1. 5Really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very attentive and the place exceeded our expectations. Will defs be visiting again.

2. 4Rund um alles super, gute Location, tolle Wohnung. Insgesamt hatten wir wegen Bauarbeiten ein paar Probleme gehabt und die Wohnung war zu Beginn nicht sauber. Außerdem sind die Schlafzimmer hellhörig und die Schränke schlecht nutzbar + keine Aircondition. Wir hätten uns bzgl. vermeidbarer Probleme mehr Unterstützung und Einsicht gewünscht.
   die Wohnung hat aber Potential und ist für den Preis echt spitze!

3. 1Very disappointing experience.
   There was daily construction noise starting at 7.30am directly in front of the property, which was never disclosed before booking. This significantly disrupted our stay. Although we contacted the management company immediately, the issue was not properly addressed and no clear resolution was provided during the stay.
   The condition of the flat was also below standard. There was visible rust on the shower fixture, dirt and staining around the shower drain, and damaged shelving inside the wardrobe. These are maintenance issues that should not be present in a professionally managed property.
   When raising these concerns, communication felt slow and dismissive. The compensation offered did not reflect the level of disruption experienced.
   Overall, this did not meet the expectations of a professionally managed Airbnb listing. I would not book with this company again.

6. 5I had great stay with my friend. We needed an area close to Camps Bay for all our activities and this was in close proximity. Clapperton was incredibly helpful and flexible about check in and check out, I really appreciated it!

7. 4Du Unterkunft war sehr sauber, sie war in einer sehr schönen Umgebung.
   Sie Kommunikation war hervorragend, jedoch hatten wir mehrmals nach einer neuen Fernbedienung gefragt da die vorhanden nicht funktioniert hatte. Diese wurde leider nicht ausgetauscht das war nicht so toll da wir dort 1 Woche übernachtet haben. Aber im Großen und Ganzen war die Unterkunft angenehm.

The host was responsible, responsive, and made sure everything was well taken care of from start to finish. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and stress-free stay.

13. 4Overall a great, modern, large, clean and well kept apartment in (my opinion) the best neighborhood to stay in cape town. You have all the amenities you’d need like dishwasher, loundry machine, dryer, iron, etc. They clean your room daily, internet is quick and the rooftop pool is a plus. the only downside is no AC and at first we only had 1 set of keys which is inconvenient for 3-4 adults traveling together eventually we did get an extra set. 100% reccomend.

26. 5I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Nox’s. The team was helpful and attentive. We arrived at the accommodation and the bathroom sink was blocked. I reported it and it was fixed right away. The maintenance guy is also respectful and responsive. Would definitely recommend this place

    The dishwasher had pieces of food left in, so it smelled pungent when we opened it.
    We were told the cleaner would come clean during our stay but never did.

31. 4Lovely apartment, just a few details are a bit worn out ( little decor pieces, bedding, Peter was almost helpless from day one that i called him regarding the key . He does not answer his phone or messages on time, I called him so many times, and he didn’t answer or get back to me I had to keep on calling and calling for almost 2days to get him on the phone
    but appreciated the Charlotte Rhys bathroom products. Thalitha(the cleaning lady )was amazing,super polite, with a beautiful smile. Olaf gave me the key and showed me the apartment. He was amazing and on point, very patient, and understanding . He communicates very well and notified me on when he will not be available and send me the number of Peter to assit while unavailable. These two people(Thalitha and Olaf )are the reason to book again this apartment

32. 5The place was amazing,clean and looked like the pics. The host was helpful and gave enough info to make the stay easy and good. I’d book the place again as it even has safe parking inside. The lace has everything that I need and it’s just wonderful. I m in love with that place and the business ethic of the host. The beds were comfortable, sufficient closet space, ironing board provided and there was Wi-Fi that worked even during load shedding. The place is a great definition of less is more and it’s so clean. There was house keeping when we were there which was cool. The kitchen had Smeg appliances which was also totally cool!!! Including a dishwasher and other appliances such as a coffee maker, microwave and blender and a gas stove. It was worth the price in all aspects.

    Maybe I must just mention some things that you can pay attention to.
    One of the pillow cases was torn, the dishwasher had a terrible smell and one of the pots were not clean but it was in the cupboard.
    But apart from that we enjoyed our stay.

34. 5Best Airbnb apartment experience, Nox’s team was so helpful and everything was easily accessible. I had requested for an early check in and they were able to assist me with that such a wonderful host and team. Peter as a host was very helpful, accommodating and well communicated.
    Definitely recommend booking this place it’s beautiful, the view by the pool and balcony is beautiful. Place had everything we need, truly enjoyed my stay with my girlies ?

35. 4The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and in a great location – very spacious and modern. The shower drain was blocked one day and led to the bathroom flooding but the host was responsive and attended to it. Overall, we had a great stay.

36. 4Absolutely excellent venue and great facility. The shower will however flood if taken for anything but the quickest wash. I do strongly recommend this venue, hopefully it’s just a drainage issue that can be easily fixed.

43. 4Loved my stay here. It was very close to V&A and restaurants. The area is quiet, safe and clean. The cleaner came in every morning and staff was kind. Just had a minor issue with the shower being blocked when we arrived but cleaner was able to quickly help resolve. Responsive host.

45. 3The place was beautiful however we were not happy about being harassed by the security guard about noise when we at some point were quiet. It was really upsetting to be treated like toddlers but thankful for Paul who explained everything to us and understood us.

48. 5My family and I really enjoyed our stay, we were there for my younger sisters graduation and we stayed for a week and everything was great, very clean apartment, no loadshedding very close to V&A Waterfront and the Promenade.

We really enjoy our Trip to Cape Town, and have the big luck that Lunga came to our Appartment everyday und make us feel very comfortable und she was so friendly and helped us a lot.     The apartment is clean, their beds are very comfortable. The lady who assists with cleaning was also friendly. It has the standards of a hotel or even better than a hotel. I will definitely come back.

51. 5tolle Wohnung, perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Stellenbosch. Cafés, Bars und Restaurant in unmittelbarer Lage. Daher am Abend leider auch etwas lauft. Ansonsten top!
    Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super, hat immer schnell auf Anfragen reagiert.

    I am contacting you about my recent stay with Nox. It was one of the most unorganized, messy and unorganized places I’ve ever stayed at. When we arrived the first day there were only 2 towels there when we were booked for 4. The kitchen cuboards were dirty at places, the TV remote was not working properly and the kettle was broken. The first day the host definitely did not check the place because there was still trash from before. There were many amenities that we could not use. This was this biggest waist of my money yet. I believe that this place is not worth it. You can find better.

65. 4The rooms and bathroom are very dark with not much ventilation. The first bedroom’s “bed” is just a mattress placed on some wooden stand which is super low which wasn’t comfortable but nonetheless, the place was clean and cleaned throughout our stay, in a quiet area and secured 24/7 which we appreciated. Thank you for hosting us.
