259 on Beach Penthouse is a spacious, secure 2-bedroom holiday penthouse Cape Town; situated directly opposite the Sea Point promenade with its span of beach and ocean on the corner of Beach and Worcester Rd Sea Point. This fully- equipped penthouse in Cape Town is the only apartment on the top floor. It has its own exclusive lift entrance, as it goes up to the penthouse floor.
As you enter the the spacious reception room, there is a bench from which you can admire the view.
To the right is spacious a main bedroom with dressing room and en suite bathroom with separate shower and bath. Enjoy the views of Lion’s Head from the bath.
There is a warm and cosy second bedroom with a low double bed with separate bathroom with shower and toilet.
The open plan dining room leads into the lounge which has sliding doors which opens onto a large balcony with a deck from where you can smell the glistening ocean, savour sundowners and barbeque while viewing the African sunset at its best.

dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven.

5This is probably my first reservation through Airbnb! I was not disappointed. This first experience was great on all aspects: location, attractions around, cleanness, friendly attitude and communication.
If I come back to Cape Town I will choose this place or a similar one for sure. Thank you Robyn for being such a great host.
5What a wonderful place to stay. The space was impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable.
The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The balcony afforded us some beautiful evenings with amazing views. Truly a memorable stay.
5Vi var super fornøyd med oppholdet! Leiligheten var veldig fin, med en fantastisk utsikt. Leilighetens sikkerhet gjorde også at vi følte oss veldig trygge. Beliggenheten er også fin dersom du ønsker å både se strender og oppleve byen.
Hushjelpen var kjempe hyggelig og hjalp oss med alt vi spurte om. Han var også veldig pålitelig og effektiv!
Syntes kommunikasjonen rundt innsjekk og utsjekk kunne vært litt bedre, men var ikke et veldig stort problem.

5One of our favourite places to stay of all time!! Penthouse apartment occupying the entire top floor right in the center of SeaPoint. You can watch the sunset over the ocean from your spacious private balcony every day! Two blocks away from a nice grocery store, as well as many restaurants, live music venues, etc. Cozy blankets to keep you warm in winter, various beach towels for the summer, and many other nice and convenient touches.
The property manager was very responsive and incredibly thoughtful in preparing the apartment for our arrival and customising it to our needs. We were greeted with a bouquet of local wildflowers, a bottle of wine for adults, grapetizer for kids, coffee, tea, milk and other essentials. When we mentioned our need to work remotely, she not only provided an inverter, but also an extension cord and a US power adapter. To manage load shedding, she brought an additional portable gas stove to supplement electrical appliances.
We’d love to stay here again!

5A very spacious and comfortable apartment with a large outside roof terrace with a dining table and chairs and sun loungers which was great for watching the sun set, and views of the sea and coast. Also centrally located for reaching other parts of Cape Town. Lionel, one of the hosts was very responsive on the one or two occasions we contacted him. We were very pleased we chose this apartment. Only inconvenience was the power shedding/ cuts which of course happens wherever you stay in South Africa. Thank you to Robyn and Lionel for being great hosts

4Great Location with spacious living area and patio. Bedroom 2 and the 2nd shower and toilet are tiny.
There is no Air conditioning and no full DSTV.

5Warm, welcoming host, very good with communicating. Property is very well placed – close to a multitude of restaurants and shops, and very central to access all of Cape Town. Access and parking is very easy and secure. Plenty towels, tea, coffee and even milk was provided. Loved the hosts personal touch of wine and snacks for us on arrival. The view is what this place is all about. Stunning balcony/entertainment area – spent most of our time on the balcony. Will definitely be back time and again. Thank you Robyn!
