1. 4Alloggio in un’ottima posizione e pienamente corrispondente alla descrizione. La casa è ben equipaggiata e la vista dalle vetrate è impagabile! Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con alcuni elettrodomestici ma l’host si è subito attivato per risolverli. Il riscaldamento a pavimento è un plus ma è presente solo nella zona giorno, mentre la zona notte non è riscaldata dunque d’inverno è piuttosto fredda. A parte questo è stato un ottimo soggiorno.

2. 5Fantastic place for our family stay. The host was super helpful and accommodating with our last minute check in. The apartment is exactly like it reads, its in a magic location with uninterrupted views of a never ending ocean and walkable distance to V&A. Highly recommend a stay here. We will definitely be coming back.

3. 5Incredible ocean views and location! This apartment is a great place to set up camp for a few days and explore Cape Town and the surrounding areas. Our family of 3 had plenty of comfortable space to spread out and relax. The hosts are very responsive and friendly too. Highly recommend!

11. 5We loved our stay. It was close to the V&A as well as local restaurants. The views were amazing. The daily visit by a maid was an added bonus; we had the benefits of a staying in a hotel with the privacy of your own apartment!
    Other benefits included, secure parking, the views, the shared areas were also well maintained and secure.
    We highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again without question!

13. 5Our hosts were incredible. I never expected coffee, milk to be available for use. I never expected laundry to be done for us without us asking. Just an amazing view and location. A MUST place to stay!

    The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was great, and everything I needed was available. The only small note is the air conditioning. There is just one AC unit in the bedroom. During summer, having an additional AC would improve comfort. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I would happily stay here again

26. 5My friends and I enjoyed our stay. The place is so beautiful and clean. Looks even better than the pictures. And the views, woooow. It was great to wake up to the sound of thw ocean. Loved it.

27. 4The host was great and it has great ocean views. The guest shower was an annoyance throughout the stay with water seeping through the bottom and the entire bathroom floor and mat being soaking wet. The faucet in the guest bathroom for the basin was drip slow and it was not because of the other bathroom or a tap being used. It’s a pity that the issues were never resolved by the host.
    The host was very generous to allow a late checkout (13.00 noon)which was great.

34. 5The appartment was beautifully located at the beachfront. The view out of the windows and from small balcony absolutely gorgeous and we felt safe at any time.
    The flat is equipped with all amenities, such as Nespresso machine incl. pods, fridge, dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine
    Furniture and design of the appartment are definitely upmarket.
    The icing on the cake for us was the underfloor heating which made our stay warm and comfortable.
    We will definitely be back…

38. 5Our stay here was delightful!! Vuvu made us feel at home and looked after us beautifully. The apartment is clean, and beautiful with the best Seaview from every window. complimentary cleaning every day. Generous amenities, even coffee pods, olive oil and balsamic high-quality salt and pepper and really generous toiletries and more. So close to everything with a wonderful Broadwalk that goes on for miles. What an amazing space with amazing service and care!!!! I recommend it highly as real value for money. I’ll be back!

39. 5someone met us to let us in. we did have to wait a short while for them to come. place was clean however they left towels running in the washing machine. lovely view. comfy beds coffee machine and safe parking area.
    lights were a bit confusing.

40. 4Great place, wonderful location and great views. Close to V&A and other lively locations. Apartment was clean and modern, easy check in and good communication. On the main drive at SeaPoint so be prepared for some traffic noise but it’s worth it for the view.

43. 5Fabulous spot to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. We loved being able to open the kitchen/dining area to the ocean and taking a sunset walk each night. The secure off-street parking was also super convenient. Would stay again for sure.

44. 5Von An- bis Abreise hat sich NOX hervorragend um uns gekümmert. Der Check-in hat super funktioniert. Als es im Gebäude unangekündigte Sanierungsarbeiten gab, hat sich das NOX Team direkt darum gekümmert und sie wurden zeitnah eingestellt.
    Der Blick vom Balkon war großartig und zu Fuß sind viele Restaurants und die Waterkant in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.
    Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und werden wiederkommen.
    Auch beim Checkout kam uns das NOX Team bestmöglich entgegen. Vielen Dank für den großartigen Aufenthalt.

    The daily cleaning was really good & the girl was lovely.
    Slight confusion on the actual address & Atlantic View apartments which is what Nox calls it but apart from that everything was really good & would recommend.

53. 5Stunning apartment that overlooks the water. Sunsets just hit differently here. I immediately felt right at home. The interior was well decorated, the kitchen was well-equipped and it had everything I can ever want in an apartment. It was also very clean, in fact, there was a housekeeper come in everyday. This was a very nice touch. Will definitely stay again.

55. 4Great apartment and nice views to wake up to. The whole Nox team were very helpful and communicative throughout.
    Only downside was that there was perhaps less to do in Mouille point than we thought, but that’s probably our fault for not researching properly. It’s more residential, with a couple of restaurants. However, Seapoint and Camps Bay are both close by and the waterfront is also close in the other direction.

56. 4Lovely location and generally nice apartment. The housekeeper was wonderful and everything was super clean. The property manager was also great and helpful.
    Just a few maintenance issues that, if addressed, would make this place really excellent.
    The lock on the security door is ancient – old style key, one of which snapped off in the lock while using it.
    The balcony door is also very hard to open and close – gets jammed and really needs a lot of force to open/close. Needs to be replaced I think.
    An exhaust fan in the bathrooms would also help, there’s no ventilation other than the window.
    Aside from these issues it’s a great place and we really enjoyed our stay.

57. 5Fantastic stay in the mostly beautiful apartment, if I could give 6 stars I would! The view is stunning, location fantastic, decor is stylish, beds and linen super comfy. Daily servicing of the apartment was an added luxury. Communication with the rental agents at Nox was excellent and seamless. Don’t hesitate, just book!

58. 5From start to finish everything was flawless. The view and amenities was everything we had hoped for. Above and beyond! We will definitely be back!

59. 2The view was amazing and tge flat could be all round amazing too BUT would have been better if windows had been cleaner. Promenade works opposite started up early and marred the view, but not a major inconvenience. Water floods into hall way from second bathroom. Blind in second bedroom is not attached to the wall only balancing on a bracket. Water flooded out of spotlights after rain/air con was turned on. Nox solution to switch air con off and move bed away worked but not an ideal fix. Nox were very charming and seemingly helpful but in practice seemed complicit in a number of issues raised with the flat inc the theft from safe (number of occurrences in this area where small scale skimming from safes occurs- ref google it! We know there was a theft as money taken from sealed exchange envelopes). We made the best of it! The view and nicely decorated spot despite all the above softened the blow. I hope the issues are addressed so visitors can have an awesome stay.

65. 5Had a great stay at the beautifully appointed condo. Gorgeous view. Appreciated having the deck to look out over the water. Nox was easy, flexible and very pleasant to deal with. We’d definitely stay there again if we find ourselves back in Cape Town!

    The place was very clean, stylish and very homey. We had a cleaning lady come in everyday which was the great.
    The beach view was so refreshing.

71. 5We booked a short staycation to attend a concert at the stadium and thoroughly enjoyed the stay, great restaurants, awesome views, spectacular show by the dolphins in the bay and a short walk to the market.
    The apartment has everything you need, is clean, well maintained, well managed and just a wonderful spot all round!

76. 3Location of the apartment is awesome. But the apartment would need a light refurbishment windows and doors which are slamming and banging especially when it’s windy.
    Regarding NOX despite a first registration provess, they keep sending you prior to the arrival so many sms, mails asking for a second registration process asking for a 400 or 500 € deposit in the case something would be broken in the apartment or pay 35€ to avoid the deposit….quite annoying as everything shall be included in the Airbnb rental price.
    Also on the last day, we were ready to go at 10.00am as it has been asked many times. Appointment has been arrange at 10.00 to give back the keys, 30 min later nobody was there, nobodu answering the phone, I had to call to be informed that nobody could come so I could drop the keyx in the mail box. Overall a good stay but those small details are quite a pain.

77. 5This apartment on Mouille Point was fabulous! Clean, easy to find and near a selection of great restaurants. The best part was definitely watching whales, seals and dolphins from the balcony every morning!!! The Nox team were very helpful and allowed us to leave our baggage in their offices in Camps Bay before we could check in. Although this was a taxi ride away from the apartment, it did mean we could explore Camps Bay for a few hours. Thank you!

79. 5We made the right choice with this flat in Cape Town. The sea view was absolutely stunning, and the layout and amenities were practical for our one-week stay. There are several good restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the easy walk to the V&A Waterfront, which was convenient. While the location on a busy road was at times a bit loud, it wasn’t a problem for sleeping as the bedrooms face the mountain side. The area feels safe, also in the evening. All staff were very helpful. I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape Town.

    O apartamento é muito confortável e a vista exuberante. Fomos recebidos muito bem pela equipe Nox e recebemos todo apoio da equipe Nox durante a estadia.
    Os quartos possuem ar condicionado e a cozinha é toda equipada, também possui lavadora e secadora.
    É um excelente custo-benefício em Cape Town.

82. 5Fantastic apartment with the most stunning views and everything you could need (we were there for a week). Very safe and easy walk to the V&A Waterfront and also has some great bars and restaurants on your doorstep. There is a little bit of noise from the road and a bit of construction talking place down on the shore but the bedrooms are very quiet and we slept very well. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

85. 5We had a great stay at this apartment. The views are incredible! Beds very comfortable. Having the cleaner come in each day was great, she even washed some of our clothes which we had left in the basket for taking home! Such a great location, close to so many bars and restaurants. Would 100% stay here agin!

88. 5First and foremost the apartment was better than the pictures and description of which you get a full grasp of the true meaning of ‘uninterrupted ocean views’. Our host very responsive to answer all questions I had before arrival, and went above and bring to ensure we were set up with back up with wifi after the network at the property went down.
    The daily cleaning service (which is included in the price) ensured we fell in love again with the place everytime we came back from the day’s activities. From the furniture to the fittings, the clean linen and rooms, all have you planning your next trip to Cape Town before you even leave!

92. 5The apartment was amazing in a great location. The two bedroom two bathroom accommodation was more fantastic for our family stay to Cape Town. With secure access and parking we always felt secure and comfortable. Fast wifi, DSTV and regular house cleaning the apartment was great.

95. 5We were a family of 4 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment .
    It has fabulous views of the ocean.
    The only three problems we encountered were:
    1. The person handing over the keys and checking us in whose motto was ‘’communication is key ‘’ failed to live up to his motto by not giving us the apartment number in advance despite various requests on our part. . Upon arrival at the apartment , our taxi driver had to telephone him to inform him of our arrival. The attitude at check in was a bit patronising.
    2. The toilet seat in one of the toilets was missing. The check in person omitted to inform us this . It was fixed the following day.
    3. Check out time is 10.00 am . The cleaner turned up at 9.00 am to clean the apartment. I do not think it is professional to arrive earlier.
    Apart from the above , the apartment worked very well for us and we enjoyed the space , dimensions and scenery.

102. 5A great stay from beginning to end. We were accommodated for an early and easy check-in with super helpful Peter. The apartment is bright, spacious, clean, secure and has exceptional views over Table Bay. It is also well situated – in walking distance to the stadium, parks, the Promenade and the Waterfront. The unit is stylishly decorated and has everything one needs. 2 details which made a difference to me are that it has extras of all cutlery, glasses and crockery; and it also has a secure allocated basement parking bay. Highly recommended!

The host/agent (NOX) we’re extremely friendly & helpful…we were very grateful for the extra goodies that came with the package we ordered for our stay. 10/10 experience and will definitely recommend and use your services again!
