1. 5What a wonderful home in a fantastic location. Elmarie was wonderful in sorting out any issues which we had. My only complaint would be the lack of a tumble drier.

2. 5Das Haus ist wirklich toll, super Lage und gut eingerichtet. Am besten hat uns der riesige Wohn-Essbereich und die große Terrasse mit Aussicht zum Strand gefallen. Auch super dass man Barbecue auf der Terrasse machen kann. Pool auch wunderbar.
   Einziger kleiner Abzug: die Betten sind im Verhältnis zu den Räumen ziemlich schmal.

3. 5Wij hebben enorm genoten van onze tijd in het huis. Onze communicatie liep altijd super goed!
   We zouden het huis echt aan iedereen aanraden, zowel voor families, als vrienden.
   Het was een fantastische tijd in een prachtig huis.

5. 5We had such a wonderful 2 week stay in Noordhoek! The home was beautiful — spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was ideal: peaceful and scenic, with easy access to the beach, a few minutes walk to cafés/restaurants, and the breathtaking Chapman’s Peak drive.
   One of our group members uses a wheelchair, and the property was incredibly accommodating — with spacious rooms, easy access throughout with use of the lift, and thoughtful touches that made the stay completely stress-free. It’s rare to find such well-considered accessibility, and it made a huge difference to our experience.
   Our hosts were welcoming and responsive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
   We left feeling relaxed and grateful for such a wonderful stay !

6. 5Merci à Sarah pour son accueil, c’est une très gentille personne, elle a toujours été là quand nous avions des questions etc. La maison est super belle, avec une vue MAGNIFIQUE et très bien située par rapport aux lieux à visiter. Tout était parfait et encore mieux que ce qu’on pouvait espérer!

8. 5This place is absolute perfection. You have mountains, ocean, lagoons, horses and yet still so close to shops, restaurants and the city.
   The house is beautifully decorated, you walk in and it just feels like home – during the winter, it was so cosy. Heaters in every room, lovely log burner. It’s perfect for cuddling up on the big sofa under the provided blankets, with a roaring fire, hot chocolate, watching the waves.
   The kitchen is amazing – everything is provided unlike a lot of airbnbs and don’t even get me started on the Braai choices. 1 massive Braai, 2 Webers (1 very cleverly built in) and a commercial sized pizza oven – you are so spoiled for choice, it makes it difficult to decide what you want to cook.
   Bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces are all gorgeous and so comfortable.
   After staying in many airbnbs across the country – we have finally found the perfect place we will keep coming back to.
   Lastly, Sarah, the host is hands down the best host I’ve ever dealt with.

10. 5This house is situated in the most spectacular location. It is very close to the beach with a breathtaking view of the beach on one side and Chapman’s Peak on the other! A short walk to Limoncello and other delicious restaurants. Very easy to drive from this house to all of the must do Cape Town attractions like Table Mountain, Cape Point and Lions Head among others. Sarah was our contact for the house and she was extremely responsive and helpful. Can’t say enough about this beach house, I recommend it 100 percent! You will not be disappointed!

13. 5Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt! Der Pool und die schöne Outdoor-Küche waren absolute Highlights und perfekt für entspannte Tage. Der fußläufig erreichbare Strand und die Lage unterhalb der beeindruckenden Chapman’s Peak Road haben den Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Die Umgebung war ruhig und sicher – ideal für eine erholsame Auszeit. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

16. 5Magnificent stay! Lovely house, with everything needed and an amazing view. From the time of booking, until check out, everything went smoothly. The property manager was very helpful and friendly, and we appreciated the flexibility with arrival and departure times. Highly recommended for a stay in Noordhoek area!

19. 4The house has stunning views over Noordhoek beach and is also very close to the beach for walks. We enjoyed relaxing with our friends while being able to take in the beautiful scenery.

21. 5My family and I had a wonderful stay in Noordhoek. The property was as described and conveniently close to the the stunning Noordhoek beach (5 min wall- if that!). It was also very close to some great restaurants like Aegir and Lemoncello, which are walkable. We were pleasantly surprised by how kid friendly the property was as well with lots of beach toys and children’s cutlery – small touches like that made the stay even better. Communication was super easy and the host very responsive.
    Overall, I would highly recommend this property and happily stay here again!

22. 5Having been to Cape Town many times before, we booked this house due to the accessible facilities due to my 17 yr old son being in a wheelchair. To say how much this house gave us more freedom is an understatement.
    The house itself and grounds are simply perfect and the view from the upstairs lounge balcony is breathtaking, the lift that brought my son from his bedroom downstairs straight into the kitchen itself was the biggest win and as the room is super large, it wasn’t even something that you would notice in the room.
    Massive thanks to Coral who greeted us when we arrived, gave us lots of local info and then was on hand if we had any questions that needed answering. Hopefully we will be back some day to enjoy this house once again.

Charging 5 star prices for 3 star facilities, ie not enough furniture to sit on; no furniture on balcony where you would of course want to sit, relax and look at the ocean & views; tv far too small for the space; no tv Channels provided; lounge far too small for 10 people & not comfortable; bath towels are like old cardboard; only 2 tea towels in the house; the house was not clean at all, most unhygienic ie oven filthy; bathrooms dusty /dirty; ant nests everywhere; sun lounge covers filthy & stained; douvets filthy; small beds; balcony doors – no catches to stop wind catching them & the house too hot not to leave doors open for air. House in desperate need of TLC, urgent attention to detail and maintenance. Airbnb properties are very competitive and this house needs to lift its game big time for anyone to consider staying here. Such a shame as location lovely but you need far more than great views to make this house inviting, comfortable & for you to want to stay

29. 2Cape Town was experiencing a cold front, so the house was SUPER cold at night. Unfortunately, this house isn’t equipped to host 10 guests during cold seasons, especially if there are children, elderly people, and/or people with disabilities. I contacted the host daily because the power went out for many hours at night, even when there was no load shedding. She came to the house multiple days to jump/switch the batteries and reset the solar system. When we turned on the heaters, or cooked the power went out immediately, even if we weren’t using the items at the same time. The shower water was also cold most days. Our host was puzzled and apologetic and wanted to move us–she took the initiative to look to see if there were other properties available. Unfortunately, when we reached out at the end of our stay, her team blamed the power issues on us “abusing the system,” but we used minimal electricity, and we were away from the home almost all day every day during our time in Cape Town.

31. 5We were so amazed by our stay at this house. The photos on the listing are beautiful, but being there in person was unbelievable. The host was incredibly responsive, prompt, and helpful with every question we had. We were able to walk to the cute local wine shop and restaurants. Waking up every morning to the view of the beach and watching the sunset every evening was awesome.

32. 5We had a wonderful time at this home in Noordhoek! The host was so responsive and proactive and best of all we weren’t ever effected by loadshedding due to the solar panels.
    The view was incredible and the home was really great for our family. Loved that there are restaurants just down the street so we could walk to them.

35. 5We had a wonderful family holiday in this lovely beach house. The location is perfect – fabulous views and easy stroll to the beach and good walks to local eateries.

    We can’t fault any of our holiday – we loved it from start to finish.
    Booking and checking in was seamless (Coral was great), the house is better in reality than the photos (photos can’t do the view from the main balcony justice). Within a few days we felt like we were at home away from home and quickly picked up a routine of early morning walks on the beach, croissants and pastries from Noordhoek Village, followed by a short excursion and the afternoons/ evenings chilling at home.
    While we knew the area very well, Noordhoek seems to get better and better each year and this house is perfect for a beach break.

37. 5The home is just spectacular in every way! The view is breathtaking. Immediately when you walk into the space you feel relaxed and at peace because of the expansive ocean views and the clean, modern and homely interiors.
    Everything was perfectly clean and well presented. Each room was so comfortable and it was well equipped! A bonus is that there is solar so we still had some power when there was load-shedding.
    The hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We’ve stayed in a lot of air bnb spots, and this is definitely one of the top on our list! I can’t recommend this home more highly. It was simply perfect.

38. 4Beachview is an incredibly great stay. The view is amazing and the kitchen and dining area are impeccable and nicely positioned for a leisurely family bonding time. House has everything you need and the host Coral is such a superstar.

40. 5Lesley’s beautiful home was perfect for our family vacation. The house was beautiful and squeaky clean. It also has all the essentials one might need. Upstairs is a beautiful open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area that we enjoyed so much as it has an amazing sea view. Our visit was during winter but our attentive host Coral ensured that we had enough wood for the fireplace in the lounge area. Warm, clean throw blankets were also provided as well as heaters in each room- so we kept warm at all times. The kitchen is beautifully fitted with quality essentials. Coral was a great, attentive host who made sure that we had everything we needed. She gave us tips on what we could do around Noordhoek- including great restaurants in the neighbourhood. We were touched by the fact that she had a gift for my mother who was celebrating her birthday 🙂 The home is wheelchair friendly, it has a wheelchair lift and the necessary bathroom equipment. The whole family can enjoy a swim in the swimming pool as it has a pool hoist and a beach wheelchair is also available. We are forever grateful for your warm hospitality and ensuring we had everything we needed. We will definitely book again on our next trip to Cape Town.

41. 5We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay at this home. The view was amazing, the home was tastefully and deliberately decorated, and communication with the property manager was first rate. It is a bit off the beaten path, but that’s exactly what we wanted for our stay.
    The only problem we had was that none of us wanted our stay to end.

44. 5Wir haben mit der Familie eine tolle Woche in dem wunderschönen Haus verbracht und waren von der Lage und der Ausstattung begeistert. Für unsere Rollstuhlfahrerin fehlte es an nichts. Bis hin zu dem Strandrollstuhl, mit dem unsere Tochter auch mit an den Strand kommen konnte, wenngleich der Weg durch die Dünen echt anstrengend war.

45. 5The Beach House was a perfect spot for our group of 6 women visiting from the USA. The view was spectacular, the house functions well with great bathrooms, beds, seating, kitchen etc. We were visiting a friend and this was close to her home. Lots to see and do.

46. 5Beautiful home with views of the Noordhoek beach which is within walking distance and great for long walks. The upper floor open plan space is great for families or some quiet time with endless views. We enjoyed our stay.

47. 5This is a gorgeous, spacious and airy home with sea views and a 2min walk from Noordhoek beach. The house comes equipped with anything you need to feel right at home, including a great kitchen. If you don’t like cooking, within a short walk there are several restaurants and even a brewery!
    We loved every minute and will definitely be back!

48. 5Excellent location, well maintained and equipped property, professional and highly reactive property management and no unpleasant surprises.
    So, in short, we had a great one week stay with our extended family. The property is an easy walk to the beach. The view from the upstairs living space is magnificent, making cooking a dream with the vista and open plan kitchen. The space faces the full length balcony with folding balcony doors that afforded unencumbered access.
    As an added bonus, there’s a three good restaurants a short walk away.
    All positive and fully recommended!

49. 5We had the most amazing and incredible holiday here. The accomodation itself was spotless and beautifully furnished. The view was beyond our expectations! The location was a close walk to Aegir project (beer distillery) and a gorgeous italian restaurant. There is beauitful shipwreck down the beach! The whole experience was just amazing! Now I want to move to South Africa and live in this house ?❤

50. 3The house have a very nice view, but we slept most of the holiday in 1 room with 5 people as the curtains where so thin. Otherwise the kids waked up at 04.00 ..
    I think a house like this needs to have curtains in every sleeping room.
    Besides we hired the house for 1 month and the cleaning lady only came 1 in 10 days, change bed sheets but did not clean properly the house.

51. 5This beach home was amazing and exceeded our expectations in every way. We were pleasantly surprised by the small kids’ playground, the provided boogie boards, beach umbrella, chairs, etc. The location was amazing with the beach just a short walk away. Everything was clean and perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked and worked great for our needs. We never wanted to leave and look forward to hopefully returning someday.

    Beach views was everything I could have hoped for and more. You are met by the most welcoming host, Coral with the biggest smile & attentive nature. As you arrive you are led through the most beautiful garden & as you walk upstairs, the view of Noordehoek beach just takes your breath away. This is your home away from home. I immediately felt right at home & this property just oozes calm, serenity, peacefulness & tranquility. The upstairs living area is just pure bliss. Cooking all your meals with a view that is ever changing with the sunrise and sunset. A true foodies heaven. A view of Chapmans Peak while packing the dishwasher…wow, what a spoil. The big windows all around make you feel like you are right in nature. Which you truly are. The wind can blow a gale but this little gem is so sheltered. I spent many days at the pool with what felt like a tiny breeze while the wind gust around. The balcony is also very well sheltered allowing me to open the stacking doors every day. Noordehoek is just a true little paradise if you looking to get away from the hustle & bustle of a fast paced life. You are spoilt with the best sushi up the road, amazing coffee, deli & sundowners. This AirBnB is so perfectly put together. 10 out of 10 on all levels. This home is so spacious and there is something so incredibly special about Beach Views. You truly have to experience it for yourself. I cannot wait to come back in the near future.

56. 5What a magnificent house, location and stay. Everything was just perfect the house is spacious, cosy and extremely clean. Overlooking the sea and beach you’ll enjoy the view from the living room. We had a lovely welcome from the host and real special time during our stay. Highly highly recommend.

57. 5This house was way better than expected, we were also pleasantly surprised by the extra room above the garage. The house was clean, the open floor plan was great for my 1 year old nephew to run around. This house is a great place for a family holiday.

59. 4A classy and beautiful house with breathtaking views of Noordhoek beach, just delightful to have gin and tonics on the balcony in the evening! So well situated in beautiful Noordhoek. Extremely accessible with the lift. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that we had a couple of issues with child friendliness but Coral made every effort to fix everything for us and was absolutely great. Would definitely recommend to anyone except those with very small children perhaps.

60. 5We had such an amazing stay. The house is perfect for families or larger groups. Very clean, excellent funitured and a beauty. Coral is absolutely gorgeous and very helpfull.
    The house is close to the beach (although it’s very cold in the atlantic ocean) and perfectly situated for having a joggingrun, some walking or a ride at the beach.
    The area is peacefull ans superb, we felt very safe all the time. The restaurants nearby are great! Specially the brewery, the pub with live music, the Italien Limoncello and the Farm Village (an awesome spot).
    We will come again and bring our friends with us.
