5Well located in heart of Green Point. Well looked after apartment- pictures as posted on airbnb, clean with everything required to make stay comfortable. Clear instructions from responsive host. We had someone come to clean the apartment which was highly appreciated- included in accomm rate. Good price point for location and type of accommodation. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

4The Airbnb was lovely! So cosy and just as described.
I will say that when messaging to arrange check in, the responses were AI generated which was a bit frustrating and not practical if you’re running into issues.
Additionally, there is no AC in the bedrooms, only fans which required remote control and only appear to work if the light is on which can be inconvenient.
But other than that, location was fab and the daily cleaning service was a great touch 🙂
5I loved everything about this place, the host was responsive. The only bummer was the lady who cleans, she decides to prepare the apartment when you have to check in. I was really not happy about that.
But otherwise, loved this place. Would definitely go back ??

5We stayed in this beautifully appointment apartment for a week and it was just about perfect.
We appreciated the great communication with the hosts and easy check-in and check-out.
The apartment block seems to be very secure.
Although we only used the “daily” housekeeping service once, we loved that we could have had it every weekday, included in the rental.
So many standout features in the apartment, including:

* air conditioning and fans
* comfortable beds
* heated towel rails
* washing machine and tumble dryer with detergent and fabric softener

Traffic noise can be disconcerting at first with windows open, but after two nights I happily slept all night with windows open on the main road.

4The room and location were great.
But when we chocked in, the room cleaning didn’t finished.
Every time the response so quickly and sent me many information, it was great. But it seems that their responses are AI.
The dryer machine didn’t work well, it stopped every 10 min. I sent messages and received responses. But technical staff didn’t come and the problem was not resolved .

4Very lovely Apartment right in front of a beautiful park and short walk to the ocean as well as great equipment (laundry, beach towels, etc). Nox was really proactive and friendly in communication. Unfortunately, the pool was not usable during our stay – besides that we had a great experience.

3Nox’s listing was as it is on airbnb. There were a few issues with check-in and Wi-Fi but host was responsive. I think the hosting team lacked aligned communication around the Wi-Fi connection as there were three people we were talking to and they gave different answers which was a little frustrating. NETFLIX – there was no communication that we should use our own Netflix. When I mentioned that I don’t have my own account, I wasn’t really assisted. Overall, the place was clean, spacious with friendly staff, close to V&A and local restaurants.

It’s not a complaint but maybe as time goes on, having full solar back up would be fantastic but we appreciate that the wifi still works and there are charged lights available to use .

Die Putzfrau war täglich da und hat sogar gewaschen. Das war toll
3Die Unterkunft ist top eingerichtet, Kommunikation mit Nox ist top. LEIDER: liegt die Wohnung an einer 4-spurigen Strasse daher ist es sehr laut in den Schlafzimmern. Die Wohnung ist generell sehr hellhörig. Ich weiss als Schweizer ist man diesbezüglich sehr verwöhnt. Aber man kann es wirklich so vergleichen als würde eine Autobahn gut hörbar neben eurem Schlafzimmer sein.
