noise alarm picked up the rain and the AI system kept calling us since 3am every 10min.
2 Bedrooms upstairs share only 1 bathroom and also is the only toilet for everyone in the living areas.

5What an amazing time at this villa! As a group of 12 we highly recommend this Airbnb. With super friendly housekeeping and maintenance staff coming daily and easy communication with the host, everything went absolutely smoothly. We immediately felt like home and fully enjoyed our stay in Hout Bay – a great area to have fun days with beautiful sunrises and fun nights but also to get around easily, all main attractions within a 5-30 minutes drive.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, in diesem wunderschönen Airbnb zu übernachten, und es war einfach fantastisch! Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir überwältigt von der atemberaubenden Aussicht, die uns fast den Atem raubte. Vom Balkon aus hatten wir einen unvergesslichen Blick auf das weite Tal und die umliegenden Berge – der perfekte Ort, um den Sonnenaufgang zu genießen oder bei einem Glas Wein den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten.
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein: ruhig und abgelegen, aber gleichzeitig in der Nähe von allem, was man braucht. Der Ort bietet eine wunderbare Kombination

5Wonderful place in a quiet and and peaceful neighbourhood. The hosts are super professional and very engaging. The house has wonderful views and perfect for a family stay. We had a few issues with water and a blocked bathroom but the hosts fixed it as soon as possible and paid a refund for the affected days. They even send an apology bag with snacks and some wine. Lovely hosts

5We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this beautiful house. In the first two days two rooms did not have warm water and one bathroom very low pressure. These problems could be solved fast. Maybe on a next occasion I would recommend to better check whether the main services are ok right away. The Nox team was very friendly and ready to help immediately. Well done, thanks!
5We booked very last minute for a few days with our friends as our travel plans were destroyed by the weather. The booking and checkin were super easy though the short notice and we could get into the accommodation even earlier as expected. We loved the privacy and everything this villa has to offer – for example an amazing pool and also a sauna! You are very save in this protected area.
Parties are not allowed (which did not bother us as all) and you should not be too loud in this neighborhood. The rooms get cleaned every day and you can even order food into the house. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would come back again!
