1. 5This beautiful flat more than lived up to my hopes and to the pictures of it.  It was a true haven: extraordinary views every day, easy access to the Prom, impeccably well kept, well-resourced for people who plan to make meals at home.  We appreciated the kind welcome package with gifts of food that proved perfectly helpful for our first jet lagged groggy days.  We had no idea how much we would welcome the cleaning professionalism of Bongi—we enjoyed coming back home every day thanks to her warm personality and the pleasure of a spotless home.  We marveled at the sunset from our living room every night.  Having breakfast on the balcony watching parasailers sail by “our” trees was all part of the charm of living on this gorgeous part of Beach Rd.  I’d stay here again and again!  12 out of 10!

4. 5Our stay in Cape Town from February 14–22 was absolutely outstanding! Traveling as two adults and two teenagers, it’s not always easy to find a place that truly satisfies everyone—but this apartment exceeded all expectations.
   The space is beautifully designed, modern, and comfortable. The open-plan layout made it feel bright, airy, and perfect for family time, while the sea views from the balcony were simply breathtaking—morning coffee and evening relaxation there were highlights of our trip. The location couldn’t have been better, with the promenade, cafés, and restaurants just a short walk away.
   What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the people. The welcome staff were warm and helpful, the security guard made us feel safe at all times, and the housekeeper did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless. Their friendliness and professionalism added so much to our stay. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone.

5. 5We had a wonderful stay at Marin. the apartment is in an incredible location, with stunning views and was very well stocked with everything you would need for a long stay. The daily housekeeping is a real plus, and Bongi the housekeeper was fantastic.
   The Nox team was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay (which was over the festive season) – and that was very much appreciated.
   I would highly reccomend a stay here, and we will definitely be back.

7. 5We had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Sea Point. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable. A real home away from home. The location couldn’t be better: just a short stroll to the promenade, great restaurants, and everything Sea Point has to offer.
   Our host was welcoming, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of, which made our stay effortless and enjoyable. We especially appreciated the little touches that showed real thought and care.
   We would happily return and highly recommend this lovely place to anyone visiting Cape Town. A perfect stay in every way!

13. 5Great location with beautiful views of the ocean. Easy access to the promenade for walks or runs. Pick n Pay and Checkers are approx. 10 min away and theres also a nice cosy ice cream shop just up the road. Our family of 6 enjoyed the stay and for those who love watching sunsets…..you can watch these from the balcony and they were just epic!!!

15. 5Stunning apartment. We were family of 5 and it was very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Gorgeous views from the porch. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Perfect place to stay.

18. 5What an amazing view of the ocean and Seapoint promenade. This property is top notch. Tastefully decorated with all the amenities that we needed. The security access with friendly security staff at reception was great and access to a lock up garage was a bonus. And it can be serviced daily if need be, included in rental. We have no complaints and I would highly recommend this property.

20. 5What a treat to have that view everyday ….. beautifully appointed apartment – exceptionally clean and stunning furnishings and extremely comfortable. The attention to detail was exceptional and Nox went above and beyond to assist me with a personal request that was sincerely appreciated xxx the only down side to this apartment is the noise from the road below – but with the view and proximity to the promenade, it did not negatively impact our stay.

    The view was amazing – difficult to beat.
    The apartment was very clean and there is a cleaning lady everyday who is very friendly and ensures the apartment is clean.
    Great location in terms of restaurants close by and all within walking distance.

26. 3The appartment is spacious, really clean and beautifully appointed and decorated. The secured garage is also hreat amenities to have. The location is superbe and walkable to many locations. Nox was easy to deal with and responsive.
    The property is advertised as NOT affected by load shedding and backed up. We unfortunatly found out that it was not the case and only had one TV and lights working. We travelled with small kids and could not cook at all for hours )syovr was electric too). Nox offered a small refund and, while honourable, it did not help much during our stay.

27. 5We had the most amazing stay! The apartment location is perfect for exploring the surroundings on foot and there are tons of great restaurants and cafés around. The apartment was super clean, amazingly furnished with everything you might need for a great holiday and had a cleaner included which was an added benefit! We will definitely stay here again!
    The only thing I would like to raise is the fact that the ad mentions “no loadshedding” which is not the case, the apartment still gets loadshedding, however has backup power to run all the essentials. This was not a massive issue for us, but worth mentioning.
    10/10 amazing experience!!
