The location is very quiet and safe, perfect for a relaxing stay. We loved having barbecues while enjoying the stunning views of Green Park, the Stadium, and the famous Cape Town sunset. Communication was always clear, and although we couldn’t use the pool due to the cold weather, a staff member was proactively sent to ensure it was clean. It was reassuring to know that the house was cleaned daily, just like in a regular hotel. We had a wonderful stay and, as we plan to return to Cape Town regularly, this will be the first house we consider.

5Our stay at this Airbnb in Greenpoint was simply amazing! The space was clean and beautifully decorated, but the best part was the majestic views that took our breath away. The location was perfect—close to the waterfront and great restaurants while still being peaceful. Our host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. 5This is a beautiful house, spotlessly clean and with great contemporary design throughout. Plenty of social space, including a well equipped large kitchen and comfortable pool area. The views over Green point/sea point are truly spectacular (note: the smallest bedroom doesn’t really have a view). It also feels secure as you can drive straight into the garage. It is a house on a hill so there are inevitably quite a lot of stairs which won’t suit everyone (but was no problem for my group). The only small point I’d say is that this house is joined to the neighbours on either side and so there is some noise with neighbours coming and going or in their pools. If you stay in the heart of the city in an area like Green point then some noise is to be expected, it wasn’t really a problem, but if you want a very quiet stay somewhere more out of town might be wise. The Nox team were very responsive and helpful – I’d stay in this house again without hesitation.
5Unser Aufenthalt war traumhaft schön. Das Haus ist sehr groß und absolut gut für 6 Personen geeignet. Jeder hatte seine Privatsphäre und eigene Bäder. Es wurde sich gut gekümmert, die Putzfrau kam teilweise täglich und hat aufgeräumt und sauber gemacht. Es war sehr sauber. Man hatte einen sehr schönen Ausblick und fühlt sich äußerst wohl. Außerdem fühlten wir uns sehr sicher. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Straße ist ruhig gelegen.
Der Außenbereich ist auch total schön:)

3It was clean apartment and its ‘view overlooking cape town .
There are disadvantages staying on this property :-
1- 3 stories apartment. it is dangerous for the kids and not good for old people .
2- Bathroom Privacy is an issue . everyone can see you while taking shower or going to bathroom.
3- AC is not cold despitethe living room and one of the bedroom AC were not working .
4- apartment entrance goes to the bedrooms and the living room 2 level down .. expect noise .
