5Quite simply, this is the best apartment I have ever stayed in. The location in Mouille Point is superb, with cafés, coffee shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance. The views are spectacular. There is literally nothing between you and the ocean. Opening the windows and watching people walking, jogging and cycling along the promenade below, with the sea right on your doorstep, was a highlight. The apartment has everything. And I mean everything! A side note: the oven is also the microwave, which took me a moment to work out! A huge plus is that the apartment is serviced daily. The king-size bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious with a bath and a good-sized shower with excellent pressure. I genuinely couldn’t fault our stay. Honestly, if you’re reading this, the apartment is available and you’re wondering whether to book it…just book it! You won’t regret it.

5Otherwise the place was amazing and I will stick with 5 ⭐️ reviews for it. A few softer pillows may also help those with sore necks also. But overall the place felt very safe and we loved our stay there.
4Lovely stay and we’d definitely do it again given the spaciousness, beautiful decor, amenities & location. There are however opportunities for improvement that would’ve turned this from a good stay to a great one that will be communicated to the host for future consideration.
4Stayed as a couple for one week – and it was already our second time here, which probably says everything.
The apartment is very clean, beautifully maintained, and offers absolutely stunning views. We spotted dolphins every morning from the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, nothing was missing. Communication was smooth and easy throughout, and the location is very good and convenient.
Two small things to note: if you are a light sleeper, consider bringing eye shades as the room doesn’t get completely dark. Also, there is no air conditioning, only a fan, so it can get quite warm on hotter days.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back again.
5This was my second stay with Nox and at the same property. I have zero regrets.
The booking was last minute but my host was so responsive and so accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed and my check in was seamless.
Someone met me at check in, at 9pm mins you and this was truly amazing.
The place was pristine and spotless and very secure.
I would recommend Nox and any of their properties if you a looking for top notch premier experience.

4The apartment has a magnificent window to watch the world go by and look at the lovely view . It was beautifully decorated and well maintained . We felt very comfortable and safe in the apartment. Good area to reach the city attractions . I would stay here again.
2The place itself was clean and in a good location, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. If you need any assistance or have any questions, as my wife and I did, don’t expect much help. We reached out several times about issues during our stay and were repeatedly told someone would get back to us — but no one ever did.
What really made us uncomfortable, however, was discovering an audio monitoring device in the unit that was never disclosed. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher level of service, transparency, and professionalism. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and not worth the cost.

5So many positive things to say. But the front door lock does not work and the bedroom ceiling fan does not work. These things should be fixed promptly but tub and shower washer and dryer great view great location

The neighborhood was lovely and safe and highly walkable. The property managers were communicative and responsive and flexible when we checked in a little later than expected. 5This place is absolutely stunning. The decor is well thought out and modern. Beautiful use of the space even . On top of the stunning decor, the views are also breathtaking on both sides, on the one side it’s the ocean and the other the mountains. We were here for a short stay but this is a gem that would serve well for a relatively long stay with all amenities you could possibly need . Perfectly situated such that you have easy access to popular spots.
5Wow! This is possibly the most stunning place we have ever stayed. The apartment has been done up with such taste and style and there is no detail missing, it is absolutely stunning ? with the views just being breathe taking ? the photos of the property look incredibly but being there in person, it’s even better (as if that was even possible!)
The apartment had everything we needed and more, it was cleaned daily by Charity the cleaner who was so welcoming and friendly and did such a great job ?
We felt completely safe at all times, there was security on the property and a garage to park the car in behind a locked gate.
The location was absolutely perfect, walking distance to V&A which has lots to do. All in all an amazing trip and one we will remember for a lifetime. We would love to go back in a heartbeat ? and couldn’t recommend enough!!

We had been told there would be some construction noise and it was pretty loud for a few afternoons.
I think the apartment shouldn’t be rented again until the construction is finished.
5Absolutely stunning flat, the interiors were so beautiful and perfectly selected – everything you could need for your stay in central Cape Town. The location was ideal for us between V&A and Sea Point with easy access to Green Point and Breë St.
We would absolutely love to come back, very much recommend to those looking to explore central Cape Town.

5the place was incredibly well furnished and had very nice amenities. the led lighting at nighttime was super nice! waking up and raising the blinds from bed to the sunshine was super nice as well. lastly, they had a protected parking spot, which was really nice as I had a rental car

We had some noise from construction works, but fortunately works were paused during the weekend. We would have appreciated prior notice, but in the end tje nuisance was minimal.

The The Nox Staff was super friendly and helpful as well. Just know, that the communication is with a company and not an individual host. So you don’t have a specific contact person.

The apartment is beautifully and comfortably furnished, and maintained in excellent condition, providing the perfect home-base for our weeklong stay in Cape Town. The daily housekeeping provided is a much appreciated bonus. We look forward to staying here again when we return to Cape Town.

5This apartment is even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures! We truly loved staying here. It is at a great location, walking distance to Oranjzicht farmers market.
My one complaint is the host company’s messaging systems. It is unclear when you are communicating with a chat bot vs when talking to a human. This can be very frustrating
It’s also worth noting that as of late August 2024 the photos don’t show fairly substantial construction that is taking place across the road, and though it restricts the view a little bit, it did not bother us too much

5This was the nicest Airbnb experience we have ever had. The apartment is like a high end hotel, only better because it has a nice kitchen, washer/dryer, wine fridge, etc. the place gets cleaned every weekday. The view of the ocean is stunning. We watched surfers for hours. Love this place!

4Nox was incredibly responsive and helpful when minor issues arised. They were very professional and relatively quick to respond, and helped us find solutions to the issues. The unit is incredibly beautiful, with direct views of the ocean. We stayed during a bad storm and the minor issues were some water leakage into the condo, however again as previously mentioned Nox helped us resolve this to the best of their ability. We would definitely stay here again

5Place is absolutely fantastic. Stayed at this apartment twice and will probably book it again when in CPT. The picture windows give you uninterrupted views of the ocean. It’s also on the more quiet side away from the hustle of sea point but very close to excellent restaurants, coffee spots and is a 10 minute walk to the V/A Waterfront.
5This is a lovely apartment in a perfect setting with a super interior layout. The bed was comfortable and there are stunning direct sea views from the living area and bedroom, and views of the golf course and stadium from the back of the apartment. There is also a convenient desk and office space.

5The townhouse was outstanding, with endless views of the ocean. The furnishing and decor were on pare with a designer showcase. Everday, they had a cleaning person, make the place spotless again. This is by far the best airbnb we have ever stayed out. We will defintely be back.

We had everything we needed for preparing a nice meal overlooking the water. We were also very close to the V and A Wharf with many great choices for restaurants, activities and shopping. A wonderful place to get to know Cape Town.

5Het appartement is zeer stijlvol ingericht met alle comfort. Het zicht op de oceaan is prachtig. Het is een heerlijk rustige plek op 15 tot 30 min rijden van alle bezienswaardigheden in Kaapstad.
Een extra plus was de garage waar we de auto konden parkeren.
De interactie met de beheerder Nox was perfect. Dagelijks kwam er ook iemand poetsen. Alles super top!

The pictures don’t do this place justice it’s a beautiful apartment , we arrived to a welcome pack and flowers (such a lovely touch) our host Peter was very helpful and responded quickly whenever we had questions . Our house keeper charity was also brilliant she kept the place clean it was hotel treatment ! The location of the flat is fantastic and central , easy access to VA

5A great place to stay. The location is excellent, the place is exactly as the photos depict – a truly beautifully appointed apartment. All the finishes and amenities are premium, and you can see that it was decorated by someone who cares. There was load-shedding every night that I stayed there but the apartment has adequate backup and apart from the lifts which obviously do not work, you don’t even notice it. I’ll be back!
