5A lovely flat in a great location. Esta Marita communicated clearly and acted very quickly when we had a small problem with the flat (a drain was slightly blocked). I would happily stay again.

4Overall the apartment was wonderful for our stay. The renter does require you to sign an additional terms and condition sheet outside of Airbnb so be warned and do read the additional details sections regarding rules. In the fine print you’ll find an additional fee for check ins after 6p.
5Wat een geweldig appartement! Het uitzicht is fantastisch. Je kunt uren blijven kijken naar de zee , de vele hardlopers in de ochtend, de spelende dolfijnen, de maan.
We waren er met ons dochtertje van 4 jaar, maar de ramen kunnen op veilige afstand een stukje open gezet worden waardoor het altijd veilig is.
Zeer attent en een warm welkom dat er iets lekkers staat als je aankomt.
We hebben echt enorm genoten hier!!
5Mein Bruder und ich hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Allein die Aussicht auf die Promenade und das rege Leben dort am Morgen war jeden Cent wert. Wir hatten jeder unser Zimmer und das Wohnzimmer mit dieser wunderschönen Küche war ein Traum. Immer gerne wieder!

5The views and position of the apartment couldn’t be better. You can hear the ocean as you open the windows and the lounge, kitchen, dining area and working space all look out into the ocean. Everything that I needed in a kitchen was there and there was a great supply of clean materials, soaps, clothes etc. It was literally a home from home. I’ll be back ?
5I absolutely loved this place, I honestly didn’t want to leave! The ocean view was breathtaking, and I spent so many peaceful moments enjoying my morning coffee whilst gazing out the window seeing seals, and even dolphins. The home was beautifully appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a special retreat. Great location!

I sometimes wonder whether people exaggerate their praise for a place but this was a really lovely location and the apartment and views of the ocean were such a distraction they almost prevented me from going anywhere. The support team was always on hand and highly responsive. I plan to return, soon and very soon!

5We had such a wonderful stay! The view of the ocean was absolutely incredible, and the sunsets were breathtaking. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, and the check-in process was smooth and easy.
One detail I really appreciated was the thoughtful touches for families — there were books (including children’s books, which I used for my child’s bedtime routine), baby spoons, and even the option to rent a travel cot and high chair. That made our stay extra comfortable.
The hosts were very responsive and even approved a late checkout, which we really appreciated. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would happily return. Thank you!

5What a fantastic place. The views are breathtaking and the flat was spotless. The weather was not so great during our trip but even then, the flat with its comfortable couches and reading nook was perfect for just staying in. Esta-Marita and her team has thought of everything one can possibly need. The team was very responsive and even made (an excellent) recommendation for a whale watching boat trip. We will definitely return.

4This is a great location and the view was unreal! Such wonderful sunrises and sunsets.
We did have some complications as the beds were split upon arrival although this was specifically requested. And there was leaking through numerous windows due to heavy rain one day. They were quick to respond to both and offer compensation.
Overall, a really reasonable price and a wonderful view!

5I couldn’t have asked for a better location, it was conveniently close to safe walking areas, shops, a beautiful park & restaurants yet was in a relatively quiet road. The apartment is beautifully appointed with absolutely everything you need, especially in the kitchen. It’s light & airy with stunning views. You feel secure & totally at ease there. Very obliging staff, in all, everything to recommend it.

We had the most peaceful, pleasant stay at Villa Marina with days spent walking the promenade, then coming back to the apartment to relax while enjoying the incredible ocean views. 5Our family had a lovely stay at Esta-Marita’s gorgeous apartment, directly facing the ocean. The apartment is incredibly conveniently located for the weekend market, for events at the stadium, and for exploring the Waterfront area of Cape Town. The building staff were extremely responsive and helpful, letting us into the parking garage, explaining the kes and apartment amenities to us. The apartment was glorious — panoramic views of both sunrise and sunset over the ocean!! The kitchen is vast, allowing us to cook meals as a family. There are also a lot of local restaurants and cafés in the neighborhood; but cooking at home is always nice for a family. Everything worked perfectly in the apartment. We are so grateful for such a lovely, gorgeous place to base our family in, as we explored Cape Town! THANK YOU so much, Esta-Marita!
5Great place, amazing atmosphere and a very safe location. The sunsets are to die for! Small detail to keep in mind — the unit doesn’t have A/C. Although, there’s plenty of fans inside and it’s well ventilated.
5It felt like home, the view is incredibly amazing.. the sound of the ocean in the morning made me feel very cosy, staff was very very friendly and helpful.. its very close to waterfront , we woke up and went for a walk by the beach… i would 100% recommend it

5We have had one of our best stays ever we really like it. Everything was fantastic communication, cleanness ands the place of the apartments.
4This is a beautiful condo with a stunning location right on the ocean. We enjoyed the sounds and sight of the waves, and at night, using our binoculars to watch the moon and planets. Beds were very comfortable. The Butcher Shoppe Grille within walking distance was a great dinner choice. The host and her on site managers were very helpful and flexible with our check in and late check out. The only reason this is not an overall 5 star rating is that there is no air conditioning in the unit and it was uncomfortably warm during our stay. When the windows are open, it is comfortable, but then you get street noise from below and when the Capetown winds are blowing 35-38 miles an hour (every day) it can literally knock things over in the bedroom, so we had to sleep with windows closed.

5We love staying at this beautiful apartment. Charmingly decorated and comfortably appointed- it feels like it’s got everything you need for a comfortable stay (even a yoga mat in the cupboard). Mouille Point is a lovely spot to stay, with instant access to the promenade, a 10 minute walk to Green Point Park, and lots of lovely restaurants and delis in walking distance.

5We absolutely loved Esta’s place. The views were absolutely incredible. We enjoyed the magnificent sunrise and sunset views from the apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed, in a very safe and beautiful neighbourhood.
We appreciated that they stocked the apartment with welcoming treats and were very responsive in communicating with us. They were also very accommodating with our early check in and late check out.
We loved that we were so centrally located, minutes from the waterfront and the beautiful Oranjezicht city farmers market, Table Mountain other beautiful areas. We enjoyed the early morning walks on the promenade and in Greenpoint park (behind the apartment). Would highly recommend her place.

5This is a beautiful, generous space with magnificent views, and so wonderful to be able to just walk out onto the promenade, to restaurants and Newport Deli, and to the Waterfront. It’s really well-equipped for loadshedding, with a gas stove and stovetop kettle, as well as a backup battery system to keep things running. The team, especially Banco and Elijah, are so friendly and quick to help. We really enjoyed our stay.

4We spent one week in the apartment and had a great time. Unfortunately we didn’t have hot water in the beginning but Banco reacted immediately and a plumber stopped by. It was actually a major piping issue, could have happened to anyone. The location was just a 10 minutes walk to the waterfront and we really loved the view of the ocean!! Nice restaurants just at the doorstep and the apartment is equipped with everything you need. Would definitely stay here again!
5Banco welcomed me warmly and was so helpful. He even helped me with my bags up the four flights of stairs during load shedding.
The apartment is spacious, exceptionally clean, and has spectacular views of the ocean. The kitchen has everything that is needed for cooking. There is secure parking in the basement, which is a big plus for peace of mind. It’s in a perfect location in Mouille Point where there are many restaurants within walking distance, as well as the beach promenade right across the street.
My friend and I loved staying at this colourful and cozy home. It’s a place that I’ll book again for my future Cape Town trips.

4It was a beautiful location by the beach and a walking distance to the V&A Waterfront. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. We spent hours watching sea waves in a peaceful environment.

Immediately felt at home and comfortable. Our host, Hezron’s, welcoming, warm , wide African smile was the start of a 7 day magical visit to Cape Town.
The panoramic views were stunning. The location, comfort and coziness of the apartment allowed us to retreat at any time to our “home”.
Wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and Deli outlets all within walking distance.
Felt very secure. The basement parking is a secure arrangement.
Load shedding is a reality in SA. Generally it was limited to 2 hours a day. Although Hezron provided us with updates on scheduled daily load shedding this was not always 100% accurate. No fault of the host, of course, as it is completely beyond their control.
For this reason be aware of the risk of being caught in the elevator when load-shedding strikes. May be best to use the stairs.
Overall this has been THE BEST Airbnb experience we have ever had.

5Beautiful apartment, extremely well kept and had such character. The interior was colourful and fun and the whole place felt incredibly homey as well. The VIEW is incredible; the day bed is an amazing place to relax, watch the sea and dolphins! The location is perfect – beautiful walks and can go jogging along the front, ideal for for exploring Cape Town – walking distance to the Waterfront and easy to uber from there around the rest of Cape Town. Our earlier check in was accommodated and we were emailed during the stay to check up on how we had settled in which was appreciated.

5We loved our stay and had an amazing time at Villa Marina! We felt totally at home away from home, it was ideal for our small family gatherings. The flat has fantastic ocean views and the golf course! You can even hear the waves almost coming into the living room, it was so rejuvenating!! Lastly, the location is perfect, you can walk every day on the promenade, or to the waterfront and access all the shops and restaurants. We will definitely come back to Villa Marina ?

Hosts and their team were excellent. We did not want to leave….my kids miss the large bean bag and the awesome views-you can sit all day and watch the world go by! 5Stunning apartment, you can’t go wrong. It has everything you need and more. The touches are thoughtful and view is spectacular. Loved the window bed and made use of it thoroughly. Furniture, furnishings and fittings are modern but cosy. Great communication from host and someone is always ready if you have any requests. What a wonderful spot!
