1. 5I would recommend Nox to anyone interested in staying in the Cape Town area. There level of professionalism and service is true hospitality. As a hotel manager I cannot stop complimenting the 5 star service they provide. I will only use Nox for my future travels to the Cape

2. 3Check-in was smooth, first impressions excellent, and Nox as a company is a pleasure to deal with. The apartment is beautifully presented, and the location is simply outstanding. Two fixable issues, however, prevented a flawless stay. The bedroom blinds let in significant light — a proper set of curtains would solve the problem instantly and complement an otherwise stylish space. More disruptively, what appears to be the Radisson Hotel’s HVAC system generates constant noise through both bedroom walls, loud enough to affect sleep on all four nights. Double glazing on the two-bedroom windows would fix the noise completely. Everything else was genuinely brilliant. We would not return unless these issues are resolved — which is frustrating, because if they are fixed, this becomes our Cape Town base of choice, every single visit without question

8. 3The apartment itself looks exactly like the photos, if not slightly bigger. The interior is beautiful and the facilities were generally as described, with no major physical issues.
   However, communication and service were a big problem.
   1) The WhatsA contact is AI-automated and was not helpful at all when assistance was needed.
   2) The main toilet also makes a very loud noise when flushing. I informed the host, but no one came to fix or check it before checkout.
   3) Although the building is described as being in a safe area and like a 3-star hotel, there are no on-site staff or security. There is also no luggage storage available in the building.
   I am still looking into it, but some cash left inside the safe appears to be missing. For that reason, I would recommend guests take extra precautions with their valuables and use their own security methods.
   Overall, the apartment itself is nice, but if you expect service or support, this may not be the right place.

    Foram super atenciosos e respondiam rápido! Nos ajudaram com o berço para minha bebê!
    E a arrumação diária foi ótima!
    A único ponto negativo é que um dos banheiros não tem chuveiro, somente banheira, e o outro tem um chuveiro ruim em cima da banheira. Então a experiência do banho não foi mto boa!

17. 5We were pleasantly surprised with the Airbnb, as upon arrival it was much bigger and cosier in person-unlike others. It was a lovely stay, located in a peaceful spot and the hosts were responsive, flexible and very helpful. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer! Highly recommend this spot to all other guests.

18. 5The apartment is lovely, exactly as described, so would definitely book again.
    With the spacious living area, it’s great to spend time together if you don’t want to be out and about for every meal. Yet, its also walkable distance to all the best spots.
    Worth noting:
    – There isn’t a freestanding shower, so this limits accessibility for some guests.
    – Someone is sent to clean daily, so use the safe for everyone’s benefit.

19. 5We loved our stay at the spacious Majolica apartment.
    Extremely convenient location for many attractions in CT. Beautiful scenery all along the oceanfront. Wonderful restaurants nearby.

    The Nox team were also fantastic. Responded immediately whenever we had questions or needs.
    Highly recommended.

    The accommodation is more than what it looks like on the pictures and the NOX team put in a bit extra with ‘small things’ that mattered the most, for convenience purposes.

27. 5O imóvel correspondia exatamente com as fotos e descrição, excelente localização (tranquilo, sem barulho e bem perto de V&A Waterfront – dá pra ir a pé). As respostas sobre qualquer indagação eram quase que instantâneas, o Check-in foi fácil, o anfitrião nos recebeu no horário agendado, deu dicas sobre a cidade. Enviam uma funcionária para limpar o apartamento todos os dias, com troca das roupas de cama e toalhas dia sim, dia não (excelente). Os pontos negativos que encontramos foram a falta de utensílios na cozinha, por exemplo, havia apenas uma panela pequena, e como cozinhávamos à noite, isso atrapalhou um pouco; as persianas dos quartos são brancas, então o quarto fica um pouco claro pela manhã; e o banheiro que fica no quarto não tem chuveiro, apenas uma grande banheira com um chuveirinho, tomar banho ali é difícil, então, usávamos todos o outro banheiro. Não deixaria de voltar por isso. Gostamos muito!

30. 5This space matched the listing and was a wonderful space. It was well appointed and very clean. The NOX host was very friendly and even gave us welcome bag upon arrival. The location was great as it is close to the waterfront but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. The housekeeper was pleasant as was the front desk attendant. Would definitely recommend.

35. 5We enjoyed our staying at your premises very much. It’s a very modern and clean apartment in a prima location, close to the V and A Waterfront and Sea Point Promenade. Next to the Radisson Blue Hotel to enjoy, breakfast, sundowners, or massages. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has all the modern equipment needed to enjoy our time in Cape Town.
    We enjoyed being in the city and close to some of the best that Cape Town has to offer. Big thanks to the Nox team, security, and cleaning staff. You were always available to help. Will definitely stay with you again.

37. 5We had a wonderful stay at Majolica. The place was even better than it looked on the pictures.
    It was extremely spacious and clean. The location was super convenient right by the promenade and V&A as well as super safe. Mike the door man was incredibly sweet and helpful.
    There was a wonderful cleaning lady (Busi) that came every day and helped cleaning and was super sweet with our kids. Overall highly recommend the location and hosts!

47. 5We 4 had an excellent 6 nights stay in this apartment. It has lots of space and the kitchen was amazing.
    Best was the very friendly cleaning lady that came by every day.
    Although being very close to the water you have no view. Groceries store is a 15 minutes walk away in the V & A Waterfront, all safe area.
    We would certainly go back to the Majolica!
