2. 5What a beautiful flat, and for the first time ever, much bigger than the photos. It is stunningly decorated and has so many lovely features. A cleaver came each day so it really had a hotel feel. The location is great and felt very safe, and that view really is spectacular. We really hope we can come and stay again.

Only thing is your baking from the afternoon summer sun due to the the window and ceiling design when sitting at the table so we had to close all the blindes . But if your on holiday it’s absolutely perfect ?
   Will definitely be back . 🙂

5. 5From the moment I arrived, the apartment felt like home. It was cozy, neat, and very comfortable, just as described. The space was calm and welcoming, and the beautiful views made the stay even more enjoyable. I truly loved my time here and honestly didn’t feel like leaving. Communication was smooth, and the hosts were very responsive and kind throughout my stay. And the housekeeping lady was so nice and polite. I had such a lovely experience and would happily recommend this apartment.☺️

12. 4Great location close to the ocean. Apartment is also as the pictures provide. Worth the price in value.
    However the ongoing construction makes the current experience less than desirable. This was communicated which is appreciated but just take note that there is a lot of construction internally and externally which takes away from the relaxation. Hopefully when it’s done the apartment can finally return to its original charm.

14. 4We have always loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. It’s wonderfully positioned and beautifully decorated.

15. 5Had a wonderful stay at this apartment on Sea Point! The space was really beautiful and we were very comfortable during our stay. No issues with water, electricity, or AC temperature, so everything was perfect. The space comes with daily housekeeping too, which was unexpected but very pleasant.
    Washer dryer are in unit, and are fairly easy to use. No detergent was provided though so I bought a bottle (and left it for future guests!)
    There were a couple of quirks about the place. Specifically the tub is difficult to use, the only temperature of the water is boiling, so it literally took 6 hours for the water cool down to use. There’s also a football field behind the place, so there was some outside noise later into the evening some days.
    Easily accessible to a lot of restaurants, the V&A waterfront, and the Oranjezicht market, so it was very well positioned! We had a lovely time.

18. 5Another wonder stay in this beautiful apartment! I absolutely love staying here when I’m in Cape Town. I’m always disappointed when it isn’t available. The view takes your breath away. The apartment has everything you need and more but without clutter. No need for a car, you can get everywhere on foot. Thank you Nox for another wonderful stay.

19. 5Absolutely stunning apartment. Views to die for. Comfy bed. Great hosts. Parking spot was a plus! Easy check in and checkout. Heat and a/c in both the bedroom and living room. Great to communicate with and we can’t wait to book next year!

20. 4I absolutely loved the unit it’s beautiful with both views of the mountains and the ocean.
    The kitchen is well equipped and bed linen crisp and clean I would recommend new preper pillows the ones you have are hard.
    I was really disappointed that they are busy with construction at the building as this was my yearly getaway weekend and I wanted to rest and recharge but found it almost impossible with the drilling and hammering all day long.
    There was a few maintenance problems that I understand is normal when renting out a place and all was attended to ASAP.

22. 5Absolutely loved my stay! The location in Cape Town was perfect, central to everything and just a short walk to the Promenade, where I enjoyed morning runs in a safe and scenic setting. The place itself was beautiful, well-kept, and had the most incredible views, especially at sunset. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a peaceful yet convenient base in the city.

23. 5This apartment is an ideal place of both worlds – majestic Lion’s head view at the back and magnificent sea view at the front. The place looks exactly like those shown on the listing…very beautifully decorated, spacious and lots of natural light. Nox Team was very responsive to all my requests and questions prior to and during our stay. Our stay was perfect! I would definitely stay here again.

26. 4I will share both the good and the bad. The place was very beautifully decorated, amazing views, in a great neighbourhood with everything you need, and very convenient for walking to V&A waterfront. Unfortunately our stay was a bit spoiled by the construction. They did warn us about the potential impact to our stay, but it was very last minute warning, which would’ve made it very hard to find a good replacement in time. The construction wasn’t mild, it was very loud drilling, right into the wall next to the Airbnb during daytime hours and unfortunately on our second day they even burst a pipe which set the water down in the entire building for half a day. This is not the hosts fault, however we feel that there should have been a discount on the stay given the noise and inconvenience of losing the water, and also that we should have been given more advance notice and clarification of the severity of the construction impact.

27. 4Great apartment nice location and central to the stadium. Well appointed and very comfortable. A little hot in the afternoon with the late sun, maybe some heavier blinds but a great location. I found however that the Nox process was cumbersome. Too many messages and very impersonal also using their own platform to communicate rather than Airbnb which was a fist for me. The gps location was wrong and the host did not respond when I messaged them about it on the Airbnb platform. I had to call the Nox call centre. Even they had the apartment name but not the building name. It was a taint on an otherwise good experience. Nox sends way too many messages bordering on spam to the point where you ignore it. Crisp communication is not their strong suit and it’s very impersonal. It’s a first for me when the hosts are just there to hand over the keys and have very little value to add. Apartment great , Nox was however not.

31. 5Great location with incredible views. If you’re a runner, it’s great to step outside and be able to run along the Sea Pointe Promenade. The bed was amazing as was the shower. A great spot for our first time in Cape Town. We were only given one pair of keys but the checkout instructions made it seem like there could’ve been a second pair which would’ve been helpful. We were also told the wrong instructions on which keys to use where but we figured it out quickly.

34. 4The accommodation was beautiful, safe and clean (except the dish washer still contained used dishes from the previous guest when we checked in – which didn’t trouble us too much). It has everything you need for a longer stay (kitchen equipment, TV). The location is great. It’s a walkable distance to the Oranjezicht Market/V&A Waterfront and a quick Uber ride from all the sights.
    The hosts is very fast and proactive in the communication making sure we had everything we need.
    One reason for not a perfect rating. The front door itself has 2 locks. However, the key for one lock was not provided and the second lock was not working properly. Both aspects were quickly acknowledged by the host during the check in. He said we would check the locks and send a locksmith, who didn’t come during our stay. As a result, we had to rely on the gate in front of our front door for safety.
    However, all in all, a pleasant stay!

35. 5This airbnb had everything we needed. Beautiful oceanfront views from the windows inside, laundry was a huge plus as well as the kitchen. Building was secure, staff was friendly.

39. 5I recently had the pleasure of staying here and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. Although not directly on the water, this Airbnb offered an exceptional stay with its own unique charm and great views !
    From the moment I arrived, it was clear that great care had been taken in preparing the property. The home was well cleaned, well-organized, and thoughtfully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail was evident in every room, from the cozy living area to the comfortable bedroom! My favorite being the bathtub ?
    The location was a pleasant surprise. Set in a serene neighborhood, it provided a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to local attractions and amenities. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided useful recommendations for nearby dining and entertainment, which made exploring the area a breeze.
    I will be returning to Cape Town and this will be a place to return ?

Nox was great with communication regarding check-in, local tips and any questions we had. Wished we could have stayed longer. Thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful sunsets in the evening. 46. 5Honestly, this is the best air bnb that we have ever stayed in. I really think that the photos do not do it justice. The location was perfect and peaceful. Victor checked us in, and gave us all the instructions needed. The apartment is tastefully decorated and spacious. The 180 degrees view of the sea and mountains is unreal. We arrived in the evening and caught the beautiful sunset. The kitchen is stocked with lots of equipment and bits for cooking and baking. The bedroom is so spacious; loved the floor length mirror; the bed and pillows- extremely comfortable. Also love the bathroom and bath tub area. The bathroom has a motion sensor for floor lights which was handy at night. We also used the washer and dryer for laundry!
    We felt quite secure with the fob for entry, the security guard and the security door at the entrance of the apartment. My only advice would be a more detailed tutorial of how to lock the door. Otherwise, it was the perfect stay! We’ll definitely be back!

52. 5Die Unterkunft war luxuriös ausgestattet, sehr sauber mit sehr bequemen Betten und einer tollen Aussicht. Die Gegend ist sehr sicher, so dass man problemlos spazieren gehen kann. Die Waterfront mit tollen Lokalen ist 15 min entfernt, aber auch in der Nähe gibt es nette Restaurants und Cafés. Stellplatz für das Auto ist innerhalb der Wohnanlage. Einen Balkon hat es nicht dafür kann die Fensterfront zum Wasser hin komplett geöffnet werden.
    Das Apartment wird täglich gereinigt und die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern verlief reibungslos.
    Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Besuch wieder dieses Apartment buchen!

54. 5I know Cape Town, so knew more or less exactly where this flat was. And it matched my expectations in both location and interior. It has to be the most comfortable and well-equipped Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Victor from Nox was a good host too. I enjoyed meeting him. Overall, a wonderful flat. My stay was too short!

55. 5This apartment is out of this world. Gorgeous views of the ocean and the mountains. Loved everything about my stay. The space is clean and aesthetically pleasing, the interior was absolutely stunning. The views are some of the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen. My stay was so lovely.

56. 5This was our second booking with Nox in that appartement. We loved it just as much as the first time! The place is immaculate, cozy, well located and furnished. The services were impeccable. We were informed in advance that there would be noise because of renovations taking place upstairs, which is appreciated and transparent.

57. 5The unit is very well situated with beautiful views of the ocean, Lions Head and Greenpoint Golf Course in the foreground. It is a beautiful and spacious apartment that was very clean and stocked with all the necessary amenities.
    The agent is organised and punctual.
    However, our stay was marred by the fact that there was no water in the building. The agent did communicate with us regarding this issue and did try to alleviate the issue by dropping off some bottled water, but we were unable to cook, clean dishes, wash clothes, or even take a shower. The water issue persisted for the entire duration of our stay.
    Whilst we are aware that the water issue was not the fault of the owner or the agent, when the water did eventually return, we asked if we could extend our check out time by a mere hour or two in order to shower and prepare for our departure, which was abruptly declined, with clearly no regard to the difficult situation the lack of water had put us in.

58. 3Die Unterkunft ist eigentlich wunderschön und sauber. Leider gab es dennoch Dinge die unseren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt haben:
    – täglich kommt eine Reinigungskraft in die Wohnung. Dies wollte wir gerne abbestellen, da wir uns unwohl damit fühlten eine fremde Person unsere Sachen aufräumen zu lassen. Außerdem kam sie immer um 10 Uhr morgens, weshalb wir gestresst davon waren die Wohnung dann verlassen zu müssen. Unsere Anfrage wurde dahingehend aber einfach ignoriert.
    – es waren sehr laute Bauarbeiten im Haus. Die einen Aufenthalt tagsüber unmöglich machten. Wir meldeten dies und bekamen nach einer verspäteten Antwort 50 € Entschädigung für einen 5 Tägigen Aufenthalt
    – Die Wegbeschreibung in der App ist fehlerhaft, sodass wir beim Check In lange das richtige Haus suchten
    – leider haben wir ein teures und wichtiges Medizinisches Gerät in der Wohnung vergessen und den Gastgeber gebeten uns dies zuzuschicken. Wir wurden ignoriert.
    Schöne Wohnung, aber zu viele Unangenehmlichkeiten

62. 4The place is spectacular – stunningly appointed for guests and at the same time charmingly intimate. The sea view is good. The kitchen appliances and TVs (there are 2!) are superb, and the magic bathroom light was a delightful surprise. We are most grateful to our hosts for sharing such an outstanding place. We would love to stay there again, perhaps for longer next time. Will give it 5 stars once they work the kinks out of their admin, which was poorly coordinated between the international and local managing agent teams (yes, teams, not a single point of contact) and resulted in a *lot* of unnecessary and often conflicting messages from the multitude of contacts. For instance, if you book through Airbnb, you don’t have to pay a security deposit – but the system pushed me for one anyway. The check-in and checkout processes had issues with over-eager/layers of comms. Other than the over-the-top admin, we absolutely loved the place and would recommend it heartily.

68. 5This place is an absolute gem! Beautifully renovated with high end fittings and appliances and everything you could possibly need. Right on the beachfront with great sea views. Incredibly comfortable and well appointed. I could have spent the whole weekend in that crispy linen and comfy bed but I also cooked up a storm in the kitchen and went out and about in the city – you can walk anywhere from this location pretty much. The hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly and helpful. One of my best airbnb experiences and I have done loads of them over more than a decade! And a bonus to have a parking bay inside the complex. First class.

69. 4My wife and I loved our stay at this apartment and we would certainly return for another visit. Thank you to the Nox crew for setting everything up so beautifully.
    We faced a bump in the road when our key broke during our visit. It took longer than we would have hoped to resolve this, especially since the apartment has one entrance and one set of keys. The team did manage to help us eventually, and we are grateful for that. I’m hoping a better contingency can be made for future guests.

Easy walk to V and A waterfront. Would highly recommend this place for a couple. Felt very safe with security and easy to get to.

The host, Marco, was responsive whenever we called and was very willing to help us with anything during our stay. We highly recommend and this would be our first choice if we decide to return to the area to vacation.

    Very clean and modern with beautiful details.
    The only thing to point out: It’s definitely a couple’s or single flat as there are no doors.
    I was travelling with a friend and if you like some alone time, you still hear the other person when they are in the living room and you in the bedroom.

The location was also perfect close to shops and restuarants. The only downside was the back up power which did not work and makes a noise when the power was out.
