5I am a former Capetonian who came back to visit. This was a terrific location in Mouille Point which has become very exclusive over the years. The flat has beautiful mountain views and is close to local brunch spots. You will be able to walk to the waterfront. The flat was extremely clean and well equipped. Just be aware there may be loud events at the Green Point park etc but during our stay it was quiet and peaceful on all but one evening. This location is going to be MUCH quieter than Sea Point. Host was very responsive and the building was perfect for us. I would definitely stay here again.

5The location is very safe, and the building is quiet, with a peaceful surrounding area that’s perfect for families. Right in front of the apartment, there’s a beautiful promenade along the sea with a stunning view of Table Mountain. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking essentials, and the furniture is stylish and well-coordinated — I truly felt at home. The building’s safety and tranquility made the stay even more enjoyable.

5A great apartment, well laid out for a family together, plenty bathrooms, and lovely verandah with outdoor gas braai. Lovely access to the Mouille Point Promenade, the Oranjezicht Market, the Waterfront and the stadium. Love the local restaurants especially The Deck, Sotanas, The Grand Africa and Lily’s. Great to have underground parking, but only small cars can fit. A well maintained and secure block with a lift.
5Great place. We were concerned about not having sea view, but the place has a large terrace and a great view of the Lion’s Head and Table Mountain.
Host was very responsive and helpful with holding our luggage and bringing it until the place was free to enter.
