Cliffside Haven is a luxurious villa with breathtaking views from every room. Solid wooden floors throughout with a neutral palate, this villa is the perfect family getaway.

The villa features the main house plus adjacent cottage. Pizza oven and green egg situated on the side of the property with outdoor dining area.

There is a pool and a large sunken jacuzzi, boule court, pool table that can be converted into a tennis table, cinema room with rear projector and additional bathroom with shower to use before or after swimming.

High speed fiber internet available in main living areas. Inverter system to run basic lights, tv, and internet during power outage.

The Service

Included in the daily rate is a basic cleaning service between 11h00 and 13h00 except on sundays and public holidays.

Wood and fire lighters provided. Basic starter pack with dishwash liquid, dishwasher tablets, and washing powder. We also provide a starter pack with coffee and tea, and 1lt long life milk.

Any additional requests will be charged accordingly.

The location

Cliffside Haven is situated on the eastern head, front row with spectacular ocean view. The suburb is safe and quiet with a beach walking distance from the villa. Also on the heads is the famous viewpoint that can be easily reached on foot or by car.

Families are allowed at the villa, however there are some safety hazards for children

Property not fenced in front by cliff edges, only sides of property fenced
Please be advised that although South Africa is currently facing intermittent power blackouts, we have taken measures to ensure your comfort and convenience. During such situations, essential amenities including lights, TV in the main lounge, fridge, and Wi-Fi will continue to operate seamlessly.
