5Without doubt, a spectacular location and setting. Dickson, the house manager, was absolutely fabulous – so friendly and helpful. The house was immaculately clean and well-organized. It’s a “professional” AirBnB place and not a home per se. My only gripe was the odd “third” room – much smaller than the others and accessible only by walking through the shower! (which also clogged with water after use) The two main rooms were splendid and the outside/poolside cottage lovely too. This was a business trip with three other colleagues, so I took the odd “third” room. Not the nicest space, I have to say.

5Jacqui was an exceptional host from start to finish. Communication was clear and timely and it made everything feel easy before I even arrived. She made sure the place was ready even though I got there earlier than planned. The small touches like fresh milk bottled water fruit tea and coffee really stood out. It felt welcoming the moment I walked in. The villa at 42 Glencoe Avenue is honestly something special. It looks exactly like the pictures if not better. The space is clean well maintained and beautifully put together. You can tell real effort went into making it both comfortable and stylish. The layout works whether you are staying alone or with others and everything you need is there. The location is another big plus. It is quiet and peaceful but still close enough to everything you need. It gives you that proper Cape Town feel. Waking up there and just taking in the surroundings was easily one of the best parts of the stay.

5We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully put together, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
The host and caretaker(Dickson) were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around and explore.
We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Jacqui was incredibly accommodating and made both check-in and check-out seamless and stress-free. Throughout our stay, Dickson went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Their attentiveness, support, and genuine care made us feel well looked after at all times.

5We had a great 4 day stay in this lovely house with an awesome location and views. Bedrooms vary spacious and well equipped. Dickson looked after us extremely well throughout our stay. The pool is great and we spent most of our time at the house relaxing.

The house is beautifully furnished and decorated with great attention to detail. The pool area is simply stunning, offering breathtaking views of downtown, the ocean, and even Table Mountain. Waking up to that view every day was unforgettable.
