The upstairs master bedroom is stunning. Beautiful bathtub enclosed in glass on 3 sides, handmade brass taps and custom Balau flooring — slide back the glass doors to feel the sea breeze and hear the ocean surf as you lay in bed. Perfect for a multi-family get together, the downstairs cottage is complete with a kitchenette and small lounge leading into a bedroom and private entrance and deck leading to the outdoor shower. A second bedroom can be accessed off the cottage as well. Also downstairs is the “kids room” outfitted with bunk beds, a playroom and the 2nd master bedroom.

5Sian was an exceptional host and we loved her home! We stayed for a week with 6 people. Everyone loved their room, the decor and the views! Waking up to the mountain and ocean views on the wrap around balcony were amazing!
The home was very clean, spacious and the maintenance and housekeeper were also super friendly! I would highly recommend!
4Fabulous views and access to the incredible beach. Large rooms and beds. Beautiful decor. Plenty of crockery and glasses for 8 of us and plenty of seating around the table.
Only issue was 2 sunbeds available for 8 guests and there needs to be a further fridge in the kitchen to accommodate multi people.
5Anastasis was a unique experience. Our only regret was not being able to spend more time enjoying all it had to offer.

The area you stay in is surrounded by mountain side and a beach which is very safe and easy to walk. there is also a few restaurants and bars 5 minutes along the road which was handy coming back after excursions and wanting to eat closer to home where the staff and locals were always very friendly and happy to recommend any excursions or areas to go!
Sian was very quick to reply with any queries we had and have clear instructions for us arriving.
Would highly recommend this house for groups of friends, still wanting to have their private space (as we all had our own rooms) and families with the surrounding area the way it is. We would definetly book to come back again when we return to Cape Town!!! loved every minute of staying there!!!

The location is fantastic – very close to the beach (walking distance) with lots of lovely restaurants nearby. House was exceptionally clean and well presented and very clear communication throughout with the host. Highly recommend and will absolutely be back!
5This house is very special. The sweeping vistas from the huge main communal space and the terrace are mesmerizing .. you can literally lose your day looking out with a cup of coffee and then glass of wine in your hand. The house is very well equipped with high end appliances and the beds are all very comfortable. We were a large family of nine and all generations loved the place. Sian the agent was very responsive and put us in touch with an outstanding chef called Shelby who is highly recommended. We all hope to come back.
5Anastasis was the perfect spot for resting and relaxing and exploring areas around Cape Point. Our group naturally gravitated to the deck every moment we could from morning coffee, to lunch around the table, to sunset wine. The house is just idyllic with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and charm as well as every amenity you could hope for. Thank you so much to Sian, Spiwe and David for making us so comfortable.

5We had a fantastic stay! The house was even better than the photos! Super cozy with lots of great nooks to relax in and yet still had large spaces for us to gether in comfortably. The views are amazing and the beach is just a short walk. Sian had some great local recommendations too. We didn’t want to leave!

The property was beautiful with great rooms and a lovely view of the sea. There are cute restaurants and shops nearby. Ubers were easy to get and arrived quickly.

5Memorable place go stay
5Sian is such a great host, with excellent communication and always available when needed. She ensured we were aware of the best route to the beach and was very responsive to messages. We absolutely loved our stay, and it was a beautiful way to enter my 30th birthday.
5The housing was one of the most beautiful residences I lived in. The view was great and access to the beach was easy, and the accommodation was very clean and the rooms are great for sure. If I come to Cape Town again, I will make a reservation for the duration of my trip in this wonderful residence.

The location is very private and peaceful but not too far off the grid from what happening! This place was PERFECT for my Birthday Stay? extremely spacious yet still intimate at the same time. 5Beautiful house that made a perfect trip for a friend’s wedding even better. Very close to the beach, which remained very quiet, as well as a strip of excellent restaurants within walking distance. We also really enjoyed the nearby farm village. Recommend to book Ubers in advance if required (as long as within 30 mins of when required) as can be difficult to get one quickly. Sian was very responsive, although there’s a great manual of everything you’d need to know inside the house. Wish I could’ve stayed longer!

5Likely the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed at – incredible ocean view, beautiful and unique design, all possible comforts. A true gem of a house. The host is very helpful and easy to communicate with. The wifi worked well throughout, the gas heaters and the fireplace kept winter chill at bay, and the private pathway to the beach was icing on the cake. The area is very safe and secure, there is a gate and fence around the house and a private place to park. In the evening, an easy walk down the road to a wine bar and restaurants. Absolutely recommended!

5Absolutely beautiful villa. Had an issue in the area with water outage but Sian kept me updated regularly and kept checking in and went out of her way to find out how far the process was and tried to speed it up which we really appreciated

4We had a wonderful stay! The house lends itself to all seasons and weather. Choose from being by the pool on warm days with the stacking doors upstairs left open and the ocean breeze drifting through, or curling up by the fire and staying cosy on chilly nights.
