The luxurious comfort of the 2 beautiful appointed bedrooms with 2 modern bathrooms will make you feel refreshed and so relaxed, and with it’s modern equipped kitchen (with Smeg appliances and a Nespresso machine) living and dining (features a Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime), this home certainly has everything you need for the breakaway you’ve been longing for.
An important feature is that the apartment has generators, therefore no power interruptions. It also has high speed Fibre WiFi.
Master bedroom: balcony with sea views, a king size bed, AC and a full open plan bathroom, with underfloor heating and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: balcony with sea views, a queen size bed. It has a seperate bathroom which doubles up as guest facilities.
On the fourth floor of the block, there is a communal outdoor swimming pool and entertainment area for guests enjoyment.

5My stay was just perfect at Helen’s place. The apartment is amazing as same as described, very cozy, the view is beautiful and the area is quiet. The apartment is walk distance to the Sea Point promenade and also there are some good cafés nearby. The host was always very polite and responsive, and the instructions were just clear. A place to return once planning a Cape Town visit.
4Location is great, beautiful sunsets, always something to see.
Finishes & kitchen equipment of a high standard.
During weekdays, it can get a bit noisy from the school across the road.
Beds were very comfortable. Lounge furniture, not the most practical.
Overall, it met all expectations & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

5Apartamento incrÃvel e ao vivo é ainda mais bonito e espaçoso do que nas fotos. Decoração de ótimo gosto, tudo novo e uma vista espetacular.
No final me cobraram por manchas que identificaram em uma toalha e móveis, as quais não reconheço, mas entendo que é só um mal entendido e que demonstra o cuidado grande que têm com o imóvel.
Recomendo e voltaria.
5We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was thoughtfully decorated with all the necessary appliances in the kitchen. Communication was clear and very friendly. We will definitely be back in the near future
