Southern Right House is situated high up in the Misty Cliffs enclave with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. The house is nestled into the Mountain and faces towards the Misty Cliffs beach. With a private pool and BBQ which are at the back of the Villa, this is the ideal “get away from it all” vacation villa.
On the upper level, you will find the open-plan kitchen, living and dining areas which leads out onto a large balcony, where you can enjoy the panoramic Sea Views, whale watching, sunsets and star-gazing. Sometimes if you are lucky, you may get a glimpse of the dolphins too. The main bedroom which is en-suite and the twin bedroom are on this level as well. Steps leading down to a further 3 bedrooms, one queen with an en-suite and two twin rooms that share a large bathroom.
Southern Right House is situated within 40 minutes from Cape Town and 15 minutes from the legendary Cape Point and Constantia Valleys wine farms. Easy access to shopping centres and several excellent restaurants and beaches nearby. This Villa comfortably sleeps 10 people and it a great Holiday Retreat. A wonderful place to spend your holiday!

5Stunningly beautiful spot with fantastic views. Very comfortable house, open plan kitchen and living area, great outside areas with pool and braai place protected from the wind. Very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. We had a fantastic time with the whole family over Christmas.
5This was a last-minute booking — we had reserved two houses in Misty Cliffs about a month ago, but unfortunately, one of them turned out to be 30 minutes away (the ad was misleading), and we urgently needed a new property. Enter Tim, Tina, and their amazing team to the rescue! They truly pulled a rabbit out of a hat, arranged a thorough clean-up of the property, and got us checked in without a hitch.
The house itself is stunning — majestic views, perfect sunsets, and had everything you could possibly need. Definitely visiting this place again! Tim and team, you are lifesavers — thank you again!

5We were overwhelmed by how stunning the accommodation. The kitchen was very supplied with everything we needed….and the other thoughtful touches (e.g. beach bag for towels) were very much appreciated.

5As a South African living abroad, coming back to stay in this house was pure food for the soul. It satiated my appetite for the natural beauty of South Africa which I miss so much. When sitting on the deck, taking in the incredible views and listening to the sounds of the ocean, it’s hard to believe that in just 20 minutes you can find yourself in the lively & bustling surrounds of Kalk Bay which is teaming with restaurants and cafe’s. However, if like me you’d prefer to not stray too far from the house you can take a short drive around the corner to Scarborough. There at the Villiage Hub, you can join a passing peloton of cyclists in their morning ritual of stopping for a cup of coffee and a freshly baked chocolate croissant. I can’t recommend this house highly enough. It offers everything you could possibly need to make the most of your stay. Even beach bags are provided should you decide to head to the beach for an arctic dip! Tina was lovely. So helpful and very responsive.

5What an incredible spot! The house is luxurious, but also homely and comfortable. The views are incredible and the peaceful surroundings made for a very relaxing experience…
The kitchen deserves a special mention – kitted out with everything you could possibly want or need. As someone who cooks a lot I appreciated the set of sharp knives and a pressure cooker – the kitchen is certainly above the standard of a normal Airbnb rental!
We stayed in winter, so didn’t really get to utilize the pool area, but I can imagine in summer it would be fantastic.

5Had a lovely family vacation. You can hear the ocean from every single room. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking proper family meals. The fireplace in the main room keeps the main room warm, the bedrooms are quite chilly (but that’s quite common for South African winter holidays, there were enough blankets). Would def go back there

Absolutely loved the house and layout, was clean, that is what we as a family always appreciate. Only sad point for a perfect spot was the parking area for a house that can sleep 10 people. We used some serious driving skills to park a Hilux bakke and Toyota Condor in the parking space allowed. Oh could do with some more coffee/tea mugs for a 10 sleeper. We will be back, loved it, good for the soul. 🙂

5This photos of this home in beautiful Misty Cliffs do not do it enough justice. The views are gorgeous and can be admired from 4 of the 5 rooms. The house is stocked with everything you would need and all instructions are super easy to follow. Although we came in winter, the house was still warm and cosy and we were still able to enjoy the outside space. Great communication with Angela throughout – she will make sure you have everything for a lovely stay!

The house itself has a well equipped kitchen, a space livingroom aera as well as an open diningroom with a fireplace and beautiful view. Most bedrooms have an outstanding view.
We enjoyed Misty Cliffs over Easter 22 with our complete family – 11 person -very much.

5This was the best AirBnb we had stayed in yet. The entertainment area at the back is a game changer… especially from the potential harsh SE summer wind. The front deck has stunning views. You will see sea otters, dolphins, seals … on and on.

5This is the most beautiful, homey and comfortable Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. My partner and I work remotely and spend between 160-200 days out of the year abroad. Never have we ever felt more at home and productive in a place as Tim’s home. The area and the beach are beautiful and so are the people in Scarborough. We look forward to coming back and want to extend a special thanks to Angela who thoughtfully manages the property and had a great set of local tipps.
5Perfectly located to overwhelm you with astonishing views… a great way to retreat from the busy city life. The rooms were spotless, spacious & comfy. An excellent outdoor braai / entertainment area with easy access to the pool to cool down and chill. All expected accessories were readily available and useful for baking, cooking and outdoor braais. Excellent value and convenience were added by the super-efficient host with amazing communication skills. A must have vacation spot on your bucket list.

5The design of the house combined with the views are entirely magical. The beach is a quick, easy walk away and the feeling of having all comforts whilst being perched on a hill a the end of the Africa is second to none.
5This house is wonderful! The view is incredible! The sound of the sea completes the scenery perfectly. You should definitely plan a day without a program, so that you can only sit on the terrace or walk on the beach. For us, the distance to Cape Town and all the other beautiful places was also perfect. Not too far and besides, each way is so beautiful from the landscape and the places that even the drive is wonderful.
